Good toy store if your searching for a specific pet patrol toy lol staff helpful in hunting down the right ones

Disappointing customer support and the most inflexible of all refund/exchange policies compared to competitors for overpriced items. Corporate should train staff/managers on what is customer service.

Awesome staff! Was approached right away and asked if I needed assistance which is appropriated vs some stores that don't know if your existence. Staff is helpful, kind, hard working and friendly! We will always be return customers

Picked up "Mastermind" today. What a throwback! Still love this store

This store by far has the best customer service in the world and I’ve lived in many countries! The staff are helpful warm and friendly with excellent knowledge of the products they sell. All you have to do is tell them what age you are looking for and they will have hundreds of ideas to recommend.

I also love the way the store is organized. They have books, science stuff, Lego, dolls, crafts, dress up your name it! Did I mention they offer free gift wrapping?

But not all mastermind toy stores are the same… I went to the one on East Mountain and the service was awful, The staff are very unfriendly and barely greet you. Now I drive all the way to Ancaster anytime I need a present! Thank you for all you do!

As far as we know the PAW Patrol has the capabilities of international travel and possible covert operation capabilities. However, the PAW Patrol failed to assist in any way during the Iran Hostage Crisis of 1979, which is unacceptable seeing as the US diplomats were hostages from November 4,1979, to January 20,1981. Could it be that the PAW Patrol is run by Islamic extremist that utilize PAW Patrol to increase positive images of the extremist, while also taking money from the UN? Or that the PAW Patrol is US run, and was told by the CIA to not intervene with the hostage crisis? If it is the former, why so? Could the Iran Hostage Crisis be a hoax, used to crack down on Iran for bringing down the monarchy that was ruling Iran, made possible by a coup from the US and UK?

Amazing customer service! I will make it a point to come back to this store simply because the staff was so informed and friendly. You guys are doing a great job, 5 out of 5 for sure! Thanks for the help!

The Rymal Rd an Upper Paradise Rd staff produce delicious pizza, with generous amounts of toppings. The pricing is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful with ordering. I highly recommend Pizza Nova at Upper Paradise Rd and Rymal Rd. The best

Great place to shop for toys! They will even wrap everything for you, for every season. Plus bonus points one can use to buy other things! My daughter's favorite!

The staff is wonderful at Mastermind Toys in Ancaster, Ontario. It wasn't particularly busy when we went there on Monday December 14,2020. All staff members were following Covid-19 protocols to a tee! Although I wasn't able to find what I was looking for; my friend was able to find a Christmas gift for her youngest Granddaughter!

They were great and helpful kids that work there. Cheerful bunch. Product was perfect. Customer service fantastic.

Our first experience with this store, and I have to say it was very good. After waiting for a couple of months for a birthday gift to arrive (with no success due to delays) I was able to track one down in Mastermind, Ancaster.
Jacob was very professional and helpful on the phone, and obliged to hold the product until we arrived.
The store was clean and comfortable, with all Covid-19 regulations and protocols being followed.
I absolutely recommended checking this toy store out.

Perfect for kids to be amazed by toys, prices are reasonable.

Found one of the two games i was looking for will likely go back after a bit more research on a third ootion.

Took my granddaughter their at her request for her birthday present. Friendly helpful staff. She loves this store.

Prices were reasonable. Not tons of selection but can find different one of a kind items. Puzzles seem to be pretty good quality. Staff was helpful and friendly. Added bonus is that they gift wrap items for free! I’ll shop here just for the gift wrapping!
