Got wrong order 2 times then received my correct order on the third try and coffee and food was cold.

Depending on the time of day I guess it seems that my coffee is very cold. I like XL with 3 cream and 2 milk. The cream is for flavor and the milk balances the texture. I have been to quite a few McDonalds In the last 20 some odd years when a person asks for that amount of cold product that to pour from the pot that had the hottest coffee. There are more times than not with the exception of a few franchises I get hot coffee.

Busy as usual but a nice quick treat on our way home from our week's camping trip in Niagara Falls.

Pretty long wait at the online pick up. Had to rush back for lunch time and eat during work. But food was decent.

Debby was amazing! Over and beyond any customer service I have ever received from any mcdonalds. I thank the management and workers of this location for your exceptional service. Keep up the great work!

Disgusting place w rude snotty employees who half the time forget half the order awful food overpriced many better options

Today I went for breakfast going in the drive -thru. This McDonald's lacks serious manager skills, wont eat there again

Had to wait forever to get 2 egg Mc muffins. When they did bring them out to car they said they had given me a cookie and an apple pie because I had to wait so long. Only thing and yes it was free andi shouldn't complain but both the apple pie and cookie were burnt. The apple pie was unedible. It was a nice thought but if you're going to give something for waiting make sure the person can enjoy their gift.

3 staff cutting monopoly cards out of coffee cups and throwing them in the garbage and nobody to make coffee. Horribly slow service, it sucks having to ask the staff to make your food for you

Best McDonald’s in Guelph, seriously. Stone Road location is a zoo, Gordon Street location is a hassle to get in/out of the parking lot, but this one has it sorted out. Friendly crew too for curbside.

Ver rude staff. Too many people in the back and still can't get an order right. Also, it really takes 7 mins to make s mcchicken? Will never go there again.

Most terrible experience ever. I have been a regular customer and had terrible experience in the last 4 visits driving through during late night hours. They could not get my order right 3 times in a row and was asked to wait, interestingly still served me something with meat. Wake up, I ordered something without meat. I ordered File-o-fish sandwich yesterday night and after spending 10 minutes in the drive through queue, I was told it is not available. Clearly the shift manager deserves to be fired

This McDonalds has to be hands down the best one I've ever been to. Never screwed up and order and always very fast. Only down side to this location is the parking lot is a nut house and the drivethru line is always out the road.

If I could I gave them zero star. I ordered an ice cream there, and they messed up this simple order! And then it took me 10 min to convince them they got my order wrong! Like come on it is just an ice cream!

Deb M at MacDonald's store no. 40281 is very good. She is a kind of a person who loves enjoying helping customers visiting at the store and providing an excellent customer experience. She definitely deserves a good appreciation from her management team.

I was really lucky to be served by her and hopes as to everybody gets a chance one-time to be served by her.

I take my pugs to the vet across the street from this location. I always stop at this McDonalds after a vet appointment to get some fries to share with the dogs. I instantly get a smile on my face when I see Deb bringing out my curbside order. She is the most friendly, sweet, personable lady.and you can see how much she loves what she does. She's like a shining star that makes my experience fantastic every single time. And she remembers my doggies names: ') We love Deb <3

I've had good and not so great experiences at this McDonald's, but to be fair they're kid's working for minimum wage and I can't expect them to be perfect and always add my extra tomato at 3am. But they're always super fast especially the drive thru, if you need a coffee in the morning you'll wait like 5-10 min max with a full lineup.

Supposed to be open 24 hours but they’re constantly closed before midnight. So disappointing, they don’t even update their website hours.

Breakfast burritos aren’t the same without the salsa. Why is it that everyone always forgets to put the salsa in the bag

Worst McDonald’s in Ontario we were there at 5 pm Friday ordered Big Mac Combo s opened in the parking lot we think the hamburger was cooked at 4 pm
Dry cold the worst I think the manager was at the drive thru window he should maybe see what’s going on
But this is the first time we didn’t have to wait in the pickup spots (even for the most basic order you always have to wait) but the meal was awful
Will never visit this location again

Worst customer service I've may of ever recieved. Ignored by staff as I waited in line. Left after 10 minutes of no service inside.

I would’ve given a zero star if possible. The lady named “SAM” was so arrogant in her dealings. She was literally shouting at me when I was placing my order. These kinds of attitudes are definitely unacceptable while working in a customer preferred environment. I would like to inform the manager to take necessary actions against this lady in order to not repeat this to any other customers in the future.

Well organised, quick and fresh.what more can you ask for at MCD. Oh yeah the staff is fun loving and polite. I was greeted with a big smile. That was a bonus. Thank you.

Literally every time I come here for a standard menu item in the drivethrough I have to go to the waiting area in the parking lot.

A bunch of kids goofing around, cold food, half box fries snd cold and gressy af! If i could leave a half of star I would. The ice cold pop is on point thoight, thats about it.

Would give -1 stars if possible.i sent my sister to pick up an order for me through the mobile service app and she had to go to the cashier.the cashier then proceeds to force my poor sister that isn't even out of highschool yet into tears from how rude they were.this is unacceptable behaviour and i will never give this McDonalds my business again.they didn't even get my order right i wanted a double quarter pounder meal and ended it with a happy meal, 2 jr chickens and 3 trash drinks.after the verbal abuse she recieved my sister was to scared to say it was the wrong order. -1/10 dont go to this mcdonalds unless you enjoy being verbally abused

Ordered a Hazelnut iced coffee from this location. Not only was it not hazelnut but it was the worst iced coffee, it tasted like dirty dish water. Next time I'll know better than to trust a burger joint

Experience left us uncomfortable and upset.
We had asked if the sauces for our nuggets were in the bag as we were getting the food bag handed to us. Since we have had many experiences where they simply do not include the sauce. They asked us if we had asked for them when we ordered which we replied yes because we did. They then said "then you have them" very rudely and slammed the window shut. We left confused and upset. Looked in the bag and we were missing sauce. I am assuming the employee was having a bad day but there is a reason we were asking.not great customer service and this seems to be a repeating issue at this particular location.

By far the worst McDonald’s we’ve been to. Being such a large chain, things should be straight forward. Rarely do they get things right.

They have the mobile ordering down pat! It is fast and efficient.we are fans of the BLT multi grain bagel!

If you want a great hot cappuccino, you have to try McDonald's Cappuccinos.

This store alway get my order right and the food and beverage tastes delicious

They really need to look at rerouting their drive thru though, it's the only issue with the whole place.

I was there recently ordering a take out and found they were very busy.
When came home with the meals, I found they have not given me any ketchup. They did not ask or directed me to pick them if they are at the drink fountain. If you are picking up an order, good to check everything before you leave, I guess.

Giving it a 3 star because i got an oreo macflurry and found a Golden hair inside it went back to change the Mac flurry but they were giving me back the money and i saw this girl with golden hairs wasn’t wearing the hair net but they were so nice they gave me another mac flurry and gave me the refund as well I didn’t acctually wanted my money back but they were like this is our policy. So I couldn’t say no to the policy

80 percent of the time order gets screwed up when sent to a parking spot! This time a happy meal altogether was missed when they brought out the order and left me waiting untill I got fed up and went back through drive-thru

Wasn't cold this time and I got what I asked for not some mysterious mystery bag of what they decide I should eat cause someone wasnt doing their job! Anyways 2 thumbs up

Got a meal in the drive through and they gave me a free ice cream cone since they accidentally made an extra one - that's enough to win me over

Slowest service I have ever seen! Ordered my Child a "Kids Meal" takes over 20 minutes to receive it. Not the first time this particular place has done this either.

We had a fantastic experience at this McDonalds today, we ordered and were seated and they not only brought us our food to our table but also filled our drinks for us and asked if we needed more ketchup or napkins at our table. The play place was great, my 3 year old son had an absolute blast climbing all over the place and sliding down the big tube slide. We'll be returning for sure whenever we have a McDonalds craving and want to sit down at the restaurant!
