McCoy Bus Service

I can’t say enough good stuff about McCoy. I’ve taken my kids on multiple trips to Canadas Wonderland, Blue Jays and Raptors and they are TOP NOTCH folks. Safest bus drivers I’ve ever experienced and enthusiastic, genuine tour guides that take great care of accommodating everyone. The buses are always clean, they’re always on schedule and there is not a negative thing I can think of to say other than that I wish there was a way to tip electronically for times when folks don’t have cash. They don’t ask for tips, but they surely always deserve them. Last thing…. To not have to drive in downtown Toronto traffic or find parking makes these trips worth the price x 10.

If a trip is leaving early in the morning before the office staff arrives, our Tour Escorts will often open the office early to make checking in easier and provide passengers with a space to wait before boarding their motor coach. We recently did a bus tour to Niagara Falls/Buffalo Bill's game. It was our 1st time doing this. I just want to tell you we had an awesome time. Our bus driver Bill, and our guide Rick were absolutely the best.
There were a few glitches but nothing to do with your service or them. Will definitely do another one and hope we get Rick again. The only thing I would say is maybe the tailgate party was so-so and if they charged you $100 per person it was not worth that. Maybe a different set up for it or join in the already ones going on. This one was alittle disappointing food wise and 1 girl serving drinks so alittle disorganized. All in all we would do this trip again for sure.

Booked McCoys through a referral from a friend for our wedding in September. I was in contact with Nicole for all of the booking. Nicole was fast to respond, but difficult to work with. She was very short with me and didn’t attempt to further understand my questions or concerns.

I had a 5th run added at 2 am (a couple weeks before our wedding) for our guests that were staying late to help cleanup. Nicole did not seem eager to help me out with this and it took a couple of emails for her to finally understand what I was asking.

The night of our wedding the shuttle was lovely, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The driver was very friendly and trustworthy.
Our transfers were supposed to occur every hour on the hour until 2 am (5 transfers total) but due to unknown circumstances (I was never informed of why) it was running behind. As a result, our 1 am transfer didn’t arrive until 1: 30. We ended up finishing early and everyone was able to jump on the 1: 30 am transfer (some guests had been waiting 30 minutes as it was supposed to have arrived at 1). Therefore, the 2 am transfer was not needed (it would have been 2: 30 am by then and the venue closed at 2 am).

I contacted Nicole the next day to inquire about a refund for the 2 am transfer that I had paid extra for, but never got. I was met with very rude emails and no willingness to understand where we were coming from or what happened. The customer service was horrible. I just spent over $1000 on a shuttle service that didn’t even do all the transfers I had paid for, plus I never would have paid for the 5th transfer at 2 am if I had known it was going to run behind. Nicole was extremely rude and told me that the grounds did not warrant a refund. Her explanation of the night wasn’t even what occurred so I have no idea where she is getting that from.

I called the office twice and left two messages and never got a call back. I am shocked that a company that large who’s customers pay over $1000 for a transfer can’t even refund $100 for a service they didn’t even perform.

Super unfortunate circumstances and it is truly a shame. I would recommend going with other companies with better customer service rather than this company.

Our office contacted McCoy bus service for our staff event. We worked with Marilyn, who handled everything beautifully. Marilyn coordinated our winery stops, lunch and travel for our staff of 30. She knew the best places to accommodate larger groups and timed the day perfectly to enjoy ourselves and never felt rushed. It was great to hand over our ideas and Marilyn made it happen and surpassed our expectations! We were so pleased with her friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of our stops. Our bus driver, Kevin, was polite and got us to our destinations safely. We hope to use McCoy in future events!

My mother and I were on a day trip this week to Ottawa. It was a beautiful day. Wonderful tour of ottawa with a add bonus of seeing prince Charles and Camilla. The trip run smoothly. Highly recommended. Will that another bus trip with McCoy.

We hired McCoy transportation for our year end trip and it was the right choice. Bill Kent took our class to Canada's Wonderland and the experience was awesome! He was friendly, funny, safe and helpful. He was always available throughout the day and provided us with up to date information on traffic, so we could make the right decisions going there and home. I booked a winery/cidery tour for a 13 person bachelorette with Marilyn. She coordinated the bus, all our stops and tastings at each location. The service was incredible and the customization she assisted with was amazing! Our bus driver Kevin was extremely friendly and made our day so enjoyable. Thanks to Marilyn and Kevin for the exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a winery tour in a more customizable format.

We user McCoy for our wedding and had great service from Nicole and Brian. We weren't on the shuttle ourselves but had many compliments on how it was run. Brian (driver) also helped my mother in law get home which was super nice of him:)
