Just bought a mattress today with my wife. Fantastic prices. Great customer service from both Skylar and the other gentleman working (I forgot your name). They were very knowledgeable and helped us deciding on which mattress would be the best option for our needs. Looking forward to a great night sleep this Friday!

Great prices. We just got a twin in box mattress, and it's not great, but it is for the price! As long as you have a good box spring it will be awesome. It was purchased for a loft space for a child, which works because they are only 50 lbs, but they can still feel the hardness of the floor through it sometimes, and it's been 1 month and it's starting to dip in the middle. It's great for the price and if you have a box spring though!

What can I say, these guys are good. From Dace to Kaleb to Austin, they made shopping for a new firm pocket coil mattress and custom box spring, a very pleasant and fun experience. After we told them our needs, they came up with the perfect answers for us. Added to that, delivery to us in Sarnia, was fast, efficient, and painless. Our new mattress and box spring combo are just perfect for us, and so far it's been a welcome update to our bedroom down time. We're sleeping well, again! Kudos, guys!

2nd time purchasing and had another good experience. We didn't feel pressured to purchase and all our questions were answered fully. Next day free delivery was really helpful too. So far the bed we're happy with our choice!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The prices were fantastic and mattresses were in stock. They were in boxes so we were able to fit into our truck but Skylar mentioned we could have free delivery as well if they didn’t. Will be back to buy another for sure!

Awesome experience with Mattress Depot! The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They had the mattresses and boxsprings already in stock, so we were able to leave with our purchase the day we bought it, and the staff attached it to our car.
I was super impressed compared to Bad Boy, where we originally bought a mattress and boxspring for university and were told it would definitely be ready in 2 weeks, but 3 weeks later, only the mattress was ready and the boxspring wouldn't still wouldn't be in for the day we were moving. They wouldn't refund us for our order, and we had to pay a restocking fee.

Worst customer service ever! They told us our mattress was in and we could come pick it up anytime. I drove most of an hour to get here now they say I need an appointment!

Dace was phenomenally helpful in finding me the perfect fit of mattress for my preferences. I'm a picky sleeper and indecisive, and Dace was very patient and offered me thoughtful and honest suggestions/recommendations. I got a fantastic deal on my mattress and he was happy to keep the mattress in the depot for as long as needed until I could come back to pick it up (I'm from out of town). I had a horrible experience. The sale of the mattress was good and the owner was helpful. We did have exchange one of our mattresses because it wasn't a good fit and for a small restocking fee, we paid for another one. I received a call from the store on Aug 27th saying that the mattress was in and we could swing by anytime to pick it up. My husband came by, unfortunately without a receipt (our mistake) so there was some frustration from both the owner and my husband. The owner informed us we should have called in advance, which is not what we were told. I called the owner to ask what I could do to make things right so that we could solve this issue and didn't get too far. Fortunately, I was able to find the receipt and send an electronic copy and we were able to get our mattress. Even a staff member mentioned that the owner can be crusty and that this is their busiest weekend of the year with back to school. My husband went on Google and gave them a one-star review for their customer service.
This morning, I received a call from the owner (which by the way was on speaker in a busy restaurant), he spent a couple of minutes yelling profanities at me, actually called me a c*** and told me he hopes my bed breaks down and that I'm never allowed in his store again. I understand being unhappy with a bad review, but to call me personally (I didn't write any review) and verbally attack me for the review is incredibly unprofessional, immature, and frankly frightening. We certainly don't need to be banned from the store because we will never go there again. And yes, the owner will likely call me again, but frankly my skin is thick enough to take his immaturity.

From first step through the door, Kaleb was super helpful in finding the mattress I needed! He gave me suggestions on what mattresses would fit the firmness I wanted. He was very knowledgeable. I also received a great deal and he arranged free delivery to fit my schedule. I highly recommend Mattress Depot for any mattress needs!

Delivered mattress on the wrong day no one was there just found out today it was delivered, no message to inform me. Not happy at all. Couple years ago got 2 mattress and box springs one mattress arrived ripped wanted us to go to Toronto to get a different one. Not very happy

Great mattress and price got one for our daughter. The manager was courteous and accommodating when we bought mattered a week ago and put on layaway and picked up yesterday. They even tied mattered up in the car professional with a real nice gentleman helping. Extremely happy with the purchase of our new queen bed set! We couldn’t believe the price and the great quality we received! We bought on a Monday and had our bed delivered for free 1.5 days later! Amazing customer service both at the store and by the delivery drivers. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new bed. Blows my mind that we purchased an entire set, including a bed frame for under 1k. We looked around at the big box stores and to get what we got a the Mattress Depot would have cost us close to 2k!

Many yrs ago i bought a matterss from this company i paid 900 for a mattress and the bed was uncomfortable andbit was a bad experince.at the time cells phones didnt have the internet so i will never buy a mattress from them agin and they had a bad record with the better business burerow.the man's name was dace or Skylar. A bunch of crooks.

Bought a mattress set recently during covid-19, despite not being able to go into the store and try out mattresses, we were assured of their paused exchange policy would indeed resume appropriately and had great help over the phone. We went with a recommended bed over one we looked at online on their website, and we are very happy with our decision. Great experience from start to finish, the delivery people were also wonderful and professional. Definitely recommend this store for quality deals and service.

Completely disrespectful, When I asked about warranty repairs on a mattress I had for 7 months, I was told it was my fault for not turning the mattress. I've never had to "turn" a mattress in my entire life. The manager of the store literally told me to F$#@ off. NEVER SHOP HERE.

We bought a mattress and a bunk bed for our kid. Both items broke or became damaged within a year. The owner and his boy friend threatened to "fine" us for smering their name. Well they should of stood behind their warranties. They refused to stand behind their warranty on both products which is rediculous.no fault of our own. Never will I buy anything from there and I'll never recommend their products or store. I pray they loose all business. Horrible they treat a veteran that way. Especially after they promised their warranty was like ko other. As he has a really bad back

I cannot count how many times that SpongeBob parody radio commercial is airing and it makes me laugh how it hasn't been copyrighted, I mean Nickelodeon would have sued you by now! It's the damn one from 2004 and you haven't made a new one in years, can you please take it off the air?

We were impressed with the selection of mattresses, the salesperson's attention and knowledge of the models. Dave was terrific. Total sales assistance with no pressure. When we decided to buy, he walked us through the transaction. Delivery was arranged as we live out of town. Delivery was also timely, and the delivery people were friendly and thoughtful.

Stopped into Mattress Depot before the lock down. I ended up dealing with Skylar. I cannot say enough positive things about this guy! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He took the time to go through a number of different mattresses in order to find one that met my needs! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mattress at a great price! My wife and I purchased a mattress with Skylar, we both gave him the wrong size thinking we purchased a California King bedroom set and turns out being just a King set. I was our fault for misleading them when fabricated for a custom made size. We approached Skylar with the news having the wrong size made and his response was not a problem we will take care of it. We were amazed how kind he was very professional about the situation and ordering a new mattress at no extra cost. We can truly see he cares about customer satisfaction and makes sure to keep his clientele happy.

We recommend anyone who needs a mattress to go see Skylar and end up with good experience at the end of the day thinking it’s the best choice when it comes to buying a mattress.

I had the worst experience ever with this store. First of all no one was wearing a mask in the store, during this pandemic. There was no sanitization or precautions being made. Workers were very convincing in buying there products. Only there is no return policy. I purchased a memory foam topper, and was told it was something it clearly was not. They did not let me look at the foam in store, and when I got home it was flat and not a memory foam at all. Overpriced too, but worth it if it was what they told me it was. Still in the plastic, I tried to return it, and was not able to. I was left a horrible voicemail saying i was lying and should have asked about a return policy when I made the purchase. In reality they were being very very sneaking. I would not take any chances here, they lie, and sell you on products that are in no way worth it.

Skylar is the rudest human that works in retail.
Using profanity and yelling while putting the blame on the customer when the store made the mistake. How does anyone address people in that way and think its acceptable.

Worst customer service. No return policy. They act very nice to sell you on products that are not worth it at all. Spend the extra money on a bigger company who actually know what they are talking about. My sister got a bed from them and a day later found 2 bed bugs and had to throw out the matress. NO RETURN POLICY. When I tried going in and talking and later received a very rude voicemail saying I was lying with what they had told me. Do NOT RECOMMEND

I went in just to check the place out. I spoke with Skylar first and let me tell you, this man knows mattresses! I ran in 30min before close and he didn’t hesitate for a second to take the time to go threw all the beds with me. Told me to take my time and answered any questions I had. Brought my spouse back the second time a couple days later and spoke with Dace. Again, super helpful and knows his stuff. There was no pressure and was incredibly helpful! We decided on a mattress (That is made in Canada) which is something I can get behind! We left that day, mattress in tow. The bed has been fantastic! I haven’t slept this well in years! They also had some of the best deals in the city and they were flexible on price. I will continue to shop here if and when I ever need a new mattress! Good job guys! Keep up the good work.

We have purchased several mattresses and mattress covers here over the past 10 years and can’t say enough good things. A lot (if not all) of their mattresses are Canadian made and super comfy, at the right price. Staff are always friendly and very helpful with lots of knowledge and suggestions about which mattress would fit what you’re looking for. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve suffered with lower back pain for years now just waking up in the middle of the night to roll over from my left side onto my right side was pure agony! I always wanted a good mattress but I was worried about spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars and getting no relief. I finally took the chance and I bought the pillow top mattress which came to $317 with delivery since the very first night of sleeping on this new mattress my back pain is almost totally Disappeared I can’t believe relief happen that fast. So if you’re on the fence I’m telling you it’s worth the money it’s a great deal and the improvement in your sleep you’re gonna wish you did this year’s ago PS thank you mattress depot!

Top notch service through and through every time I am in the store! I'm always treated respectfully and would recommend this place ahead of any larger "home furnishings" store in a heart beat.

We have purchased all our mattresses as well as several pieces of furniture (book shelf, cushioned storage table, etc) from Mattress Depot. The salesman was extremely helpful and directed us to the most affordable and comfortable options. They delivered all the items to our home in a fast and friendly matter. We receive many compliments on our furniture and I have referred many happy customers to Mattress Depot.

I have bought all my beds at Least 10 from Mattress Depot over the past 20 years. I have always loved there product and service. I have never had an issue with any of there mattress or furniture.

0/5. This place is very unprofessional. They do not log your name into their system whatsoever for any record you were ever a customer. They scribble on a piece of paper the "deal" they gave you, only for you to be forgotten about a week later when you have an issue with your mattress. If there's an issue - these guys are horrible! They do not back up their "word" as their is no record in any system you even did business there.

This is the second bed I've bought from here. I came back because they always have good prices. The salesman was knowledgeable, not pushy and delivery was on time.

Was referred to mattress depot by a friend and boy am I glad I went there. I found exactly what i was looking for, it was quick and easy. Went in, told the salesman what I was looking for and he immediately suggested a couple beds to me. He was very helpful and I'm deffinitely a happy customer! After getting home, realized I will now need a frame as well, I called and not a problem at all, they are sending one with the delivery. Needless to say I'm extremely excited to receive my bed this upcoming week, hopefully everything goes smoothly! Thanks guys, definitely will be back in the future
