I personally think it's unprofessional to call seniors by there first name. I'm not a little kid & really find this disrespectful.

Dr Dawood is the worst doctor in Mississauga. Very greedy doctor. Always in hurry to make more money. Do not expect her to listen to your problem. Heights of unprofessionalism. Pharmacy gave expired medicine for my 6 yr old son. Your negligence can cost someone's life. Anyone buying medicine from this pharmacy, plzzzzz check the expiry date.

Went in for my visit and I was advised that I have to pay $47 in cash and order they take me in as my health card was expired five days ago. I had no issue to pay it as they have promised it will be refunded once I bring the validation back. After I provided the card validation they did not refund me my money as they have to wait for the Ontario Health to pay it off? !? ! I directly removed the doctor to be my Family Doctor. It was rude and unprofessional.

My wife had a terrible experience with Dr. Dawood. She went to see her because a severe pain in her ear! When doctor came to see my wife she said: Why the receptionist let you in, I have a break now!
Then she started to check my wife in hurry and said you only need to take Tylanol.
That night was a nightmare, my wife was crying because of pain in her ear and couldn’t sleep. Next day the Mathews Gate clinic was closed so we went to a Walk In clinic and the doctor there said that she has a sever ear infection to the point that her hearing was badly affected.
We are extremely surprised of Dr. Shamim Dawood unprofessionality and careless behavior towards her patients and she is always in hurry to move from patient to patient. PLEASE, do yourself a favour as a patient, who deserves quality care, and avoid this unprofessional physician.
Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Dr. Daewood is great with routine medical problems, however, mental health is not her specialty.

Dr. Dawood is my family doctor for more than two years and all I can say is that I was very fortunate to have met her. She is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. She always takes the time to listen and give me thorough explanations about my health concerns.

The clinic is neat, modern and staff is very friendly. There is a has pharmacy on site which is very convenient. The pharmacists are very knowledge and friendly too. Prescription are filled promptly and explained very well.

Dr. Dawood has been our family doctor for more than a year now. She is very kind and professional. She will ask you right questions regarding your health problem and she is listening carefully all the details we mention. I like her way of diagnosing, I take my own time to trust any doctor but I did not have to think twice for any medical treatment in this clinic. The receptionist and pharmacist are friendly and professional.

Walked in and it was a great experience, great location next to square one too, caring staff and was dealt with quickly I hardly even waited. If you want people who actually care and listen to you then this the place, there's a pharmacy near by too. Overall pretty clean, professional and knowledgeable is what you get. Def.worth it yo

I am very happy with Dr. Dawood and her staff, they all make me feel very happy, they are so friendly, no matter how sick I am I love going there. Dr. Dawood listens to my problems and does everything possible to make me feel good. She is the best doctor I have ever had in my life I am 75, she is the best. The pharmacy they are the best pharmacy I have ever had also, they are all so friendly, Saba is such a warm and friendly person, Moonu is also warm and friendly and they make you laugh even if you are feeling very sick.i am so happy to have them in my life. I am always feeling better when I walk into the clinic.

Huge fan of this clinic! Very professional and they actually go above and beyond to help, which is so sweet. I always finish work late and I arrive late and they STILL take their time helping me - the only clinic that works around my schedule. They also do great follow up and answer any questions with great detail. Def recommend!

Dr. Shamim Dawood runs an amazing doctors office! She has flexibility with her schedule and when you have an appointment at 10, it will likely always be on time. She is kind, knowledgeable and works with you. She's not a doctor that just throws out prescriptions. She likes to talk to you about your health and what you're comfortable with. It's super convenient when I go in because I can pick up my prescriptions at the pharmacy with little to no wait time as well. All around and amazing Dr and efficient Pharmacy

My family loves Dr Shamim Dawood! She’s very knowledgeable, thorough, approachable and kind. She listens to our concerns very well. She’s non-judgmental and I can tell her details related to my care without ever feeling self-conscious or embarrassed. I’m confident in her ability to take care of us and help us make the best decisions for our health. She does well baby check ups for my little girl and she’s always been very gentle and sweet with her, especially when giving her scheduled shots. We don’t ever feel rushed with her. I’m so happy we have her as a family doctor! We are in good hands!

If I were to comment on one thing, I think it’s unfortunate that there is no better parking area than the one they have now which is in the backside of the building. It was very difficult to find it, however the receptionist and Dr Dawood were readily available to give directions and we eventually made our way to the clinic. If you’re coming by car, there are no wheelchair/stroller accessible pathways. After parking, you have to take the stairs and walk through a hallway and you’ll end up street side (Hurontario) in front of the building then walk past an office or two and then you’ll find the entrance to the clinic. Just FYI. The journey is so worth it though!:)
