I'm just sick and tired of this place getting my order wrong
8 out of 10 visits.
I don't understand how it's possible to be missing some/half /most of the order almost every single time or just get something completely different than your order.
Seriously get it together it's getting pathetic. Then what's worse is the lame excuses they come up with when you call to tell them they messed up yet again.
Don't you ever get tired of hearing you suck at your Job or to do it right?
If you can't cut working at McDonald's and making sure there's 2 God damn burgers in a bag before handing it to the customer. I really don't know what to tell you. Just give up and do everyone a favor. Work from home.
Or anywhere that requires you to be brain dead.

Been coming to this location for 10 years and it's maybe disappointed once.

Eating at this McDonalds ruined my entire day and I’ve never experienced worse customer service

Did not give syrup or butter OR a fork and spoon with the hotcakes neither did they remember to put a yogurt with the happy meal combo

I got the wrong sandwich the other day and the manager was very understanding and he offered to replace it with a complete combo on a future visit and I'm here today and I got exactly what I wanted and it was perfect and I really appreciate it.

Awesome experience, Joey Manekas made sure me and my friends got our food promptly and fresh and watching him work his sanitation and organization as well as leadership are exceptional.

Manager Kim is very rude. Did not explain my issue and how it would be fixed. Should not be a manager

They ran out of muffins and apple pies. Pretty busy at the drive through. Got the coffee though.

I waited 20 minutes, got cold food and the employees did not care at all. Never coming here again.

I thought I would drop a review for this McDonald's as my patience is running out totally. Whenever I go there to eat & use the drive-through, the food is always room temperature and the fries are pretty much cold, I now make sure to ask for fresh fries and a hot burger specifically & again get the same room temperature food I don't want to begin with. I then made a promise to myself to never go back there again and only go to the 1 on Lundy's Lane, im done ‍️. Also at night I also do Uber and Skip and they have us waiting outside like dogs for the orders bags to come out, you need to ring a bell they hardly answer and you have to wait. They also don't bring your order when it's ready right away as they wait to have a few bags and then they come out, sadly the customers pay for this wait time. I also spoke to a new night manager lately and she just screamed that they are low on staff and they cannot find people, they seriously need to investigate this Mcdonalds asap. One more thing they also ask the drivers is to swipe that the fare was picked up prior of them handing us the food as delivery folks, so I contacted Uber Canada and they confirmed to me that this is illegal to the bones and to call Uber right away when this happens so I do now but am afraid to go back in the restaurant to get the parcel as that manager is totally crazy, I now also stopped taking deliveries at that location, Mcdonalds Corporation should step in this matter, this is unacceptable.

Horrible Customer Service.

Just went thru drive thru the guy is super rude and said he's too busy. Also asked for a large water to go with the three meals we ordered he said no. So I ordered 3 smalls. Absolutely terrible service. This person should not be in customer service. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

The kods working there are very nice and professional! We wanted shakes but the machine wasnt working fine and they helped us understand the problem.service and speed all 5star!

Worse Mcdonalds ever. All night shift “white people” are racist. They already saw us on the front, but nobody wants to serve us. They just kept talking to each other.

2nd visit to this McDonald's location. Poor service at the window - staff obviously lacks training - didn't provide me a receipt, among other issues. The food was passable by McDonald's standards, if you know what I mean. Masochism must have motivated me to get a Big Mac after months of staying away from McDonald's. Could have been worse, right?

There's a Tim Hortons next door if you want to try your luck there.

Very poor service! Went through drive thru and they wouldnt take my order. So drove and parked my car to go inside. Nothing was stocked. I had to keep asking for lids, straws and ketchup. All young teens talking and doing no work. Will not return.

Went to store #40013 today. I ordered my food at 4: 22pm, stood around for more than 30 minutes. The staff served skip the dishes and drive thru but ignore us people on counter.
It's ridiculous, I finallyy had to ask for a manager who got my food for me at 4: 54pm

We stoped today at this Mac we ordered 4 Big Mac combo not knowing that Wednesday is the Big Mac special day, the lady on the drive through was great and explained to us that there is a deal on the Big Mac combos! Our bill was reduced by almost $20! - I wish we took the name of that lady who took our order; it was around 3: 00 pm ; thank you that was great!

Everything everyone said below is accurate really bad service I actually had to ask them if they were joking because I couldn’t tell if they were being serious with me or not When they messed up my order twice

So I just ordered $65 worth of stuff from them and I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed by any fast food chain.

I ordered 10 nuggets only got 9 of em,
Ordered a double quarter pounder got 1 patty
All 2 juniors chickens and 3 McDoubles were flattened down like pancakes and tasted like garbage
And my fries that came with the meal were cold and mushy

BUT they didn’t mess up my Coca Cola at least

I'm happy with their servicr. Nice stuff members. I was explained nicely that they run out of the item that I orders and offered an alternative. This store is opend fairly later. I was there around 11pm. However, drive through is opend 24/7.

Now i know why most people gave 1 star only. My friend ask for coffee n french vanila half half but they suggest her take only french vanila and just gave her same
Rediculous

Night shift serving food cold as ice and hard as rock. Not even fit for a dog. No compassion or care for someone trying to eat a meal late night. Quit your jobs and go on cerb, better off not poisoning people.

Hands down worst place to go if you want a correct order or hot tasty food. This location needs serious attention in majority of areas. From lack of cleanliness to the rats you can see running around by the drive thru area and garden areas near the garbage. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this gross location.

This place is disgusting employees serving and making food do not have hair nets.everyone has long hair and the washroom is soooo Filthy!

40 min at pickup spot. 5 times they tried to bring us the completely wrong order.
We did get nice hot food at the end.

I recently moved from Newmarket to Niagara Falls and am very impressed with this McDonald’s.the food is always cooked properly and I always get my food fast.

Not sure how a place lime Mcdonald's can forget items you ordered on skip the dishes, but they did. And sent cheeseburgers to my children so soaked with ketchup the the buns were soggy. They do nothing to correct their mistake, but are very efficient on telling us to take it up with skip the dishes. Although the manager I spoke to saw that they forgot to send my items. Not very good customer service.

I’m driver of SkipTheDishes. I always go to this restaurant to pick up the order. But they always give late orders to us. We have to wait almost minimum 10 min. After that they behaved rude to us. Just like we are servant of them.

The worst service possible. The first encounter with the order taker in drive thru was attrocious, she was quite rude. Then after paying I ask the server to make sure there were straws in the bag, no straws. Only to get home and find out my order was incorrect. So I go back to the store to ask them to fix it, they asked for the incorrect burgers back (quite sure they are not supposed to due to covid) but I abide and hand the burgers over. It took an additional fifteen minutes to get the correct burgers and straws, so I was stuck eating cold fries with my meal. I know it's only fast food but I thought that this company being franchised so widely would try to keep the McDonald's brand name in good standing. I dont know guess I'll be going to the Lundy's location from now on.

Delicious coffee and conveniently located right off the highway. It can get very busy because of the popular location but my wait times have been reasonable considering the long line ups. Thanks.

I ordered a big mac combo and saw the employee evan putting a lot of time of care into the burger 10/10 best burger ever. GOD BLESS MCDONALDS AND EVAN!

We had a bad experience at this location. We ordered a egg and cheese sandwich and 2 happy meals and they messed up on everything. The egg sandwich 1st they gave me a sausage sandwich, than egg and sausage and than egg and ham even though we asked for bo meat in it. The happy meals one was cheese burger and o e just burger and they gave us both with cheese and than they only gave us a book instead of the toys we asked for and to top it off there was only one book in one happy meal and nothing in the other. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION they are all high on crack or something because they cannot get anything right.

I went through the drive thru and order a burger w/o pickle and mustard. I was asked by the serve to pull to the side of the building and wait for my order. I was in the designated parking spot awaiting my food. After 3 minutes another vehicle pulled in behind me. They received their order in about 5 minutes.it consisted of 3 large food bags. I waited another 7 minutes for my order. I went into the restaurant to ask for the manager, another server claimed she had my order "sitting right here". I was in a hurry as I was late getting back to work. I did not check my food. Upon getting to work my burger had only ketchup and mustard on it. The location thought this was acceptable because they have me a free pie. I do not eat their pie products sobit went in the garbage.

I went on bike ride with my son and we lost track of time. We wanted to order the food from McDonalds on this area on the Oakwood drive 7275 L2E 6S5. Niagara Falls. Canadá.
We came at the door close to 10: 00 pm on 15 Jun 2021.
The supervisor who worked during that shift was opening the door to some girls who knew she knew and she run to them to give them the food and then when we wanted to order quickly the food She locked the door into our face.
My son wanted so badly McDonalds and the girls who got the food from Supervisor laughed to us saying she locked the door into their face.
I can even describe her if you would like to contact me on my email.
I decided to go through drive through without knowing about the procedures. It was kind of late and we simple wanted quickly get the food and go home, then girl accepted our order and we waited in line with cars on the bikes. My sons wasn’t not feeling comfortable at all but I said why would be a problem when the Supervisor can do whatever she wants do do like giving some her friends and lock the door into our face.
I even managed to place the order once I came to pay the girl was about to give me the food and I was just about putting my card. The same Supervisor comes to me and say I can’t give the food to unmotorized vehicle. She showed me the sign which was hidden somewhere inside.
I managed to order and I was in a cue to pay and pick the food for someone to act this way without any apologies or having their procedures on visible place
Since we were on bikes even if we go back it would be late and I was so upset to even order anymore from McDonalds.
She humiliated us and also didn’t treat us right. This is for Humans right complain, treating some people differently.
I would like to speak with superior regards this today if I don’t talk to someone Or they don’t contact me soon or later I will make sure this ends to another level.

They always have someone who can speak the least amount of English out of all the employees and put them on drive through which causes massive problems always and I see other people not just white but other races that speak out native language alot more clearly but they choose the least English employees as possible. Very in professional and poor management skills

If I could put zero I would. I've found plastic and rubber in my burgers I always give my information back and they said they would contact me but you know teens they lie and don't do anything still never contacted me after both times. Check your burgers people! They're disgusting.

Bad customer service. They ignore the customer. They have too much attitude and do not speak politely.i don't want to give them bad rating but i guess they deserve it.

I go the McDonald's on Lundys Lane every Day in the early hours for a coffee and weekends for some food. The service and quality of food has been great for the last 6 months or so. Great job

Only ever mcdonalds where I have visited more then once in a month.

Almost every time I go here I have gotten hot food, witch sadly is more then I can say from other fast food restaurants nearby.

Not the worst MCD but also not the best I've been to. Really hit or miss with order accuracy, freshness etc.

Went through the drive through. Ordered 6 sausage and egg mcmuffins. 10 minutes later we were asked if we asked if we ordered plain sausage or sausage and egg. Another 10 minutes and we were given our bag. We got home only to realize that half were missing.

Every time I order somthing it gets messed up. So many missing items. Today I only got half of my order after having to wait 15 minutes before cause they made the wrong thing the first time.

No point in ordering skip the dishes because you have to go back every time.

Very poor customer service for the most part- i get it it’s Mcdonald’s but occasionally you will get a nice server otherwise the worst is their serving of hot fudge on the sundae they barely put any! And if you ask for more or actually the normal amount they say its an extra charge.

In addition to some fault in the Drive thru audio devices, the service was slow. We were held at parking 1 for quite some time for 2 basic burgers without a simple apology

My boyfriend went out to get our family some breakfast. I ate more than half of my sandwich before I was picking 4 different long black hairs out of my sandwich, my mouth & off of my sandwich wrap. I also had to spit out some of my egg as while I was chewing, there was a piece of an egg shell inside of it. This is absolutely disgusting & unsanitary.

Visited this location last week.and frankly, it was the filthiest fast food restaurant I have seen in a while. Took several attempts to find a clean table to use. Garbage and food all over the floor. Garbage cans were overflowing. My wife who was in the service industry for a time, thought she would give the manager a heads up. Managers response. "We're busy". And that was it.:)

Amazing drive through service. Peak lunch time rush hour and the cars kept moving. Fresh hot fries, nuggets and big mac. Well done.

Went through the drive thru with no one ahead of us, ordered a happy meal and chicken nuggets.was told to pull ahead and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes before someone came out to bring the food. I had already gone in to ask where our food was, conveniently at the exact same time as someone brought it out - there was no one waiting to order inside and no one offered us any form of apology lol it’s cool, we love sitting in the 40 degree weather with a 5 year old. Less focus needs to be put on Uber eats and mobile orders, maybe try serving the customers who are physically there and once you nail that move on to other things
