The McDonald‘s looks way better after renovations but the McDonald’s app does not work at this location

There are no straws for the drinks. There are no ketchups for the fries and nuggets, even if I asked when we have to wait at the parking for our order. This happened not only once but many times. I would rather order inside than drive thru to check if they included what I needed.

Horrible at getting orders wrong especially if ordered for take out like mcdelivery or skip the dishes veryyyyy exspensive to order out

Austin is a TERRIBLE manager. SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
We ordered food at 3: 55 (breakfast menu doesn’t start until 4) and when I called to have my sauce changed he told me they’re cancelling the order because they can’t make dinner food only breakfast. That is laziness at its finest and I will never be ordering food or coming there again and I hope no one else does!

JENSEN was very rude dont need racist employees like that i will take her name and this location to my lawyer

They messed up my order twice. I would have had to drive back a 3rd time to get it fixed. Also, as a general criticism of mcdonalds, I don't get why you have to specify that you want an egg in your breakfast sandwich. I keep forgetting and getting these awful sandwiches. Why is the eggless breakfast sandwich default when you order a "sausage mcmuffin"? Who wants a breakfast sandwich with just sausage and cheese?

Terrible service! Waited 25 mins and the order was cancelled and the staff didn’t share the name of manager!

They are rude and dont care about the customer at all even when you say you have allergies i asked for it plan nothing but burger meat cheese and bun this is what i get

If you want to have a bad day, please drive through to order food. You will see how rude their service is!

We had to wait roughly 20 minutes for our food, just for the order to be incorrect. They did give us an extra burger though. Not sure if that was accidental or an apology for the long wait.but i'll take it! The dine-in area was also extremely dirty.

This is a very central McDonalds location so it's important to understand that it's going to be quite busy. There is often a wait for your meal if you've walked inside on foot, or a longer drive-thru line. If you order food from here on a food delivery app, it doesn't matter how close you live - the food will be cold. I have often had instances where I walk away with my food to find my fries weren't salted, or that a part of my meal was missing. While I do prefer the quality of the food you get at the McDonald's closer to Brock University, I will say this location has a lovely dining room, functional kiosks, and very kind staff who are trying their best through the constant rush.

Was good and fast service for walking in and ordering. I was shocked though however, as the dinning room was not opened yet even though all restaurants should have indoor seating right now.

Three happy meals and only two had fries after having to wait in the parking lot thanks for the kid brawl

Horrible Macdonald, they always get the order wrong or ignore the customers. This is the worst unit I've ever been. Order for some drinks and they just ignore the order and kept the money

Horrible service all the workers are high out of their minds on midnights with music blaring as we are ordering and receiving our food

RACIST WHITE EMPLOYEES. Those white girls working there refused to serve me after I paid and ordered online. I PAID AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE FOOD I PAID FOR. They said it has to be a drive thru and took my money and did not give me my food. Avoid going to this place. Didn’t expect this from McDonald’s

I always have good experience at this location. There is a drive through that I use most of the time. Service is usually fast and staff is friendly.

Ordered a regular Oreo mcflurry with fudge in it (0.50 cents extra) and a medium fry. Received an Oreo mcflurry half filled, not mixed and no fudge that I was charged for and a half empty medium fry. Disappointed but unfortunately not surprised…

Paid for extra gravy, got none and sometimes it’s good service sometimes not. Depends on who work that time.

I go often to this McDonald; the staff depends what day they have… sometimes I had really nice people and some times I had some snotty people.the drive threw at times is a long wait.

I give it a one star. They where closed with no one there to tell you. Waited to be served for 25 minutes snd not one said any thing. Very poor service

I bought the Happy Meal for my girl and asked for the Fruitopia drink and got water colour instead.every other thing was good. They need to check the drinks they serve to people before serving it. Drive through

To Whoever worked the fries today at around 5: 30, this was the best fries i have had in a while from a Mcdonalds:)

Was pulled forward today in the drive thru for my breakfast meal. I waited almost 7 minutes for an employee to come out with my order to see that he brought out the 2 cars pulled forward after my car! Then i had to get out of my car enter the store to get my food. I start to eat my food and my breakfast sandwich is cold cheese melted everywhere but my hash brown was fresh? Shouldnt both be fresh? This isnt my first bad experience here ive had enough and will not return!

Asked for all fresh. Fries where stone cold and burger was barely lukewarm. Also the medium fry was less than half full

I usually go in the mornings and don't really have any complaints. This past time I went in the evening and was very disappointed with.the food I had ordered. Both hamburgers I received had pickles (when I asked for no pickles) and had zero condiments. One of the two ranch snap wraps I had ordered was without ranch sauce. And my large fries were only half filled. Very disappointing.

Service was great. Even with mask on I feel welcomed by the employees. But this.
I ordered a large fries, not large fries’ container with medium amount of fries inside!

I went on Easter Sunday about 5. Not busy at all. I got a Mc Double combo but my burger was smushed when I opened it up. Fries were a little too salty but they were still hot. Please don't rush when you don't have to everybody. This is my dinner.:)
