I've been going to Mavis Walk-in Clinic for years! I initially went just for Dr Kiran Bhalla years ago because I preferred a female doctor but Dr Jaideep Bhalla is amazing and really good at diagnosing as well. Both are so patient and understanding, any concerns or worries I have they both always address them or run tests. 6 years ago, Dr Jaideep Bhalla actually cared enough to run tests for my grandma (her own specialists and family doctor brushed off her symptoms as her being "old") and we finally found out what she had thanks to Dr Jaideep and got the answers and closure we needed. After this incident I knew that this is the clinic for me and my family! I trust both Dr Kiran and Jaideep Bhalla with my life LOL: D They've been with me through both my pregnanies (and now my daughters are patients too), and even recently my auto immune diagnosis.
I love the ladies working in the front too - I'm not sure what the reviews about them being rude is I've never experienced this. They are always nice and patient when I go, and I go A LOT for both myself and my two daughters lol. I highly recommend this clinic! I'm so happy I found doctors that truly care for their patients and always have their best interests at heart.

I went there and receptionist are very rude and they should need be professional, they should atleast learn talk politely with each and every patient that doesn’t matter they are walk in or regular patients

Very very very very very rude receptionist. Educate her with some etiquette manners and a positive attitude.

Dr. Kiran Bhalla is the best doctor. She always treat well and complete all required the forms at same day. I see other doctors take too much time and whenever I call her she ask to come same day and no need appointment.

Chai se kettle garam. Doctor is soo nyc but the receptionist is. Koi banda ena bekaar kiwe ho skda. I think onu change krna chahida.

It is showing open on Wednesday 12: 00 pm, and they are not answering my calls, saying call back during business hours. They actually don’t take anyone as walk-in. Now my daughter is very sick.
