I ordered my bridal bouquet with May flowers and everything was stunning. I ordered a month in advance, all communication was through email, very easy, amazing costumer service, they are very quick to respond to any questions and they did everything they could to help me get my order on time, to the specific address and to stay on budget.

I had bought flowers and retail products in the past too and I always had great experiences with them!

Updated from years ago. Vibes much different. Like the new layout and area to sit and have a morning coffee. Really nice addition to the neighbourhood

Today my girlfriend sent a care package through Uber to a friend that had just lost a family member as we don’t live in the city.
May Flowers checked every box from bath soaking salts to coffee, pastries and flowers. They even hand wrote a note that we had requested through Uber.
Thank you so much for bringing light into an otherwise cloudy day to someone that means the world so us.

Awesome experience. Came here with my wife for the workshop and had a ton of fun. The workshop leads were super nice and friendly. The complimentary drinks were good. Highly recommend!

They were so quick to respond to my phone call and my email messages and were super friendly and professional the whole time. I was very pleased with the end result. Whoever does the arrangements is very talented.

Perfect from start to finish. Ordered 2 boutonnières, chose vibrant colour pallet. I was concerned because I wasn't sure if I could pick them up early Sun.morning but they made it possible. They followed up right after I ordered the items to confirm all the details. The price was super reasonable given the quality. The boutonnières were GORGEOUS, peaches, yellows and reds, vibrant but not overpowering. Will definitely order from them again.

The Luxe arrangement is beautiful and fresh, six days and counting. I highly recommend May Flowers.

I really want to like this place but I’ve never had a good experience. After two years I thought I’d give them another shot. The customer service is always abysmal. You feel like a hindrance to the staff on entrance and it’s an uncomfortable experience. I spent $90 on a bouquet that has only lasted three days. The flowers have all wilted and turned brown. Not worth the money to go here.

I am very happy with my experience ordering flowers for my friend from May flowers. Such a beautiful arrangement was done with the flowers, just like art! I ordered a 4 Piece Pastry Box beside the Seasonal Cocktail Vase, which my friend loved a lot. It was so easy to order online, the customer service was great, same day delivery was amazing, and the flowers were as beautiful and fresh as their pictures on the website. I definitely recommend this wonderful shop to anyone looking for ordering flowers in Toronto.

Had the worst experience at May Flowers. The manager, Ms. Chau was rude. My request to speak with the owner to share the feedback was not honoured by her. I was told to mail any feedback.

Beautiful flowers. Seriously, I've never seen such beautiful and vibrant blooms. They're like a rainbow exploded and landed right in my living room. And the best part is, they actually last longer than my attempts at a diet.

May Flowers has always been one of my favourite floral shops. We were introduced to the store when a couple of friends sent us flowers for our engagement. I had truly never seen such a beautiful and unique arrangement before. We then decided to reach out to MayFlowers for our wedding florals and were elated when they confirmed they were available.
