McCarthy Uniforms

This place deserves a 0. Staff very unhelpful and extremely rude. They expect parents to spend 1000s of dollars over 12 years of schooling but can't answer a few questions. Asked to speak to manager but noone responded. Now my kid has no school clothes for his first day of school on Tuesday. Made order online to pick up they never got it ready before long weekend. Stay away from this place. This is one of the places I reviewed with a 0 zero rating. Make sure to let the school administrators know of any negative experience you have. By the way there is always a workaround on getting uniforms elsewhere.

We came again Sep 02,2023 and it is still painfully slow process for anything. Worst resource management. They have a bunch of staff busy talking to each other while only two cash registers work. It is a torture to be at this place. Unfortunately I will have to come again next year.

Worst management. Slowest place on earth. No plan to make the line move faster. Took more than 3 hours to buy two things because their slowness.

Terrible experience. They are unprepared for the rush before school. Hours to get in, and then it takes an hour for billing. Literally there were people at the billing counter for over 10 minutes each, cannot fathom why it is so slow. The manager should visit any retail store and learn what to do. Guess they don't care because shoppers are forced to buy here since they have a tie up with the schools, but this is so poorly managed that it's a joke.

45 minutes wait, a little pricey but not choice there is only one store in each city customer service is good.

We waited in line for 1.5 hours to exchange a pair of pants on a Saturday morning. That's absolutely unacceptable especially when there are only two cashiers at the checkout counter and they have the ability to put four on. I'm sure people will agree with me that they have better things to do with their time than stand in a line for hours.

Friendly staff. Many of the items my daughter needed to try on were either out of stock or too large (in their smallest size available for kids). Took a very long time to get each item, not ideal when shopping with a 3 year old customer

Probably the worst customer service there is. The manager (white lady with curly hair) had the worst attitude when I tried exchanging my little brothers uniform which was a bit to small. The length was long so he had folded it and due to the crease mark (which could have very well been erased by ironing it) she flat out said no and was not even listening to the circumstances or the product it self. She said and I quote Walmart won’t even return it…. But I had return clothes there many times with no questions asked. She was being really hard and for no reason. Please please please avoid this at all costs as she did not exchange it

If you have the chance to be helped by Danielle, she was a pleasure. Very organized and well spoken. She definitely knows her way around the store and knows the quality of the clothing. A smooth transaction. Thanks for your help Danielle!

Kaylee is a wonderful worker and has lots of patience. This place has wonderful uniforms and prices are good as well!

A little disappointed with the packages. Gym uniform is a requirement for the school and is not included in any of their packages. There is a 1 year exchange policy AND a 2 year exchange policy.depending on how much you spend, which is ridiculous as its the same product.
There should be an alternate place to shop for high school uniforms.

Helpful staff, no rush on a Saturday afternoon in June. It was a quick in & out, this being our first visit. They have everything in stock, though a little pricey but I guess service matters a lot. Very happy with our first purchase and will definitely be going back!

I visit today at Brampton location, Customers service is very nice and the staff is very helpful, specially Staff member Tia, she helped me for my daughters uniform and patiently answered and help me for proper uniform sizes.

My fifth year in a row dealing with the Brampton branch.always quick and efficient service but today adding to that the continued sanitization after every and each customer! You shop with confidence!
My daughter and myself got exquisite service today by Manfredis, who went above and beyond helping us with styles and sizes, even bonus voucher too! Nevertheless Chanel at cash.very pleased with the service we have had today!

Excellent customer service from Tia when getting my uniform today, she helped me get the best deals by explaining the bundles I could get and helped me pick out the perfect sizes making it an overall great and easy going experience.

We went to the west drive location with two anxious teenagers starting grade 9, manfredis aka manny was so patient, kind, informative and easy to talk to. He made my children's first experience at McCarthy super welcoming and such a positive experience for them. Thank you Manny, excellent job.

This location has very friendly and helpful staff. They know their job very well which is helpful to customers to have best guidance.

Clean store and friendly staff make this place run, If a school or work outfit is your goal look no further. I found what I needed here and for less then other custom shops. I highly recommend the west drive location.

I went into the Brampton store to get some knowledge on the uniform for my daughter who will be starting Robert F Hall this coming September and the young lady Chanel was so helpful in explaining the different bundles to me! Very great warm experience that I thought would be so difficult! Awesome customer service quick FYI for all the parents nervous to shop!:)

I received an email from McCarthy Uniforms saying 20% discount will be provided to the students buying their uniforms in the month of July 2020 but when I went to their Brampton store, the store manager said the discount is applicable only if you buy in bulk. This is totally misrepresentation of information to customers and just a selling tactic.

Went today to get some new uniform and my experience was amazing! Got assisted by two female sales associates and they were absolutely PHENOMENAL. They helped me get the best price and made the whole experience easy going. Definitely believe they deserve some recognition for their hard work Asides from that, the building was clean, staff were very nice and followed covid regulations.

I went in to purchase uniform for my son and the service clerk, Brendan was amazing. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was refreshing to see young people demonstrate great customer service.

Amid this pandemic, postal delay and all - your customer service, Alex, has been very helpful and patient in handling our clinic’s gown orders. Kudos! People like you deserve to be acknowledged.

Wonderful experience today getting my son's uniform. Isabel was amazing to work with as she answered all our questions and also very helpful with her recommendations.

The staff is very accommodating. It does get busy before the school starts but the staff tried really hard to help everyone. The cashier also deserves a high five!
