Good service fast and reliable never disappoints clean tables floors food is always nice and hot and friendly staff

They would not let my pregnant friend go pee in their bathroom. We had to go to the shoppers drug mart
next door, who were closed but let us in anyway and noted that this happens all the time. This macdonalds has complete disregard for human decency. Avoid at all costs. I’m sorry but the people who work there should be ashamed of themselves for “abiding my the rules” when there was a woman in need. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. When have we lost our human decency?

Disappointing. I came by this morning to pick up breakfast on my way back from the airport around 5: 15am. I didn’t know this location had no drive-thru before going there, but saw it had curbside pickup so I decided to do that…until placing my order on the app and seeing that curbside is not available until 7am. I felt this was sort of creepy not to have the option during these very dark/quiet morning hours. Anyways, I was hungry so I bit the bullet and went ahead with my order for pickup inside. I went in and waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the staff who were running back and forth doing cleaning and getting coffee for another customer. I could see my food on the counter, but behind the counter, so I wasn’t going to just grab it. After waiting a really long time, I stop one of the employees and ask - is that my order? Is it ready? He seemed confused and checked it, and it was ready but stone cold. He offered to redo the hash browns, then took them out of the bag and said no, they’re still warm, then I felt them and said please redo them as they’re stone cold. So I waited another 5 min to get fresh hash browns. So yeah, I won’t be going back there - very creepy vibe and appallingly bad service.

The actual worst McDonald’s in town. Can’t even call it fast food as it took 20 minutes to get my chicken nuggets. Tried to give me fries that had been sitting there for 15 minutes (I know this because I watched during my chicken nugget wait). Then told me the fries tasted ‘fine’ when I asked for fresh ones. So I finally get my food and leave but, alas, wasn’t given my drink so had to go back. Once home and ready to tuck in to, disappointed once again to find no dipping sauce. Can’t even blame it on them being busy since me and an Uber pick up were the only ones there. I’ve been disappointed by this McDonald’s many times before but finally decided to write a negative review because last night was a truly unbelievable experience.

Be wary of mobile curb-side orders - taking so long I had to walk in to get my lukewarm fries sitting there, reason was "we're busy". Well, so was I.

To the manager and HR how is this ever ok? Is this not a place where people eat? Is this not supposed to be a restaurant? Ontop of that management and supervisor do nothing about the groups of young kids running around the store, burping as loud as they can, tackling eachother, cussing and yelling while there’s even smaller children and people trying to eat next to them. I sat here for 45 minutes to quickly eat and wait for a ride after work and I was absolutely disgusted. The manager just walked through the store like everything was invisible to him. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s this bad in my life from garbage and the lack of store control when it comes to problematic customers (kids) messing up customers experience and eating and wrecking the place even more.

Enjoyed going to this mcdonalds! It was fast efficient and not to many weirdos in the restaurant!

No wifi, no drink refills, the smoothie machine never work, and overall there’s no point in coming for the food.

Came in and was greeted friendly regardless of it being early in the morning. Waited no less than 10 min.for my order. Thanks to the staff for their professionalism!

1 they didn't even seem to care that they got my order wrong and one of their colleagues seemed to make a comment then they both shrugged and the people in the back weren't wearing gloves and wiped the spilled lettuce back into the draw

Tell your cooks to put some gloves on and stop bare handing the burger patties and everything else

After a severe storm, during power outage, they let people sit there and charge their laptops and phones. That's a nice thing to do.

This McDonald's is okay personally. The spacing is nice buuuut the food is hit or miss, just hope u get there on a good day

WORST customer service! I had a gift card with 25 dollars on the card. I ordered food and the total cost came to around 16$. The cashier then told me to swipe my gift card. I swiped my gift card around 5 times.he later on told me I had a balance of 0.00 dollars then said I had a remain of 8.00$ with confused me. I told him that, that was most definitely incorrect because I just bout this gift card and it had 25$ on the card and I never used it before I bout it. I was supper nice and tried to understand that he might be new.he later on asked a mother worker and she was stand offish and a little rude and said she wouldn't help him because she was not clocked in.then another women cam and I told her that I swiped my card multiple times and the other cashier must of made a mistake that he is not owning up to then she began to invalidate my feelings and say that they can't do anything and that I only have 8.00 on the card and to pay the remaining on my debit.lucky I texted my mom and she said not to pay the remaining.so we went to shoppers where we got the card and we called customer service then they confirmed that, that McDonalds charged my account twice.one charge with 16$ and the 2nd with an 8$ charge.so I was right all along.they dismissed me so Manny times when I tried explain why there must have been I mistake that my mother had to go back there with me and demand to be refunded that 16$ charge and they didn't even apologize for the mistake that they and the employee made.during this whole process all they did was roll their eyes, dismiss me, and invalidate everything I had to say.the least they could have done is apologize cuz they did in fact make the mistake and I was right.nothing less this is the last time im ordering from this McDonalds location.like they should have asked the employee that was on cash if he did any mistake or took matters into there hands to figure out what happened.

Not happy at all. Fries and burgers were cold. Leftover from lunch. Heat lamps don't work very well.

Place was very dirty, especially bathrooms. Likely due to short staffing. Has been better on other occasions. Good convenience factor on location though.

Good people! Uber and Skip orders make the lines slow. Kept orders till the end and gave orders out all at once

Usually go to this McDonald's branch. My kids love McDonald's food and I like this branch. Great customer service.

Bathroom was a mess, no toilet on either rolls & no papertowel. Smell was disfusting. Felt like profits over peoples safety. Hygiene an issue

Fast service, got what I ordered. Small restaurant with no drive-thru but clean and overall, a good experience.

I went to McDonald's I got my food there I wasn't happy cuz my bag had ripped but I did go back and they did replace it with another order but the order I got wasn't very hot so my suggestion is the bag should be replaced with stronger bags not pepper ones please just idea first time this happened in 14 years been going there beside that I appreciate your service thank you happy new year.

This place has turned around 100 percent. I feel like I should let you know that your food doesn't taste good anymore for some reason.

Staff can't read a simple order and place items in the bag, who tf doesn't give sauce with nuggets, called the manager and he doesn't care in the least, just responds with OK and.
