Lorrie is a bad person in general and this law firm is acting on behalf of a greedy slumlord who is taking advantage of a poor old lady. I am a respected business owner and know this from first hand after being awarded 7500 from an agreement she made with us on behalf of the slumlord. She is now trying to file to sue this woman for 9000 in unpaid rent for a condo that had flooded due to the landlords failed upkeep of appliances. After all this was found true in mediation and agreed she still filed a year later to try and get money back for the rent for that time.
It's disgusting what people will do for money and who they will represent. Honestly will be taking this to the news and mentioning this firm and Lorrie if they persist. Take the loss Lorrie there's no win here for your client here.
Stop representing scum bags it's a reflection of your character and it's dirty.

Lorrie is a professional/solid player who has the experience to know how this system works. Lorrie spent time to listen to my challenges/struggles and helped me understand how I must navigate this brutal process. After I didn't fill out forms correctly, I went thru this LTB process with Lorrie with no mistakes and she was sucessful in front of the LTB. If you have a tenat that knows how to take advantage of the system then I would highly recommend that you have Lorrie take the lead to help you lower your stress. It still takes time but it's nice to have someone on your side who knows the system that can take the lead.
