Mayflower Chinese Food

I was looking for some good food after my photo session, and I found on Google this place. I had a chicken with vegetables and almonds! Food was packed very ecstatic. The almonds added a unique flavor to the entire dish. Maybe a little too much celery, but anyway, the meal was very tasty. I will definitely come back to try other dishes from the menu. I recommend it!

Worse Chinese food ever. Super greasy, no flavour and threw out the entire meal in garbage. How the heck can you make chow mein greasy. Yuk!

Used to order from this place back in the day, tried it again today. Ordered the mayflower special chow mein, chicken balls, general Tso chicken and egg rolls. Quality definitely went down over the years.the chow mein was bland, stiff, hard vegetables with a baby handful of meat they didnt even bother mixing it! Chicken balls were so bland and oily. General tso chicken was like mashed potatoes so Soggy.the egg rolls had strictly beansprouts in them.ugh for 58$ save your money. Regret giving them a chance again.

Fried rice and chow mein was good. Also tried the spare ribs which was ok, chicken wings are exceptional.

Been coming here for at least 6 years almost 7. My partners, staff and associates all switched over to mayflower. Even after moving 30 minutes away at one point. However it's unfortunate but they will no longer be getting our business any longer. We ordered a ribs dish, wings along with Bacon fried rice (with chicken n beef). In our 7 years it was the first we ever recieved anything unedible. So we called with our very first complaint and we were not seeking a refund we actually asked if we can replace the dishes we would actually send them both back. They declined to send replacement meal at midnight and offered to send refund the following day. We agreed and thru away all the food except for the fried rice as that was fine. Following day I called at 5 pm they said driver would arrive 630pm. We received a full refund. To ight we decide to order as we normally do as we order minimum 6 to 8 times per month not Including the office which is another 4 to 6 times per month as they do open rather late in the afternoon. So we placed the order and were informed because of the issue of them not preparing the order properly we would no longer be able to order. We wish you and the establishment the best of luck. It was a fairly good run.

So I been ordering from this place for 6 years. Then one day I placed an order for their ribs and I COULDNT EAT IT BECAUSE IT WAS SO BAD. SO I CALLED AND TOLD THEM SO THEY OFFERED US REFUND. EVEN THOU WE JUST ASKED FOR ANOTHER MEAL. ANYWAY WE GOT THE REFUND THE NEXT DAY. A WEEK LATER I CALLED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND THE OWNER TOLD ME AM BANNED FROM ORDERING THERE BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED THE LAST TIME. AND I WAS IN SHOCK. I KEPT REPEATEDLY ASKING HOW AM I BANNED AND I HAVW ORDERED FROM YOU GUYS OVER A 100 TIMES FOR 6 YEARS. AND I COMPLAINED ONCE AND NOW AM BANNED? HE COULDN'T GIVE ME A RESPONSE. SO IF U DONT LIKE A MEAL. SHUT UP AND TAKE IT BASICALLY.

I love ordering from this restaurant. The portion sizes are so amazing especially when you compare it to the price. Just wow. The food is so tasty and made fresh. I would recommend coming here and trying it for yourself. I will be returning again and again.

I have kuzzin dat lives around da corner from der. Been eatin from hear for over 30 years. Everyone I bring hear to share der food with loves it. I live in the Upper Beaches. Today is March 3rd. Tomorrow March 4th I'm 52 Tonight I'm Havin Mayflower Authentic Chinese Food. Smiley Say so.

My husband and I have been eating food from the Mayflower for years. We drive all the way from Milton for their great food.

This place is an Etobicoke institution. It’s exactly the same as it was back since the 1980s and that’s a good thing.

So disgusting! I wouldn’t call it Chinese food. No flavour and very very bland. Tossed everything right into the garbage. Not happy.

I have ordered from here many times. I've noticed that Cantonese is very dry and very green no carrots. It use to be much better. Sorry I liked this place alot but seems to be slipping.

Food was pretty good, I was craving Chinese style fried chicken and was shocked that it wasn't in the menu. However, what I got was satisfactory as well

First time trying this place tonight. Food was so hot and fresh. Delicious! I would recommend ordering here. Amazing fresh food!

Looked inside the cooking area too crowded.need more space for everyone to move around. Be safe and healthy. Food is always great!

We got all the standard items: chicken fried rice, chicken balls, general tao chicken etc. Quality was great, and the driver was a nice guy

A staple in the Etobicoke neighbourhood. When I crave chicken balls, Mayflower comes to mind and it is a must have! I’ll always drop by when I’m in the area. The owner and his family are very welcoming and creates a friendly environment.
Comfort food, amazing owners and conversations……. What more could you ask for? !
