Food is quite good and so is the atmosphere, usually pretty packed during typical lunch and dinner times so the service leaves a little to be desired; it takes quite a few tries to get a waitress' attention as they generally don't seem look around and see your raised arm or are just too busy to look. Asked waitresses for drinks/takeout boxes and each time it took 3-4 different waitresses before we got our drinks and takeout boxes. The pricing is also a bit more expensive than other HK style restaurants that serve the same food, and takeout containers cost money here as well when they're normally free at other spots.

This is a very typical HK cafe with different dishes in the menu. The taste is average. It is often crowded just because there are not a lot of options in the area. The services are extremely poor. There was one lady that rushed us for the bill. She kept standing next to us while there was no one waiting at the door. It is more like you get the worst of both Hong Kong (rush service) and Canada (expensive) in this single restaurant. You pay high price for suboptimal services. It is amused to see why this restaurant can appear to be so successful in the neighbourhood.

Poor services and mediocre food. Waitresses are rude. I won't suggest people to visit this restaurant again.

Extremely unsatisfied experience. One of the worst dine out experiences indeed. This is not a cheap place while the waitresses treat customers like a fast food restaurant. Why people will even spend money in this place? I cannot recommend anyone to go there.

11: 25 sit in and place order.
Takes around 10 mins for foods to come.
Then 12: 35 someone come over and ask us to leave.said that we can only have 1 hour to eat and go. Just keep standing next to the table with an ugly looks forcing us to leave.
Still have drinks haven't finished on table.

This is my first time to write bad reviews. It was a terrible experience for having food here. The food tasted awful. The the service was bad. We paid the tips when we paid the bill. However, the waitress forced us to pay more tips. It was so rude. Will never come here again. Do not recommend to have meals here.

Service sucked, sat in for 5min, and didn't even serve us any water, tea, or even a menu to look at. Food was soso.

One of my favourite HK style joints for breakfast and lunch amazing selection and great value can't beat it. Service is typical plenty of parking my fave for breaky is the instant noodle and HK tea and lunch the classic baked pork chop in tomato sauce in my opinion one of the best tasting

Just dont. Like tips aren't mandatory. They trued and argue with us and they wanted like 10% tip. The food wasn’t even that good! Bad customer service definitely not coming back.

I have a BBQ pork with macaronis in soup and egg. The BBQ pork is a bit dry. The milk tea is silky but the taste of tea can be stronger.

To compare, this cafe's Newmarket branch is more outstanding.

Friendly service, affordable prices, food tastes above average and in pretty big portions. This place is clean and comfortable that you won't rush to finish your meal and leave. I live far away otherwise I would visit more often. Would definitely recommend.

Not the most authentic restaurant to visit for Korean food. The food comes out pretty fast but the flavour is lacking. I’ve tried quite a few Korean places but this one is more mainstream and isn’t the most authentic tasting.

More like a Hong Kong style restaurant than Korean, but food are delicious, hot and well served. I like their breakfast and most dishes and go there regularly. The atmosphere is pretty good as well.

The environment is good. And it's crowded all the time! The air-conditioning is very strong. The seating is quite spacious. There are bar- like seating near the window too. They have a variety of HK-style cafe cuisines. Some of them really bring nostalgic memories. They have Russian borscht macaroni! There used to be Borscht-flavoured cup noodles too! Overall, it's not too bad!

Not what I expected for a Korean restaurant. It is more like Hong Kong style cafe. There are other better HK style cafes around hwy 7 and Kennedy that are more flavorful.

The restaurant has a good location at Markham road and the 16th area, serving a variety of popular Hong Kong-style dishes at a reasonable price.
It is a clean eatery and the service is good. My favourite dishes are Fried chicken wings and French toast. I wish their hot drinks (like HK-style milk tea) are served in a bigger cup.
