The team at Mazda of Toronto was very helpful right from walking into the dealership and to walking out with my car. I always feel welcomed here. The staff always consistently check on you and speak to you in a friendly manner. During the purchasing process Elton made sure I never felt pressured and answered all of my concerns without judgement. He was very prompt and never tried to push me into purchasing anything I didn't need. I needed a car relatively soon and Elton was able to set me up with what I wanted amazingly quick given the circumstances. I know my situation is pretty unique so I'm even more thankful to Elton and the team. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle with Elton and the team at this Mazda location!

Had an amazing experience purchasing our first Mazda cx 5 AWS car here.

We went to Honda, Toyota etc.dealers, however, they said car would be available after 1 Month. We needed the car ASAP before our daughters birthday.

We went to Mazda of Toronto and met with Asaf. Asaf is great person and helped us a lot.

He swiftly setup everything for the purchase as well as delivery, and had our first car with me in 5 days. He explained everything about the car during delivery very patiently.

Mazda of Toronto is one of the very good and efficient dealer for both sales and services.

Couple days ago I encountered a busted tire on the highway and I need my tires to be fixed ASAP. I contacted roadside and Mazda of Toronto which not only complete the entire process, including transportation and repair, in 5 hours at the SAME DAY despite there's no appointments slots available, the Senior Service Advisor, Mr. Vahid took care of the entire process with claim for my appearance protection in a very efficient matter.

I look forward for my future services with Mazda of Toronto and appreciate the constancy throughout my years of my Mazda vehicle ownership.

I had a wonderful experience with Mazda of Toronto and have nothing but nice things to say about them. If you are looking for a car this is the place to head down to. They do not treat you like just another customer but do so with utmost care. I had an amazing experience with Asaf Ali Hussain who was not only super knowledgeable but also very courteous and patient answering the many questions I had. He did not just sell me a Mazda but made me realize why it was the best. Unlike many dealerships there was no pressure or haggling with him. I walked away with my lovely CX-5 content, excited and informed about the decision I made. Their GM Rana is a wonderful person and always keeps the customers best interest in mind. On many occasions I trusted this place for oil changes and handling other problems with my brand new Mazda But recently I just got fed up with them going after my money rather than being straight with me. The guy name is Vahid, I had to take my car 6 times to there but he told me he couldn't fix it so I took it to another shop and fixed in an hour. He is very rude and inexperienced.

Vahid has lack of knowledge about car engine. He might be just able to change the oil. Don't waste your money and time with him.

Overall terrible experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. The accumulation of their mistakes and lack of attention to detail has been frustrating and costly.

I purchased a 2016 CX3 from them last July 2020. They offered me 0% financing for a 1 year term and stated they would waive a $50 fee. They gave me the printed numbers to consider but the actual contract's weekly fee was off by a little. I did not notice and unfortunately signed the papers without realizing they did not honor that agreement. I let it go because I didn't want to bother over $50. The front license plate screw also fell off the first week I got the car but I knew someone who got a screw and fixed it for me.

I drive mostly in the city and the GTA. After switching to winter tires after just driving about 4 months, I found out the tires the car came with were done and needed to be replaced. The next big issue was the front fender liner was cracked and partly fell down towards the ground. I initially thought it broke during my ownership and asked for a quote on the part which was quite expensive. When I asked my brother in law to look at it, he found pieces of duct tape holding it together. This meant it was broken when I purchased it. The dealership missed this damage from the previous owner or they chose not to disclose the information for the sale. Either way, their lack of thoroughness has been unprofessional and annoying to deal with.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing a new CX5 from Saad (sales associate) and Brian (sales manager) at Mazda of Toronto. Saad is friendly, patient, and knows his vehicles from top to bottom. My wife, who is not a car person, felt the most comfortable with Saad's easy going nature. If you search online, Mazda of Toronto has the best reputation of all the GTA Mazda dealers from sales to service and for good reason.

After purchasing our pre-owned CX-5 last week, we noticed that there was a small rock chip in the front windshield that we didn't see at the time of pick-up. We reached out to our salesperson, Asaf, who quickly arranged for us to come by for a repair. We dropped the vehicle off with Bill in the service department and within an hour everything was finished. Even though it was a small chip, Bill replaced the entire front windshield for us for free! We are really pleased with how fast and smooth the replacement process was and we are very grateful for the way Mazda of Toronto takes care of its new customers. Thank you!

My wife and I had a very positive experience at Mazda of Toronto! We purchased a pre-owned 2018 CX-5 GS and felt like we were in good hands with Asaf throughout the entire process—he’s a really nice and knowledgeable guy!

After messaging the dealership on Autotrader, Asaf reached out to book a test drive. He patiently answered our many questions over email and sent us a Carfax document so we had a clear vehicle history ahead of time. When we arrived, Asaf showed us around and set us up for test driving a few different options. Negotiating the final price and putting down a deposit went very smoothly, and we walked away happy with the deal. The price listed on Autotrader was very fair for the specific year, trim, and mileage, and when we completed the transaction there were no additional fees beyond taxes and licensing. We also discussed financing and warranties with Alex who made sure we understood all our options, even though we opted to decline the extended coverage. Additionally, the dealership was very accommodating and allowed us to make the final sale contingent on receiving a passing compliance letter from Mazda Canada for exporting the vehicle to the U. S.when we relocate next year.

In the following days, Asaf and Alex kept in touch to make sure everything was ready for picking up the vehicle in a couple of weeks. Asaf answered many more questions, arranged our registration, and ensured the vehicle was properly inspected, serviced, and cleaned prior to pick up. Even though it was a used vehicle, Asaf went above and beyond our expectations ensuring the safety and quality of the equipment. During the pick-up, Asaf also took pictures for us and spent some time showing us how to use the new features in the car. On top of that, he remembered it was my birthday, which was really thoughtful!

We ultimately left feeling extremely positive about Mazda of Toronto and, in particular, we feel fortunate to have had Asaf guiding us through the whole process. We have kept in touch and he has continued to answer questions and help us out. We have now had our CX-5 for a week and love it! Overall, we would strongly recommend Mazda of Toronto to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Mazda-we’d give more than 5/5 stars if it was possible! Thanks again, Asaf! All the best!

When it comes to car dealerships, this one is above all the others, including the other Mazdas around town. The staff of MofT is reliable, honest and caring. Rana and his team (both sales and service) are fantastic. If you need to experience a positive experience when it comes to buying or leasing a car, this is the place to go. I can't even tell you how many people I have sent to this dealership. In fact, I will travel across town just to get service from this dealership. Check them out. And the coffee.don't get me started.

Just wanted to add that Bill and his team in the Service department is unmatched by any other service department I've ever worked with. They seriously take care of their customers.

I visited Mazda of Toronto two and a half weeks ago to have look at the CX-9 as my current vehicle was nearing it's end of life. I was introduced to Josh Alexander and he took me around. What a great guy! Josh is knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. He was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle and what's more, explain the breakdown of payments and pricing. I'm old school where I need to see the total "on the road" pricing before looking at finance/lease payments. Naturally, this took some time. Josh remained professional and accommodating to make sure I got into the right vehicle for my family. Even though we stayed 45 mins after close, crunching numbers and getting me the best price possible, I had to walk away from a great deal to review my finances and ensure this fit my budget. Josh remained professional and reached out 2 days later just to touch base and gave me my space. Two weeks later I called Josh to sit down once again where we priced out another CX-9 with a different trim package and this guy delivered again with a great price!

I've bought many cars in my time and this is the first time that I felt this excited and completely comfortable with what I paid after my purchase. Thank you Josh and Mazda of Toronto for helping me get my family get back to our adventures in our new family vehicle.

I have been with Mazda of Toronto for the last 10 years, I recommended this dealership to family and friends and anytime when I'm going to see Bill or Rana feels like I'm going to visit old friends.
Mazda of Toronto is the best dealership when you are looking to buy or lease a car and also for their customer service support. Rana Khan and his team are the most knowledgeable, friendly and caring people when you need guidance to buy or lease a Mazda and Bill Papadopoulos, the Customer Relations Manager and his team are the best when you need your Mazda to be service (from oil change to tire change and everything else related to Mazda care). Bill is an amazing person always willing to help and also very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Bill and Rana for making Mazda of Toronto such a nice place. [UPDATE: The day after this review I received a call from Mazda of Toronto with apology and price match]

I dont recommend Mazda of Toronto and wont go there anymore because not only their price is by far higher then other Mazda dealerships but worst then that, they are not honest to their customers.

I went there for my mazda 6 battery replacement and they told me the price for genuine battery is 180 and it is same in all other mazda dealerships. But after I paid I found out it wasn't true! Mazda of Richmond Hill price was 158 for same battery! When I complained they denied what they told me before and said like gas stations, every Mazda dealership has its own price list while they are getting parts from same source!
Is is unbelievable!

I will diffidently discuss this with Mazda and Marketplace as I'm not satisfied with how I treated.

Yesterday I put my Mazda 3 sedan for some services. Oil change and some checking.
I paid near 500 $.
changing oil labor was about 160.
Labor cost for Changing brake pad was 160$, too.for 1.5 hours service I paid 320$.
It means 200$/Hour.
It was for last time that I put my car there for services.
Of course I will talk to my friends, who by my suggestion have bought Mazda, about this story.
Changing oil labor cost is 20-30 $.
changing two break pad is about 40$.
I am so sorry that you get unfair money

Just bought a 2018 Mazda 3 from this dealership. Dave was a delight to deal with. He made the entire process a breeze. After dealing with multiple other Mazda dealerships, Dave was able to provide the best price. He was courteous, knowledgable and polite. At no point did he use any sort of pressure sales tactics. He let the car sell itself and was there to answer all of my questions. I cannot provide any information with regards to the vehicle service department, but the sales department was great.

Update November 19 2018 - Jeff has reached out to me and we have come to an agreement. The review has the upgraded to 3 stars from the 1 star.

Purchased a Mazda 3 Sport from Jeff Holley (price was agreed over the phone). On the day of vehicle pickup I mentioned plans to get a 2 way remote starter installed. I said I plan to get a Compustar branded remote installed from a store that specializes in accessories in Richmond Hill. Jeff told me Compustar branded remotes require one vehicle key to be permanently hidden in the vehicle, for the remote starter fob to communicate with the vehicle. I was skeptical about that, Jeff again confirmed that's correct. He said Mazda has an in house brand "Mazda Electronics", if i use that, they don't have to hide one key in the vehicle. I agreed to purchase the Mazda branded remote starter system. It was rolled into the lease payments and I signed it.

I mentioned this key hiding requirement to a friend of mine who said that might not be true. I then called up Audio Heaven (authorized compustar installer) who confirmed that the info I got from Jeff was incorrect. I emailed Jeff about it. He said his information was one year old, and I cannot decide not to install the remote starter as the residuals were set.

I got the remote starter installed today, November 12 2018. The starter I got was Compustar branded. The very same brand I was told would require one key to be hidden. I was expecting it to be a Mazda Electronics branded one as told by Jeff. Very deceptive selling practice by the salesman.

Getting a new car is a stressful investment, especially that this is my first car buying experience in Canada.
I was extremely satisfied by the level of customer service and professionalism from Mazda of Toronto. Dave was available to answer all my questions as a first time car buyer and taking in his consideration my budget.
I never felt pressured to sign anything or to make a purchase on the spot. I went to several car dealerships and I can say with confidence that Mazda of Toronto, provided the BEST service by far.
They are honest, clear and they don’t put pressure on you just to sale.

I remember calling Dave a day before I went to Mazda of Toronto asking him if is he going to offer the same deals I got from the other dealers, I literally told him “if yes, please let me know I don’t want to waste my time”.
He was nice and gentle, he promised not to waste my time and he did, he showed me the correct break down of the price –no games-
I remember also when he promised me with a good after sale service, and that’s right, I called him many time asking for advice and recommendations after purchasing the car and I felt welcomed, he was very collaborative and useful, he didn’t do any marketing games.

Thank you guys, I love driving my new car!

Worst service, they try to rip you off and then don't do much of a follow up when you are not satisfied. 1) The service guy told me one fee to replace a part which I confirmed with him 3 times over the phone before agreeing to it. When I went into pick up my car it was a different price. He claimed he told me another amount which was over $300 different to what I had confirmed with him 2) When we took my wife's car in they told us a part had to be replaced for the gas tank amongst other maintenance, we told them to proceed. When we went into pick up the car they didn't tell us they didn't replace the part, until a few weeks later my wife noticed something funny going on with the car and we later discovered the part wasn't actually replaced.

Then when I get a call for our survey I made sure I expressed my dissatisfaction at our 2 maintenance services and was told I would get a call back from the dealership. 1 week later and I am still waiting.

Last time I ever go there, worst service and experience

Great Service. Felt like a VIP and my 2017 Mazda3 GT that I purchased new, got repaired quickly and properly - new again. Ed & Vahid at the front desk area total pros, they dont take anything for granted and appreciates that your car is one of the biggest investments you are going to make in your life.

While replacing the faulty part free under warranty - i was shuttled home after initial drop off for temporary fix, then again later while new part was installed. He greeted by name as soon as i walked through the door. They explained exactly what the issue was, and immediately offered to replace parts new. Car is great and so is the service! Great job!

I've been here 3 separate times. The first time was in 2014, where I met an obnoxiously pushy sales representative who later impulsively contacted me without consent, and when I finally picked up, hung up upon discovering I had purchased a Mazda from a different dealership.

However, times have changed. In 2018 I have been to the dealership twice, and have met quite pleasant sales reps (the most recent being Dave Lu) who are truly enthusiastic about the Mazda brand. They are polite, well-spoken, and secure individuals. I was able to test drive vehicles right there on the spot, no waiting times, process was absolutely clear, and feedback I received was very honest. Reps were also well-versed in competitor vehicles and were able to objectively list out the pros and cons of each.

If I end up deciding to go with Mazda again, I'm going here.

I received 2 safety recall notifications from Mazda regarding a lift gate stay damper concern as well as a driver seat lifter link concern last week.

I wasted no time in contacting Mazda of Toronto (MoT) to set up an appointment and my call was received promptly and an appointment for this morning (Saturday) was set up within 5 minutes after confirming my details and their availability. After the initial call, I realized I had to be somewhere at the scheduled drop off time so I called back to ask if I could drop the car off a little earlier. MoT had no issue with it and I was pleasantly surprised that they were so accommodating.

During my appointment, the car drop off was quick and easy - they just had to confirm my details (VIN) and I was out and about within 10 minutes. The service was punctual as I was able to pick my car up at the designated pick up time and I avoided any hassle.

Great work to Mazda of Toronto for their efficient and polite service.

Just bought a gently used Mazda 3 from Josh at Mazda of Toronto. What a pleasure to do business with, very informative but not at all pushy or did not pressure me. Easy to deal with and informed me of the CPO program (Certified pre owned) with Mazda that gives you piece of mind. On the day we picked up the car it was spotless had 4 brand new tires and wiper blades and a full tank of gas. Josh went beyond my expectations and I would certainly buy another car from him and recommend him to all my friends.

I’ve always been extremely satistified with the performance of my Mazda 3’s (2007,2010) and I know my 3rd car will be another Mazda 3. I’ve heard good things about Mazda of Toronto from my friend and my brother. Coming from Hamilton, honestly it’s a pain of a drive to come all the way to Toronto but Dave Lu and his team at Mazda of Toronto once again proved that it’s worth it driving all the way there. Dave was amazing throughout the entire process, he was extremely friendly, informative, straightforward and very helpful.also a big shoutout to Rui Ferreira for making sure everything is going well. I came with my cousin to picked up my car last Thursday and he was impressed with how smooth everything went. I highly recommend this dealership and look for Dave Lu he is amazing!

If you own or want a Mazda, go here! Starting gong here for service - people were really friendly and helpful. When time to buy a new Mazda the Sales team was great as well. Dealt primarily with Zameer but everyone I interacted with there was great including manager Rana. The team seems to really get along well and that helps create a nice environment. Oh yeah, the price! Got a great deal compared with best deal from another Mazda dealership. *** Add-On.as testament to my earlier review did come back in 2018 and got another great deal on a CX-5. ***

Bought out my lease from the Leasing Manager Bobby Bayat. Throughout the process (which took up to 2 weeks) he told me that he had extended my lease payment deadline with the lease company. This was not the case, and I was charged a late payment fee despite his guarantee. He and the General Manager then promised they'd be able to waive the late payment after the purchase, only to later say it could not be done once I purchased the car. The lack of transparency and dishonesty exhibited by the staff here has put me off of this location forever. Shameful.
