They gave me a junior chicken patty on a mcChicken bun when I used my points to order a McChicken combo….

Very clean and friendly place.the coffee was refreshing. The place is great for all ages to enjoy a nice meal and a nice coffee break.
The service is very swift.

Is pretty consistent food but the setup of the counter is terrible with all the Uber eats and skip the dishes drivers and is drivers and one till or 2 tills cash registers terrible is terrible service and slow. I got a pretty good deal I cant remember what it was but I saved about $3.50

Today I ordered a spicy Habanero chicken sandwich with two small senior coffees from 710 St. Claire Ave W McDonalds around 9: 50pm. I picked up my order on site, without checking the condition of the spicy Habanero chicken sandwich. After taking a bite of the spicy Habinero chicken sandwich, it tasted bland like the Junior chicken sandwich. However, the label on the box says "Spicy Habanero Chicken Sandwich". So, I took off the top bun from the spicy Habenero chicken sandwich and noticed a huge smear of mayonnaise on the piece of chicken instead of the Habanero sauce. It was disappointing as I spent $5.69 for the spicy Habanero chicken sandwich. Please have your crew members double check their orders before serving to their customers.

Great location, I enjoy eating here late at night and my food is always ready in minutes. The staff are friendly and the store is clean.

Good staff and efficient. They take it seriously to stir the sugar in your coffee which many other outlets do not care about.

Terrible service. Management is either non-existent or lacking severely. Finished orders sit for 5-10 minutes before the front attendant decides to stop playing around and actually do their job.

Really upsetting to leave such a low review.the last few times I have gone here change was miscounted.we are told we would get a sandwich or fries due to not having what we ordered.no sauces provided when they are paid for.yes we could check our bags before leaving but I mean when it's been said 2-3 times of repeating.

I did parking-spot pick up with the app. (But I parked my bike and bike trailer beside a parking spot of course, because who wants to drive a car in Toronto?)

Some dude even came out to ask me if the wait time was okay and if I wanted to switch anything. It was super nice! Very kind and thoughtful.

But no matter what you do, if you don't eat McDonald's fries right away they are grrrross. Not this restaurant's fault though.

I’m not sure why every time I order from this location or the Dufferin and Risa one, I never get my order right. I ordered 2days ago and I’m missing 2 sandwiches and what I got was wrong too. When you call, they’ll say oh sorry about that, just contact Uber eats and you can get a refund. I know that but they gotta do better. Atleast call and let us know what you’re 86 of.

Every time I come here I hand them cash and they start making my Mc flurry. I’ve had to tell them the last four times in a row to change their gloves. I didn’t really want to leave a review but it’s actually a joke at this point

Small parking lot, slow staff who pay no attention to what they're doing. I've had missing items, unsalted fries, wrong size, the list goes on. Pay more attention.

Great place friendly staff a d food was hot and fresh too. Only complaints would be the St Clair streetcar tracks makes it har to enter or exit unless you are on the north side or westbound lane.

I adore this restaurant! They give delicious dishes, their menu is rich, The chef in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh, the service towards the guests is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend it to all.

On Wednesday I went and ordered my egg McMuffin combo for breakfast before I went to work.
I always order it with no meat.
I was driving to work And when I went eat my food halfway to work I realize they gave me an Egg McMuffin with chicken and bacon.
I went back and returned it and was 30 minutes late for work.
Today I went again and ordered an Egg McMuffin with no meat again.
I’m almost at work and realized they gave me an egg McMuffin with no cheese and it has meat on it.
I don’t think these guys can ever get things right.
I hate this McDonald’s if you go there please double triple and quadruple check your order to see if they gave you the right order I don’t know why it’s so hard to get an order done right.
If their problems understanding me behind my mask perhaps they should get some technology where they punch my combo in I could see and read what it says egg McMuffin no meats not no cheese stupid teller.

They are finally opened. I went to use the washroom but it was in really gross shape. They need to have a plumber come to fix it. There was a bit of a flood situation. There was no smell. The new ambiance is great and they have dividers to ensure they are shearing to the COVID guidelines.

Although not all options are available during covid 19, McDonald's has done a decent job of keeping a good selection available and making it feel safe to go inside and order food.

It's good. I've seen it get pretty busy, what with them having to handle a small crowd for takeout orders + Skip drivers, but the employees handle it well and I've never had an issue with my order. Good job guys!

Disappointed to see the filth outside this store. Where is the manager. Not great service either. Way below standards at McDonald's.

This place clearly knows how to please their clients. Constantly with a very nice attitude. The food is fairly priced, constantly tasty and neat.

This place is a nightmare for Uber Eats Drivers. If I could I would stand outside and scare all customers away coz their cold food don’t deserve a penny. The staff is horrible.

Can't complain for dine in service and food, but every time I order with UberEats the order is missing something like sauces for nuggets, or the items are wrong like iced tea instead of coke, double big mac is just a regular big mac and you can tell food is done with less care.

Macdonalds Vincent is a disaster.after waiting an hour got my money back, never ever to return for a big mac.sad day for me.but my heart reckons it's a good thing.

The fries were like warm and the big nac was room temperature and dry. Will not order this again as it was the second time. The first time I thought it was just a fluke but it was the same again.

No self serve kiosks at this location. But staff is very courteous and quick. Also has a decent little parking lot. No drive through but that's ok.

I ordered a Big Mac combo. The condiments in the burger were spilling into the carton and half the burger was bare under the bread. Very "Hurry up and get out" type of vibe as the manager wanted to go so she could sit with her friends. The store wasn't even busy so I'm not sure why my burger was so rushed.

I tried this place in the past with a friend and I am addicted since then. I loved the fantastic atmosphere and tasty dishes and drinks. Great work.

Food was hot and tasty! Had a little bit of trouble finding a clean table to sit at. Staff seem to be socializing/distracted behind the counter, but since I'm not fluent in their language I have no idea. (Speaking in a different language in front of a customer is the same as whispering in front of a customer; which is considered rude) Two cheeseburgers without the buns and two round eggs make for a gluten-free lunch that's safe for celiacs.
