McCarthy Uniforms

I'm serious, it's ridiculous! It is said that McCarthy has the uniform, but it turns out that only one branch has it. If you at least answer when we call, we can't tell if there is anyone or not, then we waste money for nothing. We went to 2 branches, both are very far away and neither have them! Can't you put a few in each of them? At least answer our calls or add a small note saying this school doesn't have a uniform? It gets on people's nerves!

Even though the store moved to a different location, courtesy and good manners are still in place. Fast and friendly service. You can either order online and get the merch delivered or order online and pick it up in person. If you pock up in person, it is faster as it's ready the next day. No big waiting line! Great system at the entrance with qr code to scan to get called when it's your turn.

Order early and be prepared to wait along time to recieve your order. They usually ship 1 or 2 items and the rest is on back order.ie work pants, boots etc

Too far and roads terrible due to construction. It is better to get them send you in mail.

Way too expensive to be selling 65% polyester clothing or any percent polyester. Seems like Macarthys is taking the cheaper and lazier route by not using 100% cotton. Buy dress shirts and pants somewhere else considering the uncomfortableness of plastic clothing. They take way too much of an advantage on jacking up the price because schools making buying from there mandatory. They also make the most ill fitting clothing probably to make you pay them more money to have it tailored.

The prices are insanely very expensive. I bought uniform from July 23 and i have a 5 shirts Back Order. First shipment was mailed to a different address, luckily it was my neighbour so i got the chance to ask them and get the package. Second shipment, first they said August 29 but they did not ship it. I called the customer service which i have waited for almost 1 hour to speak to a customer representative and they said it will be sent on OCT 13oh come on! I already paid those uniform and i gonna get it for 3 months. I never experience this kind of business. And then, their pants i have to cut it myself because its very long, i mean i bought it for $54.99 and i have to repair it? This is so crazy! Not a good company. If i know somewhere else to buy my daughters uniform i will not waste my time in this company.

Two years back we bought the stuff from them and fabric was so thick. This year we bought and they made all fabric so thin and quality is so worse. They charging same amount of money. So pathetic. The quality of fabric so low, after Covid 19 - all these companies taking advantages and making fool to public.

They have good school uniforms, good variety, change room could be a bit cleaner. A bit pricey for uniforms though. Sales person was nice and caring.

Over priced and cheap quality. Most of the products come from China at pennies to the dollar and the crest gets sewed at the Etobicoke location. This is an business that charges a substantial markup and should be regulated.

Honestly the worst ever the store has been so busy that as a working parent you would need to take a day off just to get stuff for your child as they have such short hours

Worst experience ever. They missed my order (placed on line) went 3 times at the store and the service was awful.

Had to make an appointment but it was good the place was well organized and very clean didn't take long to get someone to help you good service

Excellent customer service we had an issue with an idea we emailed them after hours and within 30mins of them being open the next day they had gotten back to me and dealt with the issue! Thanks again

Bad customer service and bad services. I have been waiting for 3 months to get an item. Also, no answers for phones inquiries.

As a student, I had great service from this supplier 30 years ago. (Unfortunately, not the case with my daughter's school uniform provider.)
Happy to see that it has maintained its reputation.

Horrible quality for outrageous prices, I will be contacting my parent council about this. Long lines, during back to school season and most likely unethically sourced clothing.

I left the uniform purchase until the last minute and was expecting long lines and wait times especially due to covid. Instead, the wait time was very reasonable. The store had plenty of staff to assist each customer with sizing and locating whatever was required for specific school uniforms.

Store was also remarkably clean and updated to keep everyone following covid protocols.

My uniform purchase ended up being a stress-free and pleasant experience.

This place is a joke. The markup on uniforms is ridiculous. And service is very slow. You would think with such high margin they would be able to scan the items. Go spend some money on technology guys! And start taking amex. You can afford it.

I went here last year to get my uniform when joining the school year a little late. Decided to come back again this past week as I wanted to get the kilt set from my school. I feel it's 50/50 with the workers on their interest to work with you to set up your uniform and I think uniform prices are majorly overpriced (especially getting a pair of tights that don't even fit me).
But I think McCarthy Uniforms has great quality. I'd also like to thank the cashier, Crystal I believe, who was called over to help me with my questions and was such a saint when I was struggling to get out what I wanted to know.

McCarthy is the best place to bye your school uniforms and they have great backpacks.they also have the best costumer service. I would definitely recommend shopping here

Friendly and knowledgable staff put my nervous child at ease immediately. Great to see them employing youth from various schools, it allows for nice connections and realistic advice on what students actually use most. The store has lots of items for back-to-school that we also loved. Thank you McCarthy's!

Had a fantastic experience with Liam. A university student from Queens Business program. He was very helpful. A polite young man. I wish him well and he encouraged my son to follow his dream of becoming an astronaut.

Great masks for kids and adults! Super soft and comfortable. Realized too late that an item ordered was actually on back-order - I contacted them by email and they answered in less than 24 hours And agreed to swap the back ordered item for something else currently in stock. Had it shipped out the next day! Both Deliveries arrived in a few days!

Mc carthys is an amazing store to buy school apparell.the service is exelent and the shop is very cool.

My orders were delivered promptly except for one item. With the help of Alex who answered the chat, I was able to get the items delivered immediately. The uniforms will be tested once the school starts but I am greatly satisfied with the customer service that I got.

Great customer service. Ordered my child's uniform and it was delivered in 48 hours. Pants were slightly too big, but was able to exchange in store very quickly and easily. Prices are resonate for what we purchased.

Knowledgeable staff, just bring your patience if you don't have an appointment. Understandably, you will have to wait to get in.

Overpriced as all uniform. Shops, the stuff are all over themselves, had to spend one and half hours to find some and not all of items of the uniform

Unorganized staff asked if they could help, then disappeared off to chat with their coworkers. Another staff came out with a box of the uniforms that I was looking for but the original staff member did not notice, or was not paying attention for it. Took the staff a good twenty something minutes to locate some masks in the back of the store. I needed to let the original staff know that masks have been found for them to know to attend to me again.
Will opt for online shopping next time.

Can't say enough good things about the team at McCarthys. Great service. Great prices. Good quality clothes, not just for school uniforms but for all special occasion wear.

Very organized. When we were there only 1 parent allowed with child for shopping. There is a waiting area for excess parents.

Much more reasonably priced than rumoured. 2 pants, 1 zip top, 1 gym short, 1 gym t-shirt, 2 golf tops, 1 rugby top for $290. Not bad at all when you consider that Monday to Friday outfits are covered. Good service. COVID careful.

Good service amazing close. One issue the change room has one hook for all the clothes you have to try and the clothes you start with.

Very good place to get school branded uniforms. It's hectic during the start of school. Sometimes items are out of stock. But very helpful staff. Thank you for the person that helped me when I went Priscilla (i think)

Staff is very friendly. I do not recommend to go just before school starts as you will be there for awhile as the place is packed! I went there today just to get another pair of pants and lucky I knew the size so I dud not to wait that long as a staff just had to get the pants. If u need to have ur child try the uniform pieces gi ahead of time before school starts!

Terrible, a clear ripof. School is an educational institution and by forcing us to purchase uniforms only at that place, with their prices and their quality, we teach to the kids how to be a thief. High prices for the very low quality.

The store is very tidy, organized and staff are so helpful and energetic.
The uniforms are very expensive and it's very difficult when you have 3 children.

Went there thinking that getting 20 percent off from all the things to buy but no you had to get the bundles which I didn't know about talked to the lady manager she was telling me if I did go on there website I said yes but didn't see bundles. Your choice of getting the bundles and there's 3 but you can't use the voucher today thinking I can. What's the point giving the voucher for using next time till sept but can't use it toward the items you bought the bundles turn out to be way expensive. The manager said can't help wish someone was higher than her to help. So people warning bring lots of of money to pay for items for school thank you McCarthy for the worst experience with my family will highly recommended worst place ever

Good customer service, quick email responses. Got the sizing chart as PDF through email and was able to order the right size online.

Great place for school uniforms. Staff is very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Always ready to assist you with your needs. This was our second visit and it took us less then 10 min.to get everything my daughter needed. Thank you for all your help.

I went to a Catholic (St. Patrick's) school from grade 9 to 13 and McCarthy was my uniform store. Both my sons went to Catholic schools (Xavier & John Cabot) and McCarthy supplied their uniforms as well.

My experiences with McCarthy had always been pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

The quality for all our uniforms worth every penny I paid for. Every year, for both my boys I would purchased 2 pairs of pants, 5 short sleeves polo shirts and 2 pullovers. This way it doesn't seem costly at all.

I still visit here sometimes for shoes on sales for me. I love this place for the quality of their t-shirts, sweat tops and their great service.
