Always issues with this location whether we go through the drive-thru or ordering at the counter or using the app and a mobile pickup. This crew regardless the time of day are always seem to be behind on orders and constantly making mistakes. There hasn't been an series of orders where we actually get what we ordered. Ide say every 3rd order is messed up. Just unbelievable on how careless the team is. Always seem to be waiting on fries and there's not a single time you go through the drive-thru that you don't have to park in a spot and wait for a staff to bring food out.mind blowing.for the location they are at, they need to get their act together and be efficient!

May (or Mai) who's apart of the night crew is always a great time. She takes her time with the customer and makes sure the orders are handled with speed and accuracy. Her humour is great and customer service is great. Always a pleasure when I deal with her! 5 stars all the time!

Got in there later at night. Service was fast enough and manager even took the time to talk to me a bit. Was nice to see the manager take an interest in communicating with the guest.

It is an easy access location! The service was fast 90% of the time. There was a new lady who took orders, without any smiles! Very disappointing! But if we ignore her, it would be a good choice.

Double lane drive through and curbside is available. Slushie is "on point" as well as their smoothie, both for $2, summer special. The walk out for the employees to curbside pickup passes through the drive through. Care must be taken as well as traffic coming from all directions as you exit the drive through. People here are very polite and courteous.

Staff was so slow and rudely behaving i took them extra 12 mins for preparing my order and then she said i can’t take pictures of McDonald’s (propertie) and then she threw the food at me nothing was damaged though.

I love how proud the manager Micheal is of how much food this restaurant throws away when there is a world hunger problem. If you treated your customers better you wouldn't throw away as much food genius. Don't visit here!

One of my go-to spots to grab something to eat.very good location, well organised, and great service. I recommend this place!

A lovely place for a picnic and most of all for my daily walking exercises and relaxing and stress relieving as well

Drive through line was long, management need to think innovative ways to expedite order intake faster. May be order could be taken quickly and customer could be asked to go in parking and order could be delivered there when it is long line.

This particular McDonald's location is not fast food, what I mean by that it's slow food, from the time you place in order it should not take more than 10 minutes max to get your food and get out. There have been many instances (there may be the odd time where it's fact) where I've placed an order and will have to wait up to 30 minutes before the orders complete. Example is 30 minutes from iced coffee acceptable? Absolutely not.

Stingy. Very tightly managed portions of soft serve and a few napkins given with each meal. Food quality seems okay, otherwise.

Ordered a fish & chips with gravy. The cashier said gravy is included. When I got back to work, found out it's not gravy included, it's tartar sauce. Taste aweful fries with tartar sauce. Please train your cashier properly.

Waited 20mins for ice cream Sundays - in a lineup of 2 cars.
Drive thru attendants were rude and Sharpe at the speaker, not sure how or where management is.

To finish, we got the wrong order at the window and the attendant argued with us about what we ordered and how busy it was.
Canada day is no excuse for ignorance.

Customer service is awful.

Not great service at this particular location always have to park at drive they even if just ordering coffee and muffin

I don't know what it is with this location but it's the overall best mcdonald's I've been to as well as the most consistent quality, coffee and ice coffee is always on point and never watered down. If the Tamil "aunty" is working the drive through you know you won't be waiting long, she's the best!

Its proper, and it's got a play place (which is top priority, obviously).

The staff is generally very nice, drive thru is quick and not a long wait, the food is well made and fresh. The interior is relatively modern and clean, with a lot of tables and seats. The washrooms are clean, and well maintained.

Also it's McDonald's so just go.

Mcdonalds enough said, but this place has quick service generally and pretty consistent in the food quality (some locations vary in quality quite a bit)

Staff here are a 50/50. Either you get amazingly friendly staff who strive to be the best in their job or the other half.

No longer even let you get your own napkins. This is what happens when Asian people don't behave and exploit everyone and everything. Great, so everyone now has to ask for napkins.shortsighted m0r0ns

This is a very busy McDonald’s location within an Asian strip mall.

It’s open 24-7 and has a drive-thru service, a large dining area plus a kids playground inside the restaurant.

Seating consists of booths, counter tables & chairs, single seat couches plus regular tables & chairs. High chairs are available for the kids.

Four self-order stations are available as regular counter staff order stations. There’s a lineup area for mobile order pickup too.

Restrooms are clean.

It seems when the drive through went under construction they did not compensate for the amount of foot traffic. Surprising to see a line up of 9 to 10 just to get a coffee at 6: 15am.

Employees behave as if they expect customers to bring cutlery from home.

Drive through lane has now been expanded with the double ordering similar to other locations, making it somewhat faster to order and head out. As other reviews have said it's a fairly busy location.

Its like most McDonald's restaurants. Service here is okay and place is fairly clean. Parking around here can be frustrating depending on when you visit. Just wish the temperature would be turned higher on cold days which it was the day I visited

Don't go here. They'll make you wait for 30 minutes, then forget your order, and pretend you didn't pay for it. Waited 45 minutes for a coffee when there was barely a line. All the employees are rude and will blame you for their mistakes.
Avoid this place. Go to any of the other restaurant nearby

I ORDER BLT NO EGG HERE DAILY AND THEY ALWAYS PUT EGG YOU PAY FOR EXTRA BACON THEY DONT PUT IT U COMPLAIN BEEN LATE FOR WORK SEVERAL TIMES AND IN THE END THEY DONT EVEN THROW IN ANYTHING FOR YOUR TIME WORST SERVICE EVER VERY SLOWWWW PACED TEAM LEADERS ARE SLEEPING

This location is always busy. Filled with people and kids doing homework etc. The tables are rarely cleaned. The service is slow. All I ordered was an icecream. They called my number but when I can up to the counter they didn't have it ready, so they asked me twice and then went to make it. Confusing.

The Bamburgh Food Mart Location drive thru is currently under construction which is causing for a long delay for food. Aside from that the service is great.

Come here very often, food is good but sometimes the staff are kinda cold but usually they are very nice.

Service is ALWAYS slow and food label is misleading. There are always 2 employee that are so unhelpful and rude to customers. They ALWAYS messed up my food order for more than 3 time already. I don't understand how.

I can confirm that the service is extremely hit or miss and the negative reviews are spot on. I have been to many busier McDonalds locations that are located in other parts of Toronto, including downtown Toronto, and have never had to wait longer than 15 min even during peak hours. In comparison, this location is hands-down the worst location that I’ve ever been too. I ordered a coffee and fries, waited +25 minutes, and my order was never fulfilled. The manager had the audacity to ask if I still wanted my order while I was in the process of asking for a refund. This same manager dismissed my concerns when it became increasingly evident that my order was being forgotten (approx +10 orders placed after mine fulfilled). In comparison, employees at other McD locations listened to my concerns when this happened and did something to rectify the situation. Overall, this McDonalds location has demonstrated the worst speed of service and customer service. Unless you are absolutely desperate and have nowhere else to go because everything else is closed or you are forced to come here against your own will, avoid this location like the plague.

Everything was fine except the service. A employee was yelling at another employee about her shift ending at 9: 30. At one point she said"I don't care just listen to me! " This in my point of view isn't a healthy work environment

Worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Terrible layout for self ordering as everyone is standing around waiting and restaurant is tiny. Plus mgr/owner was very rude to customer that was complaining.tried to herd him away from cash. Plus some kid working there decides to mop and put bucket next to me and it splashes on me while eating. They don't teach these kids to put bucket away from customers.

Even when they're not busy in the Drive-Thru they still ask you to wait for your food absolutely ridiculous. Obviously they're doing a poor job I'm picking managers to manage this location. And let's not get started on never being able to get an order right you have one job people read the order on the prompter and put it in a bag it's not rocket science.

Drive through is quick in the mornings. Only had one time it was down, and it was hectic. Waited 20 min for a cup of coffee. Lucky I was early for work that day. So I'd say, go here if their drive through is working, avoid at all costs if their drive through is down.

My friend waited for her chicken nuggets for 15-20 minuets. When we were kindly to ask the waitress, she just told me she can not control the speed something blablabla and asked us to have a seat better than standing here to wait. But the point is the people behind of us who bought chicken nuggets they already got their stuff. So that doesn’t make sense to just keep clam and wait for the nuggets stupidity.

I am writing this review for the sake of improving service at this location. Two customers complained about their orders getting mixed up. Please, check what you have in the bag is what you ordered.

Just like every other McD, the ordering area is right at the main entrance so it would get crowded all the time. Had been here for almost. 20-30 years!
