David from Matrix came by same day I experienced an issue with my multi-point lock on my front door. He was honest about the issue and didn't push for unnecessary repairs. If in the future, I run into issues again, I know I'll be contacting Matrix and David again.

I have used Matrix Locksmith multiple times. Danny is reliable and honest. He was able to unlock my 2011 Audi a3 in less that 5 minutes. Other companies will pry your door open and possibly leave you with damages, not Matrix they have trained technicians that actually know how to pick a lock! Thankyou so much again Danny

I called to get a quote on a service for my cottage which is not too far from the address posted on the website. I spoke to a boy, I think Danny? He was not very professional in speaking to me. He was very rude and raising his voice. I tried to explain the service I was looking for, he cut me off mid sentence and gave me a quote of $450? I asked him if he was aware of the service I was looking for. He then said “no we don’t provide that”? I guess he just gives random pricing without knowing the full background.

Matrix locksmith called me back immediately once receiving my email. They were able to get a fabulous locksmith to the house the next day to redo our lock. Provided great options and we are super thankful the excellent as well as kind support.

I highly recommend Matrix Locksmith Toronto for car keys replacement services. I called and got a quick response, they helped me to schedule a locksmith to arrive promptly to my house in Toronto, without the need of towing the car to them, and made me a key for my Volkswagen Jetta, as I lost mine.
The service provided to me was, first he had to unlock my car then, Car key replacement, new key fob key was cut and programmed.
I also requested a car key copy, to have as a spare.

Contacted Matrix locksmith to rekey my front door lock, as we have lost our only set of keys. The locksmith was very quick to come and handle the rekey! He did a Fantastic job on the door lock! Also provided us with an extra set of keys, The locksmith was very knowledgeable , i would definitely recommend the lock services to all family and friends.

I have a big UPVC front door at my house, really nice modern looking door with a special locking system, apparently called multipoint. The locksmith has educated me a bit with this European multipoint locking system, not only I have learned from him he also replaced my lock, I really glad and appreciate his professional lock services as my door stopped locking and I had to go to work, the locksmith arrived quickly within an hour and fixed the issue with no time, thank you Matrix Locksmith you have saved my day!

I had the pleasure of meeting Danny and how much he was a total professional at his craft! The task on hand got more complicated than anticipated due to my error but Danny quickly came up with alternative solutions and McGiver fixes. All I can say he is well equipped with inventory and I warn people of buying keys from alternative sources don’t pay in the long run which was my mistake. Lesson learned today.
Danny was a true gentleman and professional while watching him in his element was an impressive sight.

Hi there after having searched for a locksmith for over a week I finally came across matrix phone number they were fast professional friendly I were able to come to my location Next to no way thank you so much matrix You guys rock

Great communication and quick response time. This is the second time I have been using Matrix for an ignition issue on my VW Passat and both times I was a very happy customer. Very knowledgeable and fair in estimation/pricing.

Called Matrix and spoke to Danny regarding the cost to make keys for a 1969 VW Karmann Ghia because the originals were lost. He quoted that it would cost $350-$400 including labour and travel time to get keys made because of how old the car was. After doing some further research, I found out that there's a key code engraved into the door handles that you can refer to and have new keys made for $30cdn which I successfully accomplished. Matrix Locksmith and specifically Danny had the ability to provide helpful information that would facilitate in getting keys cut but chose not to and instead provided a quote of $350-$400? Another locksmith that I contacted provided me with this information and I was able to get keys cut for $30 with no issues. Hopefully others will read this review and avoid being misinformed by Danny who really should evaluate his moral values and not attempt to make a high profit from the elderly moving forward. Will never do business with this company moving forward.
