Every single time I’ve ordered food from here something goes wrong. Something is missing, something is wrong, or damaged in some way. I ordered breakfast and everything was just loose in the bag, donuts and hash browns, creating a sticky chocolate layer on everything. Made the meal completely inedible. 0/10. Ive been to a lot of McDonalds but this one is far and away the worst, and consistently so. Do not go here, do not order from here.

This location is my go-to location, with great food and kind staff, but sometimes service can be slow, as well as sometimes there are some noisy kids. This location has really improved over the last 2 years, in terms of food, service, and management. Overall, a great location for breakfast/lunch and I highly recommend.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Don't get me started on Skip or Uber. Waited 3 hours for them not to have the order.they always forget an item, never add straws and do the opposite of what you ask.please read the first sentence again.

Twice I've gone here, once at night and once mid day, both times they left my order on the cart in the back for 15 to 30 minutes while I stood there watching the 5+ workers ignore the cash and the people waiting.horrible service I should not be waiting half an hour for a drink or burger

We eat here at least once per week as it is super convenient and my daughter just loves the kids meal with chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. For myself I usually go for the Big Mac, quarter pounder with cheese or the filet of fish.

It's pretty much like any other McDonald's restaurant food that is bad for you but delicious when eating.

Hand dryer broken, no paper towels.no one acknowledged I was at register to order, after waiting 5 mins, ordered from kiosk, kiosk did not dispense receipt. Could not get employees attention to ask for my order number…. Wait for food was long, no sense of urgency amongst staff. After finally getting food it was cold. Laughable location

They take an hour to ask for your order, an hour to charge you at the first window and an hour to give you your food, unapologetic, I literally wait 30 minutes on average in drive thru only to get to the window to see them laughing and joking around with no urgency or a care about the huge lineups, don’t go there,

Disappointing. Our order number disappeared off the screen but our order didn't get called out (was it lost, forgotten, what?). I wait a while longer then go up to ask. They're waiting for the lattes. A while more goes by and they call out our order number. Then I notice it's one latte short. I point that out and wait some more. Finally the errant latte arrives.

By this time, the meals are lukewarm at best and the lattes weren't even hot. We've been to this McDonald's many times over the years (first time since the start of the pandemic) and never really been dissatisfied.until now. I couldn't see any obvious reasons for all of this.

Always seems to be short staffed. The two people before me had special orders and the delivery was wrong.

I have never been to such a professional, accurate, and fast line-up mcdonalds. Not even in a small town.

I've been to this location four times since moving to Ottawa. Each time was absolutely terrible and we waited in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes. Which is not FAST food! Each time the order was wrong and the food was COLD. I received spicy chicken nuggets instead of regular chicken nuggets on one occasion. The next occasion, they added and charged me for a large fry which I did not order. After that I should have learned. I went for McFlurry's one evening at 9: 30pm. After waiting 20 minutes just to order, I was told I couldn't order a McFlurry. I ordered two sundaes and a medium fry. When I received my food, I was handed one sundae. I told the employee I ordered two and he told me I was charged for one and that he'd have to process the payment. Which I was willing to pay for, however I should not have had to use debit twice for their mistake. Especially, after waiting for 30 minutes at 9: 30pm. Not once did the employee apologize for the inconvenience either. Since it has been awhile since going there, I decided to give it one more chance today. I ended up wasting 30 minutes in line, eating cold food and wasting a McFlurry because it was disgusting. I could tell without even tasting it that there was something wrong as the colour and consistency were off. It should not have been served. I don't know if the location is understaffed or what the problem is but it is completely ridiculous to have bad service every time.

Worse place, the staff are rude, drive thru always slow, for coffee I have to wait for 10-15 munite, and when u ask questions how long it would take, they don't even look at u, always feel like s***t, it so sad, how they treat customers.

They charge $. 35 for condiments here where other restaurants don't. Most other chains don't either.

People could have been friendlier at the drive through long wait but at least they got the order right!

I'm amazed howslow they were. Bought two milk shake and two waters. Waited at the window for 10 minutes looking at my water while the two women had chats and were goofing off. I was afraid to ask for 4 straws unsure how long I would be waiting.

The staff was so rude. I work at McDonald's and I've never treated anyone like that. It seemed as if they are not happy with their job.

Long drive thru wait but the food product at this location is really good
Too bad no McDonalds served people when inside closed during pandemic as walk ups because their vehicle doesn't fit the drive thru. Eg. Backhoes. Large plow trucks

I keep ordering coffee from here and it never disappoints. The lid has a square that is supposed to pop open, but they don't tell you that it's already popped open! So when the cashier hands me my coffee it ALWAYS spills on my hand and burns me! Watch out for leaky lids ppl, the coffee is very hot!

Every time I go there I Mobile order and select curb side and have to wait 20+ minutes

Today I was waiting for ever called twice to ask what is going on then the employee came out with my coffee and started swearing infront of my 4 year old

Then called to speak to the manager then the guy hung up what a joke

Must be a community center

To hirer people like that.

I ordered 3 late through app and chose front counter pick up.
I waited 25 minutes at the counter, after 3 times fallow up they said they ran out of the milk and gave me ice coffee instead.
I called custoner service for refund, they said they cannot refund and I should call the store.
I called store, they said they can only refund in person. I wasn't in Ottawa anymore.
Not to mention that I had 20 minutes at the counter to observe that the workers werent wearing gloves while they were preparing food for people which was so weird for me in this covid situation

This is the worst Mcdonald's in Ottawa, Today went there and I ordered 2 Chicken nuggets meal the cashier took my money and made me wait 25 minutes so I decided to ask what's taking so long? It's only nuggets so she say's " 1 second I will go check" again I had to wait for her to come back, so she finally comes back and say's " Oh I'm sorry we ran out of chicken nuggets so after waiting there for minutes they decide to tell me they ran out, I didn't get an apology and not even a friggin coupon for the inconvenience it's a horrible place the staff is totally all over the place I will never ever go back there again and the food is never fresh this place is a hole

I ORDERED BIG MAC via SKIP THE DISH AND IT WAS FKING WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. TERRIBLE TASTE, COLD, MISSING STRAW, I felt that something isn't right with the packaging too. I didn't eat, threw it away.fk you very much!

The customer service is awful. They prepared us a completely wrong order. Called them and they said ok, come here to refund as we cannot do it remotely. Ok. Fine! We returned to refund a day after but they didnt accept. Even talking with the manager wasnot helpful. She was too rude in rejecting my request.

No straws, wrong drinks. And when you tell them that something is wrong in your order they treat you like you are annoying.

Slow. People order breakfast, make others wait 10 to get coffee. Get those orders to park of side and let others get coffees and go, was long line this morning

Very disappointed. The meal we ordered was a Big Mac meal, a single McDouble, a McDouble meal and an apple pie. Here’s what went wrong…
- Both fries were literally cold to the touch
- both mcdoubles came with only one patty, not the double
- the Big Mac came with a CHICKEN PATTY
- the apple by was sold after the “sell by” date in the side.
Not to mention the employees wore their masks under their nose. Would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

Fast food got there at 1035 am got food 1110 am the sad part is only had 4 sausage and egg mcmuffins if they told me when i order it it would be 30 min + i would of went to Tim hortons and get the same thing in 10 min have them wrapped properly never going there again

I love McDonald's thai makes the best cheese burgers ever thank you so much, I'm going to be back soon

The place is good and clean, but the customer service is only one person, and not everyone is a bad temper. I hope you will be held accountable so that your site does not gain a bad reputation because of him. I don’t know the name of the employee and it just looks Chinese. I hope that the surveillance cameras will be reviewed on this day.

Yeah I know its McDonald's however I dont normally eat here or order anything truth is I was across the street at tim hortons but they were closed the guy who served me was really nice his service was very good and he made my morning coffee better than tim hortons.it was the night shift guys even at the end of their day they still give great service the Montreal rd McDonald's should be proud to have them

Breakfast sandwiches are good at this McDonald's if you go early when they are making them fresh. Hash browns are nice and crispy and even my coffee was delicious. The key to a good breakfast here is really the time. Try to go early, it's worth it. If it's later than 10 just wait and get lunch when it's fresh too, you won't regret it:)

Literally every time I order from this restaurant they make at least one mistake on my order. I can count on one hand the number of times they’ve actually gotten it right. It’s to the point with my UberEats deliveries that they don’t even believe me that the restaurant is this bad. As a manager, if this was my store, I’d resign!

Great service well managed, very clean considering some mcdonalds I been too. And the manager did not care I bought a homeless man a meal.

This location has been a staple in the neighborhood and the go-to spot for many especially the seniors as its located within walking distance of their building. Needless to say because of that sense of need, businesses lack the motivation to improve/make changes in order to not lose customers and/or keep them coming back. When you know the customer has no choice and will come back chances are you're not going to put any effort which explains the lack of customer service. The lines are as long now as they were before covid and the staff care as much as they did before. For example i went ans ordered a coffee and muffin and even though they had 30 staff of which 10 were managers and yet i waited 15 minutes and only after i spoke up i was served. All their attention was drive thru and it was as if the other customers are invisible. What baffled me was the fact that Management was present and they cared even less than the staff. Not only i wasnt offered a mislea apology they made it seem like it was somehow my fault for not driving. And thats what i meant when i said businesses lose the urge to satisfy customers when they know regardless of their actions customers keep going back.

Went through the drive thru for two McFlurries. Was asked to park and wait for my order. After 20 minutes I still hadn't recieved it so I went back through the drive thru. Took another 10 minutes to get to the window to pick up my order, and when I got there it still wasn't ready. The same girl at the window almost sent me to park again, but I heard someone tell her no. She ran off for another 5+ minutes before coming back with McFlurries, but by then, 35 minutes after I had ordered, all I wanted was a refund. At least that was quick and easy. The manager's excuse was the ice cream machine wasn't working right. Then don't let me order a McFlurry, tell me that at the drive thru and I'll leave and go elsewhere rather than wasting my time.

Roaches crawling around the dining room near the door to the kitchen. A quick look around and it's clear the cleaning practices here are sub par. Lots of dirt built up behind counters/garbage.
