I don’t normally go to this location but the last couple of days I have and I have to say I was disappointed both days. Yesterday I ordered an English muffin BELT. The tremendous amount of mayo that was put on was disgusting. I asked extra extra lettuce and it came with one teeny tiny piece of lettuce. Today I ordered an XL double double inside the restaurant and that was most definitely not what I received. The coffee didn’t taste right, it was super strong or it has been sitting for awhile. I got the equivalent of 1 serving of cream and no sugar. On both occasions I did not realize that my orders were messed up until I got to work. There was nothing I could do about it because now I am at work. The coffee I threw out and I definitely did not enjoy my sandwich yesterday. I will say that the staff at the drive through and inside the restaurant were very pleasant. I’m not too happy otherwise. Sorry.

Waited a long time in this drive thru. Once I finally placed my order (Sausage McMuffin meal with a coffee) I was asked to repeat it. I then went to the pay window and was asked what my order was again and paid. I then went to the food window and was asked by two different older ladies what my order was while they looked through 4 or 5 different bags looking confused. Eventually they found my order but it seemed like they were overwhelmed and it wasn’t organized.

Tellement malpropre les toilettes. Quand on le dit aux employées ils rigolent de nous en disant on s'en fiche allez ailleurs. C'est ce qu'on va faire prochain fois avec des employées qui n'ont aucun respect aux clients.

Bad customer service always messing up my orders unbelievable! My nuggets are always cold!

Without question in the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Got parked for three cheeseburgers at 1: 30pm and waited 15 minutes. Seems a little ridiculous considering their bread and butter is making hamburgers and cheeseburgers. This is not the first time experiencing extremely long waits at this location. Usually if I see a long line at this location I would not wait in it, as I know better. Even when the food was brought to the car it was cold. Lousy experience again. Lots of other places to get food in the area.

I go here every morning for breakfast I come today to get lunch and told her I only had a 50$ the lady took my order then when I got to window I handed her the 50 and she said oh sorry we don't take 50's here. I will never go there again

I visit here a couple time a week for my tea and sometimes my lunch. Today and for the last two times I was served by miriam, (I am sorry if I spelt your name incorrectly) She was polite and helpful, she served me with a genuine smile and seemed very happy. She has significantly and single handedly made my whole day better. I work in retail and know how difficult it can be to appear upbeat all the time. This lady has everything an amazing customer service individual needs and more. With my few experiences alone I know I would hire her on the spot for any position I had available where her skills and professionalism would be complimentary. A big thank you for such a great experience in the short time I met you.

Used to be okay but going downhill. After many negative experiences, I am finally done with them. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes or so on average in the drive through. Tonight, NO BEEF at all. They had signs saying they could serve chicken. We ordered two wraps, one crispy and one grilled. Get to the window, no grilled chicken left. As we drive off, they're talking about how no spicy nuggets left and something else they were out of. Staff have no customer service skills or work ethic. They have conversations with one another while you're at the window. Tonight, they were friendly but incredibly and very noticeably unorganized. I feel for the staff because this is a management issue. Just a bad experience overall. And on top of that, this is the chicken we got! It's overcooked, dried out and gross. My partner's wrap barely had mayo. Mine was drowning in mayo. So unfortunate: (

Excruciating wait in the drive through at 10: 15pm. Five cars, maybe 25 minutes wait? This place is understaffed.

Had a very unpleasant experience waiting for my XL Black Coffee this morning. I am very forgiving when it comes to extended wait times (morning rush, I get it) ; however, I will not tolerate poor, dismissive attitudes. My coffee was already prepared and I noticed the McDonald’s worker clear 2 pending order numbers from the queue (mine included), but they never called those numbers or placed them on the counter for customers to grab.

After waiting a couple minutes, I alerted her that she cleared two pending orders, possibly by accident and I asked if that XL coffee cup next to her on her side of the plexiglass was a black coffee (my order). She looked at me, did not respond and went back to whatever she was doing. I asked her two more times and she ignored me.

At this point, I was frustrated because she had served two customers with large orders (both with coffees!) that ordered after me and I was still waiting for her to simply hand me my coffee that was literally inches away from her.

Finally, I receive my coffee but with no announcement that it was my order. I asked if this was an XL Black coffee and she said “yeah” with such a dismissive tone. Rather than waste more time arguing over her treatment of me, I picked up my coffee and left.

I made the switch from Tim Hortons to McDonalds on my morning commute to to work because I found service faster. After today, I might switch back and endure their wait times if it means not being treated like garbage.

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through, getting yelled at by the manager and then getting the diarrhea drinking there coffee (I asked for milk NOT cream!), I will not be returning to this location. A pig at a farm gets more respect, dignity and better food and water than customers at this Macdonald location

I found hair in my BigMac sandwich. There was a chunk of it covered with a thick layer of their sauce. It was so gross as I nearly swallowed it and almost puked all of my sandwich out.

McDonald's as a franchise is letting their customers down. Their super thin see through patty on the Big Mac. Their burger quality has fallen so much that it has become ridiculous compared to A&W, Harvey's and even Burger King. It's a shame, I believe I speak for probably 95% of people out there that have Ben noticing the same thing but never had actually said anything. Pick it up McDonald's.

Forgot one burger from order (I should checked before I left) and vanilla chai frappe was liquid with solid ice chunks. Surprising standards for a McDs.

Wish I could provide 0 star. Kumar aka STORE MANAGER is arrogant, irresponsible, rude he doesn’t know how to behave with customers, he shouts at them by not providing the app offer. The offers are provided by McDonald’s app but the manager was not willing to provide but we were able to avail the offer from other stores, so its better for his job to respect customers otherwise he is gonna lose many of them. He was making his own terms and conditions which are mentioned no where, he was behaving like we were new to Mcd. Anyways will never gonna visit this store again! For sure. Keep yourself calm Mr Kumar.

This place is always my favourite destination. Cleanliness and cozy interior always put this place ahead of others. Bu their hosts, particularly supervisors need to be more courteous & customer friendly

Very poor service … Store Manager “KUMAR” is so rude and doesn’t know how to treat a customer. Employees were really gentle though.

I found hair in my BigMac sandwich the time I visited. It was long and gross and was stuck in my braces. I had a hard time pulling it out.

Pretty disappointed. Their coffee was watered down, so asked if we could get new ones. The lady wasn't happy, said we'd have to wait a few minutes so we did. The coffee was still watered down!
Either they always serve it like that at that place, which is incredibly disappointing or they just gave us the same coffees we gave back.

945am 29 August. They have advertised a spicy chciken breakfast sandwich, but they don't serve it? Why are you advertising it then. Girl on the speaker was very short and rude. She couldn't add a sausage to a egg Blt, so we settled for just a begal. Asked for a sausage Mcmuffin with no egg and it had egg. I have an egg sensitivity, which I'm fine with as long as it hasn't come into direct contact with my food. However I now am throwing my sandwich out due to incompetence.

After waiting in the drive thru for half an hour. I get to the speaker and request a number 1 combo with an iced tea (no ice). The response was “what’s a number one? ” So I replied a Big Mac combo. Then I asked for a cheese burger with only ketchup with a large fry and a medium coke (no ice). The reply was “so you want a cheese burger with no mustard, no onions, no pickles, only ketchup? ” So I replied “yes”. When I got to the window, the boy said “big Mac and stuff? ”. I said “yes” paid for my order then he asked if there was no ice in all the drinks. I said “correct”. Then I got my food. Waited for my drinks and when I got them one had ice. He didn’t say anything but just stared. So I checked the bag and saw there were no straws so I asked for straws, he handed them to me and I drove to a parking space where I found my Big Mac in the bag with the sticker that said “no pickles”. It had pickles… awful service.

Just a few days ago I ordered a jr chicken and I found hair in it, I went to manager and told her there’s a hair in it and she said it’s not one of the staffs. It was definitely not mine because my hair is short. So I really don't know what goes on in that kitchen but my Jr. Chicken came with an extra hair that I did not ask for!
Avoid unless you want extra hair toppings in your burgers

What has mcd done to their coffee? I've got 40 plus freebies to use up on the app and with sticker cards. Used to go daily and every time we were out and about, but the coffee flavour in several mcds had changed. Ugh it's nasty tasting stuff nowadays. We've switched to London fog at Timmies instead.

Horrible service, they stated that they will be open till 10 on their front door but told us that they were closing early at 8: 50 after us waiting for 20 MINUTES!

This was the third time this happened this month with them closing 40 minutes before the closing time on a second occasion. You never know what to expect because they always favour drive throughs and make the rest for 10-20 minutes.

I don’t like to put reviews but i am done with nuisance of the late night shift employees I usually come to buy bagel and coffee in the early morning and the employees over here especially a black girl in the window i always find her sleepy she makes my order every day worst and worst

I'm not a huge fan of McDs. But this location does a great job. Burgers are always hot, service fast

Came here for skip pickup. Front is closed at night so have to go from the drive thru and it waste like my half an hour.

Really B. A. D customer service. McDonald's has changed so much, not that restaurant you would go and find smiles and good service anymore (what's your order!) so rude from second 1. Specifically the St Laurent location. Never again going to that place.to start my Saturday with RUDE kids not knowing what to do just act like robots.better invest a little bit of money to train your employees and keep a real MANAGER that keep the Chain in shape.

These employees couldn’t take our order at the machine so we had to move up to the window at 2 in the morning and they still struggled to take our order. Once everything was finally set they made us wait another 15 minutes. Very bad wouldn’t recommend

Rude customer service! The first words spoke to me from outside the restaurant by the employee was a verbal attack at me for not wearing a mask. It seems this business is more interested in managing mask wearing then treating me like a customer and making a sale. I now know not to ever offer my business to this McDonald's again!

Terrible hours of operation most of them open at 5 am. I went to 2 Timies I Whitby they both told me they have 1 donut in stock at 5pm. Very poor management and disorganization is happening at Timies. The head office needs to get replaced first and then to start with the owners.

Very busy drivethru, and signage is poor for getting back out to main road from exit (turning left brings you into roads with no exit). Love the fries but finding the meat on the burgers is getting thinner and thinner.

The McD at 1795 St Laurent blvd, near the Science and Technology museum, has been at this location for decades. There has been many renovations that even included a train caboose that fitted well with the science and technology theme of the museum. It was a great little kids party room in the past and was a land mark. Now there is a more modern safer plastic playroom for the kids and a Mc Cafe. But with covid, the interior part of the restuarant is closed for customers.

This McD and the Burger King are also very conveniently located nearby the Laser Maxx game laser tag room (1800 St Laurent blvd) and is another great venue in the area for a kids party.

The food and service at this McD franchise is consistently good and service is limited to drive thru, uber eats and pick up at the time of writing this review.

Dont bother going to this particular mcdonalds. I ordered 2 different meals for me and my wife. Took forever to come in and not busy at all. They touched each item multiple times once it was in the bag. And got the orders wrong. I asked for no pickles and recieved plain burgers instead. Not the first time its happened. Decided after 7 or 8 visits and the same issue arises to finally write a review.

All in all each experience here makes me want to go to competitors such as burger king just across the street. Never had an issue once there.

First time I've waited 15 minutes in the drive threw at McDonalds for two coffees. Will be a while before I go back to the St Laurent McDonald's. Must say the coffee was excellent when we finally got it
