Mattamy need to be transparent in providing final project hand over date and work with customers to lower their interim payments until the project is completed. Final hand over taking more than 1 year after occupancy is unrealistic and leave customers paying highest possible mortgage interest rate (8% or more in some cases) along with unrealistic land tax calculated to be payed to mattamy instead of securing better mortgage rates from bank. All this happens just because customers had to wait until mattamy complete the whole project even if you qualify for own mortgage. Customers are not here to pay for your project delay. What a pity

Very Unprofessional and Unethical Builder. Once they take money, they ignore people and don’t care about them.

Sales staff lack professionalism. Very rude and impersonal dealings. Can't imagine how bad it gets after sales. No wonder everyone complains they don't honour their agreements and don't stand by their warranty once they have your money.
