Matty O'Shea's Pub

I was only there for a takeout order, but the patio was well organized. The fish and chips is to die for! So good… it’s been 2 days and I’m already craving it! So glad I finally checked them out.
Edit April 2023: they are still awesome. But a website or at least online menu is needed (not some pics on Facebook).

Tried this place on 2 different occasions and really like it. Our favourites are the house made poppers! The poutine is also very tasty.

This is a warm bustling pub. The food is reasonably priced, large portions of good, freshly cooked, food. I tried the buffalo chicken wrap and parmesan garlic lattice fries. Will go again for sure. You have to try the cheesy jalapeno poppers! They have a 'date night' special menu share an appetizer, 2 mains and share a dessert, plenty of food. Go in the chocolate cake is amazing. The staff are busy, efficient, friendly and welcoming.

Dinner was served with expertise and knowledge. The service was prompt and exceptionally polite while still being personalized. Very enjoyable dinner and the shared chocolate cheese cake was delicious

I really wanted to like the food. I will give Matty's another opportunity in the future. Staff was really pleasant.

We had fantastic service. And they have UNBEATABLE prices. Food quality was adequate. Will be coming back for sure

This is one of the better places I've had a pint or two in. It's Smiths Falls, what more can I say.

I just ordered a chicken ceasar with feta and the wonton poppers.

We just moved here not long ago, and I came across this for lunch. Oh. My. God. I don't make a lot of reviews. Something really has to stick out. This is the BEST Ceasars and the poppers I haven't ever seen that idea in any menu before. I will be coming back with the Hubby. Cannot wait to come back!

My wife and I met friends for lunch yesterday, and had a great time. Food was hot and tasty. Montreal smoked meat sandwich with home made mustard was perfect. Large portion of fish and chips. If you are a Leaf fan, you are more than welcomed by staff. Wonderful and fun atmosphere. Go Leafs Go

Came in on Family day for lunch while traveling through Smith Falls. Staff were friendly and polite. The food was delicious. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich and my husband had a chicken sandwich both with garlic waffle fries.

Great little dive with large portions and friendly staff, highly recommend for lunchtime as most places are closed during the week

I've been here a few times now, and each time I'm impressed by the quality of food and the great service. They have a special for each day of the week. Today I had half price chicken wings. Plump, juicy and crispy. The medium sauce was perfect.

An excellent place to meet and greet friends. The food is top quality, service is excellent and staff are friendly and efficient.
