Max Water

I’ve been a customer for for 10-12 years. Still using the system they sold me back then. As usual I ordered replacement filters and a uv bulb. The same as I have been doing for years. I received the incorrect ro filter and uv bulb. Since may I have been trying to communicate with anyone at max water flow. I tried phone. I tried email. I even went to their office. Was told only way to return anything was through the website. Which I did. Twice. Still nothing. It’s ridiculous that there is no reply from so called customer service in any fashion. Please contact me to resolve this 4 month issue. If you don’t want yo be in business, that’s fine. Don’t take my money when I buy your products.

Installed easily, and the filtration is great. It fits nicely under the sink and is easy to pull out for filter changes. I love the high quality faucet and the quick filter changes with this model versus my previous system from a different manufacturer.

Second time around with this company first time was great but it was pre-Covid and they actually provided service. Now technical services only by their leisure via an online email system. We were unable to get technical support in order to best assess what filters to replace our initial package with. The plumber and water specialist took the best guess so we placed the order. One of the filters seems to be faulty and would not work regardless of pressure. Multiple emails back-and-forth each one which took a couple of days for them to return, resulted in nothing other than trying to blame the customer. Ultimately they pointed out they they have a no refund policy and that clearly we needed better specialists in order to use their product. Arrogant, lazy, and zero concern for their product. Use at your own risk, but expect to be burned.

Shipped wrong items and never responded to my many emails asking for the correct items. They were very responsive when I asked for assistance with choosing the appropriate system prior to placing and order. But once I made my order and they had my money, all I got was radio silence!

I ordered the Car Wash System. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I had a question regarding setup. I sent an email and it was answered very quickly. Very Happy

Customer service was able to match a photo of an RO pump power supply the same day and I was able to order it the next day!

Called multiple times, emailed multiple times, and no reply at all for weeks. And they don't work on the weekend either for even just a few hours (the filter we bought from Max Water lasted less than 2 years before exploding despite always changing filter on time). We were stuck without water in the house for 2 days before swapping it out for a system from a better company that works on weekends.

Genuinely one of the worst businesses I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I purchased a filter from them through Ebay and had nothing but issues trying to return a damaged product. They will fight tooth and nail to prevent a return for a damaged item AND have multiple accounts so they can try and screw you on a return saying it was bought through "a different seller". STAY AWAY! Check the rest of their negative feedback. They DO NOT stand by their product.

I've been buying water treatment equipment from Max Water for years. Water filters and RO systems, as well as replacement filters. They have competitive prices and fast order fulfillment and shipping.

I have been ordering filter and filter eqpt for my cottage from Max Water for a couple of years. Exactly as advertised, fair pricing with speedy shipping. When I had an issue with the type of system I though I wanted, they suggest an alternative, which turns out to be 10 times better then orig though. Thanks and look fwd to continued support.

I re ordered some supplies this year, delivery and pricing is exceptional.
But unfortunately this year I couldn't get any response to my email questions. Not sure if there was a cliché in the system or if the customer service is sliding. I'll still say 5 stars. Until further order's.

Livraison rapide, Appareil facile à monter. Mon conseil: bien nettoyer le filtre à étage régulièrement en le secouant et laisser reposer l'eau 12 heures dans le contenant du dessous pour lui enlever un maximum de son goût métallique.

Prices were reasonable. Shipping & delivery were prompt. Instructions provided were very good.

I am reviewing the company and not the product. I will never buy anything from this company again. Ordering was fine, shipping was fine although they charged me for FedEx when I selected UPS. UPS was $20 more than FedEx so they seem to have pocketed the money. That aside their support team is terrible. Only way to get ahold of them is via a support form. My system was purchased 10 days ago and still not operational. It takes 5 days for support to respond and clearly they do not work over a weekend. Try to call them on the phone and you are directed back to the website. This company does not have the best interest of the purchaser in mind. I spent almost $400 on a system that I still cannot use. Now they say I need a new part. Fine, I bought the part and let's see how long it takes, this small part also cost as much to ship as the full unit so seems they are marking up shipping as well. My recommendation is to buy a water filter elsewhere. Somewhere that you can at least get answers for if you need help in a reasonable amount of time. The filter itself seems impressive but looks can be deceiving. Since it's not working I can't tell. Very unhappy with Max Water service.
Current follow up to this review. After weeks of looking for support I was able to get a hold of someone in the office. They promised a call from support and 1 hr later I received a call from support. I was told he is the ONLY support since Covid started and was way behind. After 15 minutes on the phone diagnosing the issue I was up and running. It's a shame their support is so terrible currently but I will admit now the system is running right the filter seems to work great and water is refreshing. Since it is stored in a water tank under the sink once filtered it is not cold but I put in a glass container and out in the fridge. I can recommend the product but service is lacking. Covid or not I feel it should be better.

I found the part I needed pretty quickly and once ordered they shipped it to me very quickly. The only thing I would have appreciated would have been a way to quickly confirm with them that I was ordering the correct part for my system. But it looked like it from the picture online and I took a chance. I am very happy that I did.

One of the best products for water on the market. Much better than other brands and cheaper by the end. Make sure to get the bulk filters on sale and you should be fine

Very fast delivery. After shopping around for days this company had exactly what I needed. The price for their 100gpd model RO with booster pump attached was way cheaper than anything else I had looked at. The booster pump being attached to the filter itself is very convenient.

I use this source to purchase water filters for my whole house. These are excellent quality filters for a reasonable price. The web site makes it exceptionally easy to locate the items that I use and re-use. Purchasing filters in bulk saves on shipping and I also get a slight reduction in price.

Amazing product! I replaced my old system with the 3 stage system from max water flow and I can say I'm very satisfied. Installation was easy and I've had zero issues since switching over.

Products are priced well and delivery is super fast. I tried calling and emailing for information about a product on their website and no one would call me back, talk to me, or give me a response via email. Customer service I wish was a bit better

Outstanding quality. As an engineer I have been using max products for over 15 years. Have several multiple stage systems installed and each is tested routinely for pre n post TDS and chlorine.this ensures the system is operating at peak efficiency and provides a guide in addition to time when to replace the filters.

Max water has improved their products over the years such as adding double O rings to the filter housings and adding high quality faucets.

Max has excellent prices for replacement filters

it is recommended that you have a good understanding of how an RO system works, and ts respective maintenance.

What a waste of time!

My filter housing cracked and flood kitchen.didnt know since I was out of town on work, such cheap quality plastic cylinders; Doubt it is NSFcertified - its like they were glued together.

After repeatedly blaming me, I got them to send a replacement unit at no cost but the same problem happened and yet another small kitchen flood. (Seems like This is a common issue) Lucky I was home this time.

Anyways, I had enough. Tried to get refund but no good on several attempts.

Funny thing is I bought one of those testing things and the filter doesn't even remove pharmaceutical drugs.

Steer clear, you're better off with a REAL water product like Rainsoft or Viqua. I ended up having this enviromental organization called Ecocare Lifestyle come by and they gave me some useful info, recommended me to a decent company that installed and service me each year. They test the unit every year as well and provide above average service even after.
