Always drive to the harmony location instead of this one even though it's closer. I swear I could order water in the drive thru and they'd park me because they're waiting on the ice. Keep that driv thru time down by parking them all.

Problem with all fast food places skip the dishes push there way in front they take priority. Also l will look into why is the curb side pick up close to main door while the handicap spot oh and it's just one spot compared to 6 curb side pick up. Very disappointed in you McDonald

Ordered latte (3.59) dollar gave me coffee (1.49) big difference, lazy to make latte, most of the time takes awhile to make,
Already expensive but really wanted to buy spoiled my coffee time.

Got bacon in my zesty lime wrap 3 times in a row and also in my chicken sandwich.even mentioning them not to put one.

I was here Friday at 8: 40am. It was very busy, but I was only getting 2 drinks so thought it wouldn’t be too long. It took 20 minutes. My daughter had to leave without her drink or she would be late. I was going to line up for a refund at 15min mark, but there were 9 people lining up. At one point my order was next on the board, when I didn’t get my drinks, I asked why my order # was gone. I was given attitude by the staff. I understand it’s busy and overwhelming, but as someone that works with the public I know how to treat customers. No apology was given to anyone for the horrendous wait time. A customer stormed in from waiting in drive thru.and exclaimed “What the hell is going on in here? ! ”
Going forward I’ll avoid this location.

I love their Strawberry shakes and the coffee what I don't like is I wait for someone to take my order while I look at approximately 7 workers standing around waiting on the ppl at the drive thru

I get my coffee here a few times a week using the drive thru. The line always moves fast, they never get my order wrong, and the service is always great and comes with a smile! Thanks!

Big Mac was fine, but my fries were cold even after asking for fresh fries, as we as my sons happy meal fries. And like most mcdonalds, no milkshakes because the machine was *down*

Always very slow. Doesn't matter if you go in, drive through or get Uber. This location is always slow. I don't know what it is because we've been going for years and cycled through many staff coming and going. And double check your order is correct

This is the first mcdonalds able to get my order right the first time. I was very impressed as most others mess us my orders in tremendous ways and make me have to go in. The line up wasn't awful when we went, not as bad as most places.

Though often when we just drive by it's busy as heck! So the definitely must be doing something right!

This McDonalds in the corner of Taunton Road and Simcoe, is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been. Two different Saturday monining, I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin Combo, and they gave me a Sausage Egg BurntMuffin, on two different occasion, same thing BurntMuffins. Not sure if they know how to toast their muffins, may be the person doing it is still feeling sleepy.if you want you can try it.all new Sausage Egg BurntMuffin

Gave old stale fries at drive through. Had to go in and get fresh ones. Check ur orders at drive thru

"Please pull ahead and wait", sorry not every single time, put a move on and get me my order.

First time ordered from this location. It was at night 3: 30 AM. Reached home and saw the items were missing and since this location wasnt closest to my house I thought of reordering the items from the nearest location. Since it was already past 4 at this time the day menu was closed and it was only breakfast menu available. I decided to go back to this location, first they refused but I am glad after listening to the whole situation they were able to prepare the missing order for me.

The little things.asked for ketchup in drive thru as the sign asks you to. Then I get whiney kids saying there is none. Maybe just my luck but it brought back an old experience of the last time at this location where a black coffee order had cream when I got back to my office.

Very nice manager at 8: 30 p.m. On a Thursday night. Witnessed for young kids coming in with no money or masks.manager gave all four kids masks and gave them four large Waters. Served it to them and told them to take care. Great service from what I can see

Quick, hot breakfast - the only time you can get breakfast and the only location that serves McGriddles (simcoe and Taunton)

Ordered a blizzard but I got vanilla ice cream covered with oreo crumbs. Not mixed at all. This location has been horrible the last year or so. The staff here are incompetent and rude.it would be a miracle if they could get anything right! Every single time I go there its long waits and wrong orders, I've started going to the location in the Walmart plaza instead.

I was tracking down some of my childhood toys, I called into this store for the final toy I was looking for. They were very helpful! Polite and pleasant to speak with! Megan, Maria and Rob helped me find my missing toy! Wish they had the best shift after my call! Thank you sooooo much!

My orders been wrong three times in a row people writing these reviews must know the manager or something smh order ahead on the app and still wait 20 mins just do the drive thru

Fast food. What could I say ️ I take on 20 chicken nuggets, then others order. Getting out of this location is tough at certain times of the day

This location is ok, your order received is about 50/50 so make sure you check k in the bag. Also the line upd are crazy long.

Was told to park in a spot cause my order was not ready. Waited about 10 minutes and finally went in only to find the staff standing around. When I asked for my order I got attitude. Seriously.

This morning my Type 1 wife ordered 2 med. Diet coke, 1 regular coke for me, as well as an egg MC muffin for myself and a breakfast burrito for herself.
The three drinks didn't indicate which were diet.
There was no ice in the drinks at all.
The best part of this experience was when I bit into the sandwich, and bit through a human hair!

I go there a few times every week. Location would be Simcoe and Taunton branch. I must say food is usually pretty good except as follows:
Last time there I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese combo. You know what I got? Instead of the 1/4 lb.hamburg they put 2 small cheeseburger patties on there and a pinch of condiments. I was starving so I ate it. Another complaint I have is when I order at the speaker I say what I want and they forget or didn't hear me and they leave something out.for example I ordered 6 McNuggets and they asked do I want sweet n sour sauce with that and I said yes I do and go thru driveway and get the meal and go to eat it as I drive away ano sweet n sour sauce. It's not fun eating 6 nuggets with no sauce

Coffee grounds countless times need to start straining coffee in a strainer before serving I only drank half a coffee before the grounds started coming usually at end of coffee its nasty

Went to the parking lot and ordered food through my phone and 5min later my food came and the employee was very nice

Thank god for Uber eats giving me my money back, I ordered two happy meals and a jr chicken combo with an extra coffee on the side and when it was delivered all that was in the bag was an Oreo McFlurry absolutely ridiculous.

The service here is not good or quick. I as well as friends just leave the inside counter as it will take entirely too long for a burger and fries. The management needs to get it together. Good luck.

It is worst macdonald and staff is very rude.no cleaning you have to wait for long time for food or delivery orders

Terrible experience with a lady who look order just now.i went there to get my breakfast. What ever i said she says i cant hear.i tried to speak as loud as possible. She was so resistant and spoiled my day. Manager pls train the pple before you put them in drive through. People come to this restaurant becoz they r hungry.

Regardless of what you order, its wrong, takes forever and its cold. If you call and speak with a manager (AnnMarie) you're told that the mistakes are not her fault.not her problem. Save your money.order Tim's. We literally threw this garbage out and did just that.

I travel a lot over Southern Ontario and hit a lot of McDonald's. The discretionary pricing is a little bit higher here, but it is by far the best that I go to in terms of service, food quality and very few mistakes, which they're always happy to make good on.

I have never experienced a wait this long, and so many mistakes being made all in the same visit. Had to pull into a spot to wait for my food, and was forgotten about. Sat and waited patiently for 45 minutes before I started to lose it, even after all that time I still had to drive back through the drive thru just so someone would acknowledge that I was still there. Upon arrival to this McDonald's there were several cars waiting for their food as well, and I somehow ended being the only one who was forgotten about. Absolutely terrible service, food was cold when I finally did get it. Will never be returning to this McDonald's ever again.

This location McDonald's is it a very busy intersection. Although it is I stopped here for my morning coffee for 7 years straight I like the stuff they're very friendly very courteous and very knowledgeable they always seem to give you an over-the-top experience as the management treat you well. Never really had any issues with the drive-through or any of the food menu items

3rd time in a month messing up my order. The girls/gays behind the drive thru speaker dont ask you to repeat something when they know they misheard you.how hard is it to confirm things before handing the wrong item to a customer? Update: employees arent wearing gloves, food and even salads are being handled and mixed bare handed.nice, salmonella poisoning looked great on me anyways

I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. I waited a long time while they gave my order to someone else, then I had to wait even longer as they resubmitted my order after the other car sent my order back.

For some reason my drive through orders at this location are not reliable. Often wrong. Quite frustrating.

Good store, amazing coffee! There were 4 of us ordering and we tried their 'table service' which was great. They did forget 2 items we ordered and made 1 burger wrong, but were great at making it right again, quickly and said sorry a few times! I know mistakes happen, we are human, and the staff here were fantastic at fixing the mistakes, and making it top priority so we were not waiting again! Amazing staff, good food, bad parking lot, but still 5 stars! With the small-ish store and tight parking lot, they work well with what they have. Fast and delicious! Great job. Thanks!

Even better coffee than tims and Starbucks! Not as large if a variety but what they have they do amazing! I'm hooked on McCafe now, and all sizes only $1.00 you can't go wrong, and save your coffee stickers and get free drinks after 8 coffees! I can't see a reason to go anywhere else!

Nice, renovated location. Great seating. Parking lot and drive thru situation is a nightmare but it's a corner lot, not an ideal spot for such busyness.

Regular here. Too slow. Have to wait long for one burger all the time. Their attention is just drive thru.

Service is Good, Go the order wrong but. Its ok, I ate it anyway. I do have to mention that the Decaf' Coffee is never hot. It would have been a 5 Star

Just always leaving disappointed. Fair chance your order is incorrect or missing parts. They don’t seem to support the full day breakfast for all pieces.

If your okay with substitutes or just not quite what you want then this is an okay location. But its worth the short drive to any of the surrounding locations and increase your options while saving yourself disappointment

Food is as expected from Mickey D's. Most impressive was the ease of ordering via the app. Very efficient. Big plus was the promotion from Raptors game that gave me free medium fries automatically.

As always, McDonald's service was quick, got my meal with fries and a drink, love the fries when they're hot, can't get them all home - if you know what I mean, reasonable prices and good food served by friendly staff

Slamming doors, 15 year old staff hanging out in the dining room after their shift and being extremely loud and disruptive, most of the staff are extremely young with lacking customer service skills. Food was fine, employees, not so much.

Had to wait for our order! Pull ahead she says! K! And wait.bring us the wrong order and find out the guy that came after us got our order and we got his order! Great! So the girl exchanged our bags and off we go not realizing they took half the fries out of the bag so guess what we have cold burgers now and half the fries! Great experience as usual, i keep forgetting every 6 years or so why i haven't had McDonald's for so long! I remember why now!

Disapointed in this location. And tired of IT. Got a hot chocolate for my daughter. She said it taste like milk and water. Weird cause i didnt ask for white hot chocolate.
Poured it out layer of film on top followed by milky water from whip cream and layer of chocolate to follow. They intentionally didnt stir it. Hash brown was nit cooked. Forgot our fries. Its just never ending.

It's like a typical McDonalds. The staff is always overworked and it's always to busy. The staff does a good job though usually.

Same old same old. I’m finding lately that McDonald’s have become much more untidy and unmaintained particularly with condiment straws and around the fountain drinks. So many orders taken by the app, in store ordering system and many cashiers just standing around while people wait for their food. No question, no matter the McDonald’s, no matter the location, food taste identical. Creepy.
