This is a small McDonald's but that just gives them more focus to make the perfect experience.

Racism and rude store manager Krystal yelled at ASIAN customers by telling them not to shake their heads. There were only 3 staff and only the store manager is taking the order. I was patiently wait for my mobile order as this store is always a mess. I saw my food has been staying there for 5 min but I understand the busy morning so I just waited until she finish her ordering. And then, she jumped my order to hand the other person who is after me and then asked my number very rudely. I told her the number then she through my order to me. I just sighed and shake my head, then she started to yell at me. “Don’t shake your head! Next time just yell your number! ” I’m a minority in race and the white lady before was doing almost the same thing but the store manager didn’t say any word. It seems like she can show her attitude to me just because of my race and gender. I told her I was being polite then she kept yelling at me. Finally I started to ask to see the manager but she kept ignoring me and the other staff told me she’s the manager. Then I started to ask her name but she still ignored me until I asked her 10 time.s. “ Krystal! KRYSTAL! (or Crystal I don’t know) MY NAME IS KRYSTAL! ” She finally answered. I understand how busy the morning can be but this is not tolerable at all!

Super slow for food preparation - for god sake this is Macdonalds and it shouldn’t be this slow. While we were waiting, there are employees who were playing with his phone. Can’t believe this is happening. The place is also not clean with small bugs flying around. This should not be the quality of any macdonalds store to be honest.

TERRIBLE, The Cashier of Asian Descent had Aggressively Yelled at me for asking a question, DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING HERE, We have a series of Aggressive, rude, harassing Workers that hate Customers nowadays.

Who ever the young Asian female calling out orders today December 14,2022 roughly about 4: 45 PM needs re-training.she has such a nasty attitude whenever anybody would ask her for any condiments she would slap it on the counter, kiss her teeth and huff and puff. I myself asked for mayo and salt, she cussed and turned around slide the one mayo packet across the counter and threw the one salt packet on the counter and slamming it down.if she didn’t want to be at work today or does not like her job she should never have shown up…just rude!

Worst McDonald's ever not wearing any hairnets there was hair in my food and I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches two hash browns and one drink and food was undercooked

Perfectly good downtown outpost of McDonald's on Yonge just south of Wellesley, recently refurbished.

They always forget to put something in the order.and if it was a delivery there is nothing u can do

The service is good and the place is clean too. The only downside at this branch is that they don't have a display for your orders. You'll have to ask about your order to find out if it's ready sometimes because it might be sitting there waiting for you to pickup.

The lady at the cashier had an attitude.when the surfaces atvthe counter looked too sticky and dirty we politly asked her to find somone to clean that up so we can rest our bag to pull wallet out but she said we have no employees to do that plus wer closing soon.anyway.she cd have said that in a nicer way

Have made it welcoming. It was a mess for a few years, lt still too small for yhe amount of patrons they get.

Rude staff. We arrived before closing, were served, and then they were kicking us off. Where were we going to eat? The sidewalk? Needed to use the WC and were denied.

The manager and staff need some serious training.

First Mcdonald experience at this location and it is literally for takeout only has almost no seating area and pretty dirty. Ordered 3 happy meals and a large fry for dine in and received a large paper bag mixed with food and fries no happy meal boxes nothing, everything was mixed in there and the garbage was full, good thing this would be a one time thing.go a bit south way better McDonald's cleanliness, atmosphere.

Wish could have given 0 stars to this location. Would never come ever again. Who buys happy meal for the meal itself but not for the toy? Thanks

This is the slowest McD's I've ever been to. It's hard to tell if they're just chronically understaffed, busier than they have capacity for, or maybe just aren't as efficient as others? When I go now, I expect to be waiting at least 15 minutes to get my order.

Slow as hell, these people are so slow took 20 minutes to make a junior chicken meal, i ran out of my lunch break.

If i have zero star i will give zero very disgusting service if you are not able to manaage much order hire more staff very poooooor service

Worst service among all McDonald’s places in DT. I was here this evening and I wanted a larger bag to carry my food cuz it was raining heavily outside. But one of the staff, a really tall woman, insisted they could not give me the larger bag. One gentlemen asked for the bag for me and she gave.

Also the cap of the drink was really loose.

Very unprofessional employees and their waiting time is very long. Had to wait 15 minimum for a bigmc.

Sausage'N Egg McMuffin Extra Value Meal with shell I almost swallowed and hurt my throat ill call the police next time

Came here with a friend for lunch one day and somehow someone managed to steal her purse at a moment when we had our backs turned filling our drinks. That being said we had no problem with the food at this location.

I was supposed to get a free fried and didnt because of a technical error and manager says i thought try next time! If McDonald is that desperate for my fries then you can have it

Only person in line waited a good 5 mins no one took my order so i left. Seemed unorganized not going to wait 20 mins for mcdonalds

Dead empty, yet asked to stand up because some of us didn’t buy food. Unwelcoming atmosphere. Avoid!

Ordered xxl coffee with cream and sugar when I opened it up at home there was no coffee in it, why cant these workers get it right?

Always messing up my order one time they didn't put sausage on 2 of my 4 sausage breakfast sandwiches and never told me I found out when I went back to work

The worst restaurant ever. The staff in the evening shifts are very cranky, rude and unprofessional. They don't know what the hospitality is.

Very Worst Experience in the morning today as I have to go for my work and i was in a rush so i ordered one chicken mcmuffin and one regular coffee. Mcmuffin was totally burned and you guys are serving it to customers like that worst experience i cant expect something like this from you guyz.

Honestly i would suggest to walk a few more steps to college McDonald's or the one close to dundas its a super sketchy place.

I do not why they just post we can dine-in while i come and see the tables in closed. So waste of my time!

This is consistently and by far the worst McDonald's ever.

Every time I order through Skip the Dishes, not only do they get my order wrong MOST of the time, but they also use stale bread for the breakfast sandwiches and burgers. They must be under orders to use old ingredients for deliveries because they think folks will be less likely to complain or demand refunds, because this has happened to us a total of 5 times out of the 10 or so times I've ordered here.

I thought it was bad luck, but stale 5 times since March (when I started using skip) ? And getting the order wrong even more often? Never eating here again, and I hope anyone who reads this steers away from this place as well.

Great staff and friendly service. Store is clean and tidy, social distancing practices are strictly followed. Overall a safe and great place for fries and McChicken!

Always a lingering bad smell whenever walking into this place, even when theres no one there. Slow service, food 7 times out of 10 will take years to come compared to other McDonald's

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wheezing a mask. They refused to serve me and discriminated me, then kicked out without serving me. I have never been more embarrassed nor ever treated like that because of my condition.

Complaining to McDonald's didn't help as the so called Franchiser does not care enough to do anything about it either.

The staff in this place are friendly and efficient, but unfortunately the area has a lot of transient people in it that want to hang out inside and outside the restaurant. I've been creeped out in there more than a couple times because of people high on drugs, and I know that they use the washrooms frequently so they tend to be shut down because of some of the disgusting mess that's left behind. I don't think this in any way is fault of the management or employees there, it is just an unfortunate demographic problem.

Orders take longer at this McDonald's because they get so many Uber eats orders. There are no self serve kiosks and it's not always the cleanest (probably because it's very high volume)

Ordered on ubereats.missing sandwich, wrong bagel, wrong cookie, wrong drink size. If hash browns and orange juice came in different flavors they'd probably get those wrong too.

0 star if i can, absolutely disasters in this location, McDonald's is generally getting worse in Toronto anyway

Never ever go there.they said they're 24 hours but when you're going there all with walk a lady who did try to be nice said, no we are only for delivery and this and that.so disappointed

Went in there to get a coffee the employee came out of washroom touched all the washroom handle came in the kitchen didn't put on gloves or wash hands and made my coffee I think it was a manager dirty place

It’s not 24 hours! Soda machine is not working properly! Many of them are just water, not sodas. This location has a lot of homeless people hanging out there and occupied most of seats therefore the store always gets dirty. Not recommended to eat there. Always take out.

I deliver for uber and i strive to get a perfect 100% rating
I got a request for a pick up here at 2: 49 am and I arrived here at, 2: 52 am, their doors were locked and I had to knock, then they gave me a bad rating for "late to pick up"

Lots of Police there which can make some people uncomfortable.they seemed friendly though so I guess that's ok

Its not necessarily their fault that this is one of the sketchiest locations with constant crazy people inside. But the staff is slow, the interior is messy and dirty, and there is always several uber eats orders being made before whatever you order as a walk in. Its like 3 minutes away from me, but I at this point Im too sketched out to return, personally.

WOw.the hashbrown was so salty. I have mcdolands hashbrowns almost everyday from all around my campus but this branch just gave me the saltiest hashie ever.ewww

Sketchiest McDonald's there is in all of Toronto. Comes close to the one on Spadina and Yonge and College

Went in and nobody was at counter and I ordered a mcdouble and coffee and three people that ordered after myself were served before I was able to ask where my order was.no sorry for the wait for my order that was clearly missed when the guy behind me ordered a junior chicken and received it before myself and the next guy his ice coffee. I could have drank a quarter of my coffee during the eleven minute wait

I really don't understand why they let their restaurants get to this level of filth. Homeless people just chilling there 24/7. I really felt disgusting eating there.

This is definitely the worst location I've ever been to. Uber eats takes priority over everything and sometimes customers wait 15-20mins for food while they prepare Uber eats. Customer service is also very terrible as they pick and choose what they want to listen to. About a month ago I was there waiting for my food and a crazy drugged up guy got right in my face and threatened to punch me for looking in his direction and the staff just stood there and did nothing. They need to hire security for this location.

Very busy, they always make mistake with my orders.one of their manager has a very bad attitude. Would never go back there.
Spent $40, when I got home, half my order was missing.
