I’ve used this facility at least a few dozen times. Never an issue. Staff is always helpful and courteous

Unorganized between weigh-in and weigh-out staff and ground attendants. Ended up paying for recycling when infact should not have been.

There is a waist high rail, so you have to flip your yardwaste over the rail into the dump bin.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the place is very organized and ran very smoothly, clearly a well put together and effective team.

They no longer empty your 5 gallon pail of used oil! I use a pail with a spout on the lid, filling it with my used oil. The reason I do this is I have to buy 2x 5 liter jugs to change my oil as my truck takes 7 liters. Because of this, I can't empty the used oil back into the jugs because there is 3 liters of new oil left in one.
Anyway, I used to come here and they would empty my pail and give it back to me for reuse. No longer. They refused to but would take the whole thing. When asked what they do with 5L jugs, they say them empty them. When asked why they can't do a 5 gallon pail, they said it is hazardous to them. Really? What a ridiculous excuse seeing as both could be considered hazardous. I even offered to dump it myself and they refused.
What a joke.

Love this place, clean and tidy, very nice staff.
Love to see how much we reduce, reuse and recycle.
Place is easy to navigate and straight forward.
The only reason for 4/5 stars is the fact the they are CLOSED ON MONDAYS and TUESDAYS!
I don’t understand why, this fact has burned me. Rented a truck and filled it up only to find out it is closed.
Probably a good reason but can’t figure it out.
What do contractors do with their trash on Mondays and Tuesdays I wonder? ?

Courteous efficient service.hazardous waste and recycling depot. Site also accepts garbage. Miller waste staffs the site and Terrapure runs the HHW. Only drawback is the location on McCleary can be awkward to access off Hiway 7. Recommend weekend visits.

A large enough facility kept quite tidy. Made it very convenient to dispose of obsolete appliances and kitchen waste. 5 stars.

We went on Sat.for the first time. Was surprised on how clean and organized everything was. The employees were also very helpful in guiding us to the correct bins.

Dropped off some recycling and some garbage and some asphalt cost me about 62.00 for the dump had my utility trailer 5x9 filled. Felt it cost a bite to much local resident in woodbridge since 1971 should be free for locals, just my thoughts most of my stuff was recyclable? Staff was great been here several times first time they asked me if I'm a resident.
