Max Advanced Brakes

I have ordered these brakes and rotors on numerous occasions. I can say all six of my vehicles use these brakes and I have never had any issues. Thanks Max for a great product and amazing pricing. Highly recommend.

Total disappointment.
Purchased rear rotors for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and in 2 months the rotors showed rust (which raises a big question about the quality). More disappointing is that when I contacted MAX they claimed that the model I purchased comes without rust coating (nothing was mentioned on their website, and I don't know why would they sell a rotor without coating). So they offered a 5% discount on my next purchase (which I will, never do again)
now I ended up with a rusty rotor within 6 weeks of use, which means I will pay for new rotors, brakes, and labor sooner than planned.

Lots of options depending on your make and model. Highly recommend. For the price, you cannot go wrong. Price to braking performance is hard to put into words because it’s too good. Got my whole family using them. Carbon ceramic pads are worth it trust me, trust me, trust me.

Used max brake on my 2012 mdx and 2018 f150. They exceeded oem longevity by far and braked just as good. I strongly recommend.

I called them directly to place an order for front and rear brakes for a 2008 Hyundai Accent. The front are disk and the rear are drum. They sent disc for the front and rear. I called them to tell them of the problem and they tell me it's my fault that I didn't tell them the rear are drum and that they aren't doing anything about it. I expect a company to know what they ship and give me the correct parts.

With respect to the owners response. I want to be very clear that they refused to correct the problem and blamed me for their incompetence. So much for their fitment guarantee. Not a good experience for me.

These were not cheep nor exspensive but after using them I have found that they use very cheep metal. After sitting for a couple of days I notice a grinding, got out and the rotors were heavily covered in rust from sitting. Keep in mind this was just a couple of days. My past rotors were from Wagner and I never had this. Over all because of this the service and the fact that when I spoke to someone throught the Amazon web sight I was given a call center in the Philippines. One star and I think that's being generous.

TURNS OUT THAT IM VERY HAPPY WITH THESE BRAKES. THEY ARE VERY GOOD BRAKING. NO UNWANTED NOISE. OTHER THAN THE BAD EXPERIENCES THAT I HAD WITH THE STORE ITSELF AND THE CALL CENTRE, THE PADS AND ROTORS WERE WORTH THE VALUE. PROBLEM IS MY STORE FRONT CONVERSATION WITH EMPLOYEES AND MY PHONE CALL WAS TERRIBLE AND NOT WORTH ME GOING OUT OF MY WAY TO PERCHANCE THESE AGAIN.

Max brakes has a presence just about everywhere. Amazon Walmart and online with their own website. I recently needed some brake parts for my 2016 Sorento I ordered them went to Max brakes they had them ready in less than an hour, I got my car back on the road in no time at all absolutely fantastic this organization is professional well so ocked inexpensive and knows the value of customer service.
