I don’t know this company but I know Jason Johnson who moved from lyons law firm and he’s a fantastic child protection lawyer he got my daughter out of the system and back with me after 4 yrs of her living with her abusive narcissistic father the lawyer I had before him put my daughter back with her dad and caused her so much trauma four dui later on fentanyl tried to kill my daughter multiple times bcs he wanted to see me suffer I suffered I tried for so long to get her away from him and Jason Johnson helped me get her back I love that man he’s a gem and he’s young but for a young lawyer he puts up a good fight

I came to a realization today, had Bernard Cummins for a legal aid lawyer when I was 17 & charged with a crime. My court process was dragged on for a full year by Bernard for something that I was pleading guilty to. I could have easily plead guilty and got this over with. Instead Bernard wanted to milk the legal system & make more $ so he dragged in on a year effectively causing me to go to adult prison and having an adult criminal record instead of just pleading guilty to this while I was 17 and getting a youth record. This choice on his part to make a couple extra bucks caused me to struggle with getting jobs my whole life and lose out on major opportunities since I had an adult record. This could have been easily avoided if he didn’t remand my case 10 times for no good reason. Thanks Bernard.

Mike Miller was contacted over 3 weeks ago to draw up a simple lease assignment so that the sale of a business could be completed. Mike has not responded to numerous emails and phone calls regarding this assignment and the closure of the sale hinges on the assignment. Not sure why there is no response or progress for a long term client. Would not deal with this firm!
