I cannot say enough about Kim Criece-Reynolds! I’m a new real estate investor. Prior to working with Kim I explored financing from other mortgage companies but none offered the comprehensive service she offered. Excellent service! I didn't even have to leave home, Farhan and Andre were amazing! They helped us get a second mortgage, pulled whatever strings they had to pull to help us get what we wanted. When ever you called or emailed either one of them, they responded right away! 2 amazing guys and very easy to talk to and work with. They literally took the burden off our backs with setting up this second mortgage for us and I look forward to working with them again next year when we have to renew! Thank you Farhan and Andre for everything!

This people are a bunch crooks that are there to take you money and run.
When I requested info for a second morgage about fees they told me one amount then when I got the papers that amount was greater and charge fees (extra) for a bunch or things thanks god they did not charge me a fee for cleaning their asses.
For a morgage of $75k I had to paid over $16.5k in fees and interest upfront and it does not included my lawyer fees, cause their lawyer fee was over $1.8 k.
This people are not professional at all
My lawyer told me to check st the credit borough because he thinks that they email my personal papers to the wrong email
What a bunch of crooks their names are kareema and Yahya.
So if anyone is planning to to any business with this people beware
