It's easy to give 5 stars when everything runs smoothly, but the guys definitely earned the praise this time. After finding us our perfect used car, a prior commitment meant that Anthony wasn't available to see us the week that the handover was arranged. He promised that Moe would look after us and Moe definitely fulfilled that promise.
The guys worked together to ensure that the process was as straight forward for us as possible. When Moe discovered an unexpected issue with the car on pick-up, he ensured that the service centre was immediately informed, and further ensured that the problem was fixed quickly at no additional cost to us.

Hi, we are highly delighted to have associated ourselves with mazda of Richmond Hill, I didn't know anyone there before I walked into the shop, but as I got in there, from the reception desk to the sales department, I was so highly treated like a king, I got my approval right there within a shortest possible time, when I got home, I told my fiance that I got approval for a brand new vehicle, she was initially angry thinking probably I have been on it for quite a while without telling her, but I told her that I just walked in to make enquiries and ''BOOM'' that was it. My experience at Richmond Hill Mazda was great from start to finish. I was kindly directed by an employee in the pre-owned building (I went into the wrong building) to go into the main dealership for the car I was looking for. Ricardo was quick to greet me, friendly but professional. He knew a lot about the brand, the model I was looking at and was not overwhelmed by my questions or by how busy the dealership was (I also arrived near the end of the day but it didn't effect how they treated me)! I cannot say the same about my experience at other Mazda dealership where I was not treated well at all and employees seemed flustered by the amount of customers, even though they have a lot more staff, space and it was early in the day. Regardless, it's not just Ricardo, his coworkers were also great every step of the way. They work with you on finding the right payment options, explain everything in detail about price, warranties & car features, and allow you to make the best decision, with no pressure.

After dealing with two other Mazda dealerships, I was lucky to come across Moe and his team at Mazda of Richmond Hill. They assisted me in purchasing my first vehicle, a CX-5 Sport Design, and I was able to get the SUV months in advance of other locations, thanks to the magic of Moe and the dealership! Moe was always on the ball and I never felt pressured by him or as though he were trying to upsell me. He was very responsive, he made communication easy and he explained everything thoroughly when it came to the contract and the features of the vehicle. It was a pleasure to deal with Moe, Soheil, the sales manager and Sharham, the finance manager, who all made me feel like a valued customer.

Had a flickering problems with my headlights whenever I'd brake and they were able to fix it in a couple hours. Overall a good experience and happy with their service!
