My 4th year going here. I'm yet to find a better tasting chicken biryani. The prices are great. Portions are big. The people up front are very nice and the chefs do an amazing job

All the chat items, food and service are wonderful here. The prices are very reasonable and they provide yummy food. The samosa chat here is a must try. All the chat items are must try to be frank.

This place is so unhygienic that it makes me question if the food is safe to eat or not. I ordered tandoori roti on the phone and they said 10 minutes, I get there after 15-20 minutes and I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my 4 rotis. There was only one person ahead of me and they got their food right away. I wish I could put 0 stars.

Place definitely needs some cleaning. If you look at top corners, or on top of pictures, that place hasnt been cleaned in years. It literally costs couple hundred bucks to hire someone to sweep every few months. But the food is amazing, samosas are perfect! I highly recommend it to people, only if they clean up the place, its nasty man

Customer service rude
We bought half pound of sweets, she weighed it 0.4, I corrected her that its not half pound, she replied very rude that you want it exactly half pound? What does it mean lol, half pound means half pound, then she charged me another bucks for making it exactly “half pound”

Great customer service, fair prices and delicious food! I've ordered from here a number of times and have never been disappointed. It's my go-to spot for ordering out now. I can confidently say it's on my top 10 favorite places to eat as well.

DONT ORDER BY PHONE. EVER.you will regret it. They use wifi phone…it’s 2023 and this place is not ghetto to not afford regular phone service/landline. I’m not their race, and I specifically said I know I’m pronouncing it wrong and no matter how I described it and repeated the word they didn’t hear it OR thought it was something else due their “phone systems” which resulted in them hanging up on me AND NEVER CALLING BACK. They gave the wrong item nonetheless and only realized upon getting home. When coming back she tried to say that’s what I asked for…My family and I will never be coming back to this place ever. We’ve given this place our business for over 15 years and the new management is fricken pathetic and useless. Food doesn’t even taste good anymore nor do the samosas. Find another place. Seriously.

We love this place - it's our go to for good authentic Indian food. The samosas are on point and always reliably fresh, flavourful and satisfies the itch. The tamarind sauce that comes with it is also a must! We often get their lamb or goat Biryani, butter chicken and aloo tikkas, and overall they have never disappointed. I will say, like many others, service is near "terrible" - I would never recommend just walking in and ordering (even though walk-ins are available). ALWAYS CALL FIRST. Because even when we've called ahead of time to place an order, we've still had to wait 10-20minutes.the one time we tried to walk in and order (just a Biryani and some samosas) we waited well over 40min. It often feels like there's usually only 1-2 people working.and there's no real system for how people are lined up or you never know who's been waiting or already placed an order.it's generally a hot mess.
BUT if you're willing to deal with it and/or have the time to wait, then their food is worth it! Also, grab some Indian sweets while you're there too!

Chicken Samosas were soaked in oil and seemed like they had been made earlier and then refried. Chicken filling inside was very dry. Not gonna try again.

Their samosa were ice cold. I ordered from the Uber and it’s bye 1 get one. I have a guest today and want to server them. But they sent only 6 instead of 14. And it’s not first time it happened. The same thing happened last month as well. If you guys can not update the instruction and can not follow what’s in the app. It’s unprofessional.

If someone allergic with un- hygiene you guys would probably gonna kill them. Worst experience

Ordered their samosa, garlic naan, chicken biryani, and butter chicken.everything was bursting with flavour! A reasonable 20- minute wait for entire order.came out hot and fresh.prices and portions are good.the place is more for takeout as there's only a single table setup.they should take care of the wet floor in a corner of the store.

Very dirty and bad atmosphere. Bread pakoda was really bad. Only tea was good but i wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen if front area is so unclean

Best ever service by gurleen. Today i visit this place firsr time. She welcomed us with smile face. She explained everyghing so well and recomended us sweets and food. Gurleen is very funny and gave us every knowledge about catering also. Overaall food was good. Very hard working girl (gurleen)

I ordered channa bhatura from uber eats with a deal of one plus one for my office it was a more than $300 order. They accept the order i called them just to confirm the order because it was a big order and they said there is no deal going on uber the deal is just for skip only but it was on uber eats too that’s why I ordered from uber eats.
The staff was so rude and when i asked tohem to trasfer my call to their manager they put me on hold for almost like 15 20 minutes. I hung up the call and then called them again and they again did the same thing and put me on hold again.

I called uber customer service they called the restaurant than they did agree to send me the food with the deal going on but when i got my delivery i was again not exact number. I am really disappointed from theie service and their staff’s way of talking.
Not recommending this restaurant to anyone for uber delivery.

Ordered delivery twice in the last 3 weeks.
The first time we tried the biryani and veg thali. While the thali tasted pretty okay, the biryani was really good. It hit the right spice levels which no other desi restaurant (in the downtown area) had in the past three years. So we ordered it again on Friday along with Chicken curry to try. We assumed the chef would know his curry but the chef had a few surprises. The curry was nothing but boiled chicken in tomato sauce and when we moved to (what we thought was a safe bet) the biryani, to be honest we felt betrayed. It was dry, borderline choking hazard. Had to gulp a beverage to eat. To be fair I’m rating the place a three, for the spices and freshness, and that first good biryani which was easy on the innards.
Although hesitant, I’d probably try the restaurant once again, just to give the chef a second chance. My wife says she won’t.

Came for gulab Jamun.but I was amazed by the quality of karahi chicken.

I had their noodle burger and it was amazing. Gurleen served us in quite professional manner. I like the service and food too.

And they charged us for 20 people. Ridiculous first time experience!
They are always busy to talk properly on calls.

Overall bad first time experience with them. They didn't even refund my money for extra plates charged by them.

They were like we dont take order for less than 20 people (are you kidding me?) That should have been told by the girl who was taking order.

The restaurant was excellent, take out only, offering reasonable prices. The owner demonstrated kindness as we gathered as a group to order snacks. Afterwards, he graciously approached us and politely inquired about our thoughts on the food (i think he wanted to be the best in this business).

Ordering from this place is a skam. Don't fall for their 2 for 1 special. Large is actually a small and they don't get your order right.

We bought Laddu from them few months ago to when we open to serve to our guests it was full with fungus. As per employee it’s totally fresh.
And yesterday it’s happened same with SNACKS. Totally smelled.

Earlier the food used to be great but now every single thing you order is stale, don't know how they cannot distinguish fresh and stale or they really know what's going on but just going with the flow. Hoping a food inspector visits soon.

Careful when ordering any Buy 1 Get 1 promotions from them on food delivery apps. Portions are half the normal size. Lamb korma was a lamb curry, probably cause the restaurant couldn't be bothered to make the dish.

Typically get samosas from here as it’s the closest place to my home, the food is great but unfortunately takes quite a long time to get the food for a takeaway restaurant

Ordered 2 chicken biryanis, biryani was spoilt, chicken uncooked in the middle and everyone who ate it had an upset stomach. NEVER AGAIN! Would give 0 stars if that was possible, don’t even know how they are still in business with that kind of food

0 star if I can. 20$ for butter chicken and it comes in a small soup sized container and I kid you not, has 2 small pieces of chicken. Hope yall go bankrupt soon!
