Frank was recommended to me by my GC to re-do the electrical in my house (almost 30k project). In the beginning he seemed very professional and knowledgeable so I thought this project was in good hands. The first issue was right after everything was done. Frank told me there are several "extras" that he has to charge me for. These were all items that were discussed either in the beginning or throughout the project but he never mentioned any other cost. In my opinion, it would've been more professional to bring this up as we went instead of as a surprise at the end, but like I said, I thought he did a good job at that time so I paid his full balance including the extras. A few months after he was done, the issues started. First, when I went to install one of the exterior lights I found that there was no power. When I reached out to Frank about it, his professional demeanour was gone and he told me it must be my fault somehow. He still came out to fix it and confirmed after that his team made the mistake. Second, the city inspector told me that the smoke detectors were not in sync. When I called Frank, he told me that the city inspector doesn't know what he's talking about. He did come to fix it and they were in fact not in sync. Third, a potlight became defective, and I had to follow-up with Frank multiple times to get him to fix it. Fourth, another potlight became defective. Frank became much less responsive and even tried telling me that the warranty was beyond one year. It wasn't and when I asked him for documentation he of course didn't provide any. After many weeks and multiple follow-ups on my end he finally sent David to fix it who did replace the potlight but made a significant chip in the drywall around it. When I reached out to Frank about it he stopped responding to me entirely. Now, I have another potlight that stopped working a few weeks ago (this is now the 3rd). I reached out to Frank multiple times and he has been just blatantly ignoring me. Now I'm concerned not only about the quality of his work and what else may go wrong, but also worried about the quality of materials he used. Bottom line - if you're looking for a professional that will stand behind their work look elsewhere. In my option and experience, Frank provides low quality work and doesn't stand behind it. Save yourself the headache and choose someone else.

Frank was the electrician for our kitchen renovation. He was very professional and delivered on everything we had expected and then some. Frank went above and beyond our expectations. We appreciated his insights regarding some of the electrical elements and those in-the-moment decisions that happen in any reno. The work (pot lights, updated electrical outlets, hanging of pendant lights, location of light switches, etc.) all looks amazing. We would highly recommend him and we will be calling him should we require new electrical work.

Frank did a fantastic job running electrical for our exterior lights, hot tub and pool. He is an absolute professional.
