Prior to shopping at this store, I had a bad experience at Mark's warehouse, luckily Silvia was there to help turn my WHOLE mood around with her lovely personality and expertise! She was very helpful with answering my questions and went beyond and over to make sure that I was well taken care of! This person interacts with customers and leaves them feeling accommodated.
