Let me start from April 2023, just went to check for used cars (my first car) and there i met Mr. Supreet who help me a lot with all the options with my requirements. Which made me to make a decision to confirm a car in the same day with his great support. It was really great experience with Supreet. I recently purchased a cx50 Mazda from Brampton Dealership and had an very good experience from start to finish. Mobeen was very supportive and helpful and guided me through the process with patience and professionalism.

If i can give 0. I would go with that. I did my car service with them and when i got my car i reached home and my tyre has screw inside. Once I know that, I immediately called mazda brampton. The lady on reception told me that service department is closed now so you need to wait till Monday so I asked her to discuss that issue with some like supervisor or manager. She put me on hold and in few minutes she came back and informed me that I discussed with my manager so change your tyre, use temporary one now and then come on Monday will figure that out. I did that but on Monday service advisor told me that why we put the screw in your tyre? We can not do anything to that. Then why they told me to wait till Monday? The manager should know about the policy. Also, the guy who is in service team told me that give me name of the person you talk on Saturday after the issue. I was like how would i know that? It was very bad conversation By service advisor. I was really disappointed. I have to use my brand new temporary tyre so I am requesting everyone don’t trust on them, check your car from front to end after before leaving their place. If I would do that, they will not have anything to argument.

I recently bought my first car CX-30 from Mazda of Brampton and I have a very good experience with Sahil. I would highly recommend buying from him. He was very professional and helpful. I enjoyed the experience.

I brought a Mazda CX-5 in 2018. I was provided Carfax report by dealership which did mention damage but no detail or amount. I was told the damage might have been too small. I was considering a trade in recently and I was told the car had a 8K worth damage repair done previously which Mazda of Brampton never mentioned. The Carfax I was given didn’t have any details about it.
Definitely I was provided false information at point of sale. I have two witness for this entire transaction.

Mazda of Brampton (MoB) came as a breath of fresh air amid my search for the right dealership. I started researching the car for my style and budget a month or two in advance and decided to visit multiple dealerships around town. All features and walkthrough including the manuals, warranty information, app installation were handed out to me in a crisp manner and since I was on a tight deadline that day, we made sure we cover everything in the most effective manner.

From the start, I understood that I can get the car from anywhere. But what would help my case is the right person to work with who can see me to the finish line. Rahul Luthra is that person. Rahul has the ability and the emotional intelligence to create a wholesome experience. Apart from our business relationship, he is a total car enthusiast and extremely detail oriented. The way he looks at cars matched with mine - A trait we both connected on. He helped me put all the options on the table, both visible and outside and we took a look at each of these to gauge the pros and cons. Rahul ensured we form a bond and in the process also helped me get the right car with the best financial options suited per my needs. Overall a 5 star person and a wonderful human.

This goes on to say my experience does not end with just one person. Every time I was there, I took a look around, I was able to understand that the entire staff works passionately to ensure customer satisfaction and leave no stones unturned to make this a holistic and fulfilling experience. I would recommend MoB to anyone not just for car purchases. But walk in, have a chat and learn about cars.

Always shaky steering wheels and issues with Mazda. This is the 3rd Mazda I get must be something wrong with the brand. I have switched to other brands then made the mistake by leasing a CX9 recently. I just end up wasting my time at the service dept and they never listen, admit any issues or take action. Made 2 visits over 2 weeks and same bs each time. Don’t ask customers to give you 5-star ratings if you’re not going to live up to the expectation. Trust is earned not requested.

Excellent service bought a used Mitsubishi here a few months back My approval was not an easy one Bo the finance manager went to the ends of the earth to get it for me for a car less than 10 thousand I was treated like I was buying new. Bought my Mazda here 5 years ago and was doing my oil changes here but have switched places now. Staff are good and helpful. They never fail to let you know when your car is due for a work up. Quick Appointments are hard to get so be mindful.

Decided to buy my second vehicle here.after knowing the Service Dept.was not accomodating, but I was promised it'd be better, NOT. I even left two messages a couple of months ago, no resposnse.we now have to use the Mazda in Rexdale (we live in Brampton). In making a few calls, I found a couple of other Mazdas that are more flexible and accomodating.quite dissappointed*

I am very disappointed with your salesman Rajit. I was interested in a vehicle I had wanted to purchase, we took it out for a test drive, I made an offer and Rajit declined my offer. I called with another offer, Rajit took my information and said he would get back to me. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not received any reply. On top of that, given the fact that he was initially so “firm” on the price, the price of the car I was interested in has now been reduced. Rajit made no effort to try and do business with me. How rude.

I noted competitors had a better advertised price on the car I wanted and they bettered their prices significantly without any foot-dragging or drama. I have a brand new Mazda CX GT model from Mazda of Brampton (purchased in March 2018), but now I am facing a Car Pick Up Speed issue. Apparently, I booked a service appointment on Monday, August 20th at 8 am morning. When I arrived at the scheduled appointment, I was not accepted because being this a Car pick-up speed issue, they want me to fill up the gas & empty the tank 5 times (1 month) and provide them with all the gas receipts, mileage count and prove them that my CX3 is using up way exceptionally more gas than it suppose to compare to prior drives

I am very annoyed with this service at Mazda of Brampton, they want me to waste my money, time to carry out this experiment. I explained the service desk that I can see the difference in the gas usage from before and after but they still want me to prove what's happening. Not Good Service at all.

Purchased a new cx-5 from the dealership based on recommendation of friends who've gotten their vehicle from here. Sales personnel (worked with Sam) were great and able to provide plenty of information in helping to narrow down which model would work best for me.

Great experience with the service department. My car broke down and I had it towed there. I was from out of town, stuck with a car that wouldn't start and it was only an hour before the service centre closed. The service manager took me in right away, and had a mechanic diagnose and start working on my car within minutes. There was even the option of renting a car on the spot if the problem required more time to fix. Luckily it turned out to be minor enough to be able to fix right away and they had me on my way in an hour. So grateful for the wonderful staff and speedy service I received!
