Service was very good once the parts came in he came out at 6 pm to install I finally have heat in my house and I have no problem recommending him to anyone his very professional and very fair.

When the sweltering heat or freezing cold hit, my commercial HVAC consistently posed problems. They promptly responded and delivered service with great efficiency. After diagnosing our HVAC issues, they provided a more practical solution compared to other companies. By replacing small parts, they helped us save significantly on potential costs. They conduct their business with utmost professionalism and integrity. HVAC issues used to overwhelm me, but after encountering them, I worry less about any potential issues. Highly recommend for their expertise and conscientious approach to business.

Wow. I just experienced exceptional service from this company! I phoned Arman at MaxCare due to my AC not working, and the temperature in my house was rising. He arrived at my home within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. Because my unit was 23 years old, he did say that he could fix it, (compressor wires), but recommended that it be replaced, as we both agreed we didn't know how long the quick fix would last. He went through some new AC units with me and said that he would be back TOMORROW for the install. Arman and his partner arrived ON TIME, were very professional, and always took the time to answer my questions. They did excellent work, checked things over to ensure everything was working properly, and cleaned up as if they weren't here. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone. They truly go above and beyond. I am actually going to have him back to do some maintenance on my fireplace and furnace in the fall. I will not call anyone else but Arman and his team for my heating/cooling needs! You have a satisfied customer, Arman! Thank you!

He was very efficient and knew exactly where to look for the problem. Very friendly and helpful.

Arman was quick to respond to a furance issue, and was able to make the necessary replacement. That went well so we had him replace a furnace and AC at another unit. He is in my address book for our next heating and cooling issue

Our air conditioning unit was not giving the same output to cool down the house as it usually did in June.
Contacted Arman to come take a look, as it was an older unit it's days were numbered.
Arman found us a great new unit, reasonably priced, had no issues with installation. He even makes sure that the old unit is taken away, it was gone not even an hour after he left. He makes sure you get the warranty for your unit as well.

I have been incredibly impressed with this company and finally thought it was time I give them a review. I found these guys about 5 years ago when my dryer broke down and I was so happy they answered the phone on the weekend and were able to come out in less than 24 hours. They showed up on time, they were clean and professional and they charged a fair price for the work that needed to be done. Since then I have had fireplace cleanings, fridge frost issues and washing machine repairs. In all cases I had the exact same experience and just wanted to share with others as this is not what I normally see long term with appliance or HVAC companies. Just when you think good old fashion Customer Service is no longer available, along comes MaxCare. It was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. Arman and his father were very polite and respectful, knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the problem in record time. Arman was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I waited from noon to 6 yesterday for a different company that didn’t bother to show up. I called MAXCARE this morning and out of 8 calls he was the only one who responded. He soon arrived and diagnosed and repaired my freezer quickly, He kept me informed as he repaired it. He also waited around to make sure it was cooling properly. I will definitely will call him again for appliance repair.

If you are in need of a trustworthy repair technician, Arman is the gent to call. We had our air conditioner stop working and 1 quick call and they were here in about 3 hours. (Actually was able to get to us quicker than they arranged) Once on site they quickly identified the problem and had us up and going. Arman also took the time to check an issue on our furnace for me.
