Website said the store had inventory and it didn't. Don't trust the website. Might end up wasting your time going to the store. Pretty important for most people who are busy.

We love shopping here for our daughter. They have a great selection and the staff are amazing! Charlie helped us out, he was very friendly and Informative, it made for a great experience! Highly recommend

The store didn't have what we were looking for, but we got something else instead. Very much appreciated being assisted by Charlie and (his manager?) Michelle.

The staff are pros - both at helping you or leaving you be, and at making your kid have a blast.
Edit: The number of Karens submitting poor reviews because a store won’t exchange without a receipt is hilarious.

We bought toys worth 180 dollars had issue with one product called in we were missing the receipt lady said she don’t have same staffs working everyday and refused to even accept anything. I called in the next day of our purchase. Well she didn’t even help me pairing the remote with the car. I thought store front are there to help you but no. She said we can’t find out about the transaction if it was from her store. Every store has a bar code that belongs to that particular store. Not worth of a place to buy. Good luck

It's a great store but I went in looking for something specific. They had some selection but very few.

I was in your North London location today with my mom to do a little Christmas shopping, not only was everything we bought on sale for a great deal we also had the pleasure of meeting Charlie. He was so friendly and willing to help with anything we might need! He told us to make sure we come back and we definitely will!

I was at this location today buying a gift for my niece and was so kindly greeted by Charlie. He was very well educated on the toys and gave great suggestions. I will be recommending this store to all of my family and friends!

I just recently moved to London and cannot say enough great things about the city. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly - except at the toy store?

The staff is consistently unhelpful and don't acknowledge you. A comment for Ellen in particular - if you don't like people or children, I have to question why you would work at a toy store.

The staff here are incredible. I was approached multiple times by different people while browsing for some toys amd offered help and advice on the products they have. The store is clean and well laid out. They have gift wrapping as well as online pick up. I will continue to shop at this store in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for world class service.

Was generously given a duplicate gift by out of town family, with no way to get a gift receipt. I tried to exchange an unused and in original packaging with their stickers attached toy and was told no. For the price of their items, I would expect a better customer experience. I was made to feel as though my request for an exchange was ridiculous. With competition such as Amazon,
Walmart, or Toys R Us offering a better user experience, and sometimes better pricing for similar toys, I would frankly expect better. Disappointing experience at a small business when trying to shop small.

Great toy store, lots of selection. They have some spring sales now, 25% off some scooters. Some winter stuff is on clearance at 40% off. They have more selection on their site, but it's always fun to take the kids so they can explore.
They have washrooms, the one on the left was clean, apparently the one on the right was hurting. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
There are some toys for adults, wait not those toys, I mean 18+ Lego sets etc.
Highly recommend checking it out.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized with well stocked shelves. The gift wrapping option is always appreciated.

Went for a friend's birthday present. Much of the products had no price tags. We were overcharged, and when asking to be reimbursed the summer help called us ghetto for asking to pay the advertised price. The manager was professional enough, the youngster needed to mind her manners.

Wow. I am extremely shocked and disappointed with my experience. My daughter received a unicorn fingerling for Christmas and it had a broken on/off switch. I tried to simply exchange it for the same item and was told it was against their policy because they can’t tell when it was bought. I told them I would go through the garbage from Christmas to find packaging - still no. I explained that my sister-in-law couldn’t find the receipt but could show her visa statement. Still no! To exchange a broken $14.99 toy for my 4-year-old. Not only will I never shop here again, I will make sure to tell as many people as possible about the smug, uncompromising store manager who doesn’t have the insight to make customer service a priority.

Wow I wish I was a kid again when you walk through mastermind toys, I was there with my mom and we were picking out some books for a birthday gift. The customer service is excellent and the variety of educational games and toys is exceptional. They also offer free gift wrapping.

Was pretty expensive for toys even though they did have some cool stuff that u wouldnt find anywhere else but not the product i was looking for! Friendly staff though!

I absolutely love these toy shops, all sorts from educational, books, make believe play, stem toys and more. Great selection and is always easy for Christmas or birthday gifts!

I just came from shopping at mastermind toys. They have a great selection of creative and educational toys. The sales person C. J was super helpful and helped me find everything I was looking for. But sadly my positive experience was marred by what appeared to be the manager Laura who was rude and dismissive to me at cash. Does the fact that I spent over 200 at the store not make me deserving of a hello or a I can help you here. She actually never made eye contact with me and when I needed to go to the car to grab my wallet she literally just turned to the next person and asked if she could help them. All while never acknowledging me as a costumer. Interestingly enough her staff were quite fabulous. The are definitely not taking cues from her thankfully.
