They didn't have what i was looking for (rubik's cube timer pad), but the staff were super helpful making sure they didn't have it, and even apologized afterwards!

Ordered 3 items for Xmas gifts on the weekend on-line from Mastermind and the website was very customer friendly. I received my items Tuesday by mid afternoon from the on-line ordering location as I pre-paid for them. Very pleased with the quick service and drop-off time frame. Thank-you Mastermind Toys for the pleasant and quick experience dealing with your store. Would highly recommend them.

The location and staff are all fine and I’ve never had an issue while shopping here. My issue comes from the Mastermind website disallowing any review I have written about a product. I had a product that broke easily and was not repairable. After verifying my email twice to write a review on the site, it still has not shown up. Why bother having an option for customers to write a review for products if you will not actually allow anything negative. This type of approach breeds a lack of trust in the type of feedback you actually place on your site.

My kid like this shop. She got a huge list to buy, but limited to the most needed ones. Lot of selections.

This place and their staff are amazing. I came in two days ago exhausted, trying to make the cutoff for my online order. I wish I had these two peoples names.it was clearly Christmas level busy, and the two were running around trying to meet everyone's needs. They were joyful, polite, accommodating, kind and I got to have such wonderful conversations while they were wrapping presents for me (also, what an amazing service). They really made my day. And figured out how to wrap a giant slinkee. PROS! Will return here just for this reason alone. Such pROS!

Friendly and helpful staff. Not everything in stocks. Check online first if looking for specific items then call. They will put it aside for you!

We buy all gifts for kids from here. It's convenient, they usually have some kind of sale going on.

I have 7 kids and been going to this store for many years but I am now finished with these guys. They made one of my daughters cry today. I went in today with my daughter like I did with all my other kids and she was refused her perks birthday gift for the first time just because I apparently unsubscribed and my email was no longer in the system, when I didnt. Thank you to the young gentleman at the front counter fo saving me thousands of dollars because of a dollar store gift that was turned down to a 7 year old.
