Service was quick, but the dining room was such a mess and there were wasps and flies flying around inside. I asked one of the staff that the tables needed cleaning because I wanted to sit down and eat, and she just started at me confused. They had full staff in the kitchen but couldn't even get 1 person to clean up.

The new McWrap was not all that. The service at this location is terrible and I waited for order.

Coffee, fries, and apple pie, oh my! McDonald's doesn't care to cater to vegans, so they offer very little for me. I only patronize them when non-vegan family and friends choose them.

I usually go there, overall entire employees are good but indian manager name " Geeta " Don't know how to deal with customers even she shout on employees while they are making food. I don't know why McDonald's given her manager position. Her face seems like a barrels of gun as always red with customers and employees. McDonald's must take it serious concern in terms of customers satisfaction.

No structure! People were all over trying to get service. Customer service was not good. Their faces looked like (I do not want to be here) my order was not completed. I had to walk back to get what I paid for originally. For people with online orders, the pickup service providers walked in and entered the space as if they worked at McDonald. How can you manage so many people in that area and have 1 cashier counter? Help me make sense of that! I have never been at a McDonald and waited so long to be served. No one looks ready to help. The ketchup pallets were out, so I'm assuming I need to put the ketchup on a tissue paper. The environment is too small to accommodate so many people at once. Figure out a better way to do it. It's not working. I asked for hot fries and still got them cold because I ordered 3 meals that took forever to prepare. As a team y'all need to regroup and make the service better.

I ordered 6: 30 tonight, large fries and they gave me less than medium and the Sprite was just water and ice so disappointed AGAIN! This is the last time I’m ordering from this place!

Service is slow they seem to be very unorganized or maybe there were not enough staff that day. I don't like to go to that McDonald.

We usually go through the drive through window. They almost always forget a sandwich or something on our order. So often that we actually sit in the drive through while we count the # of burgers + other items in the bag they give us. They've gotten a little bit better over time (maybe management changed?) but it's pretty hit or miss here.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes today. Service was extremely slow. Skip this location if you can.

Poor service they should improve customer service, customers need good service because they pay for service.

Hot and ready fast. They actually use real eggs. I forgot that about McDonald's. Subway and Tim Hortons argue the point that their food is healthy, nutritious, and everything else but their eggs are frozen.like rock-solid frozen. McDonald's, on the other hand, uses freshly cracked eggs to make breakfast sandwiches. I love that about them.

I normally don't eat Mac Donald's I ordered because of habenero but it was nothing like habenero, it was like mayonese was slapped in the burger, the breads weren't fresh, took so long to make it, other customers were served before us, like seriously. It was 230 am drive thru service. We were late for our job. Could have got fired. Does this look anything like chicken habenero.

On my way back to Toronto I desperately needed a coffee so stopped that this McDonald's restaurant just off the 401 in Oshawa. The manager was very nice and attentive, she asked me for my order and punched it in the machine for me.

I am so happy with the service I received with them. I went in to get coffee, fries, and muffin. The person behind the counter was happy to tell me that she will do the muffin and coffee a combo. I never expected it. This is proof that little gestures could make someone’s day good. The service was fast and efficient, as well. Good location.

The customer service is very bad at this location. The managers do not seem to have respect for their own staff. I noticed the managers yell at select staff as well, it is not kind they should learn to respect people even if they are staff. I know I'm probably not the only customer to observe this.

For the 2nd time in the last month or so the drive-through has messed up my order. Today I ordered a double Maple bacon quarter pounder without cheese. Instead I got a single with cheese. (I took a picture which I can't load) They also didn't put a receipt in the bag. Fortunately I do have a payment details on my phone as I used my credit card. Tasty though.

I came to the drive thru two days ago and asked for a strawberry smoothie and a poutine. Instead of the strawberry smoothie they gave me a milkshake and the poutine was barely any fries or gravy in it. And the most disgusting part was that there was an eyelash on my poutine. I can’t be more disappointed and upset. Do better this is disgusting.

The worst McDonald's by far. They'll make you wait 20 minutes without telling you anything and then hand you off unsalted fries. Drive the extra block to go somewhere else.

Wake this is the worst mc Donald ever you have 50% 1 star I order food today and thier missing half of my order and the only that the manager said is sorry they have new people on the line. So what about the food that I paid l just sorry don’t get my food back i it is better to close this mc Donald so I go to further Mac Donald. If there better than here

Took forever to place an order then took eons to actually fill the order
I would've had a Chai frappe but their ice machine didn't work
(FYI I only ended up having a BLACK ICED-COFFEE SMH, disappointed)

The slowest McDonald's i have ever been to. Give yourself about 20 minutes if you want a coffee.

They need more staff, service gets delayed, washrooms always out of order.company should look into improving standards

This place could use some work in my opinion. I feel like the staff who make the drinks have little to no communication with the others. I would see my drink sitting on the cart and my food will be on the counter for like over 5 mins before they call my order sometimes. Their display screen doesn't work properly because it sometimes doesn't show my order or it just disappears, and I would have to ask if my order is completed.

Don't go to this McDonald's one of the worst location I want the last night I was missing my fries my sandwich has so much sauce that it was Dripping and the ice cream machine never working

I stop by almost every day for breakfast. Food is always fresh and restaurant staff is very friendly.

I have yet to ever go to this McDonald's location and get quick service. No matter what time of dat or night they are always so slow with the food. Please, please hire some more staff to meet the high demand of people in the area and using yoyr service. Thank you!

Do not go to this McDonald’s. I had a terrible terrible experience. First order I got a missing milk in my happy meals order, then today, I order happy meal and a cheese burger, only two items! And then they missed a cheese burger. I asked them is everything inside the bag, and they told me yes? Whats wrong with these people?

Saturday morning breakfast rush, orders were behind and incorrect for the people ahead of me. Waited more than 20 minutes. Seemed kinda under staffed. As I left there was a long lime in the drive-thru too. Won't return to this location, was the area at the time. Would rather go to my local one on the way home next time.

Disgusting, I ordered plain burger and I get burger with everything. They don't listen order. That's happened all the time. Newer anymore.

Friendly staff and efficient drive thru. Two egg McMuffins without the muffins, add some slices of tomato and you've got a great gluten-free lunch for a celiac like me.

Not the greatest, but good economic options. Check for coupons online and mention during your order at the Drive Thru.

Horrible. Big Mac was sloppy and not put together right, fries were limpy and not crispy, and cold. I was not happy at all. These people don't care about the food they serve! But it's not just them, it seems chain wide. They have stopped caring about quality and just shove food at you, collect their money and send you off. My first job was at McDonald's and we cared so we endeavoured to do our job right. Now they care only about taking your money. This place is particularly bad. Always bad food. Not going here again and neither should you. Heck I could say the same about the whole chain too! McDonald's has dropped the ball on quality!

They should offer what is on their menu. I order decaf coffee late evening and it's either not warm enough or the stuff says they don't have it! Or they do have but they don't want to make it)

Food is almost always good. Stores are almost always dirty. More people in less crowded place, not safe during Covid19.

This is my first ever review for a McDs. Whoever was working the window drive thru today (Dec 17 @ 5: 10pm) was amazing!
The lady who took the order was incredibly pleasant and so was the girl who gave us the order!

Hamburger cold and tast like rubber fries even worse and under cooked very milk shake was like normal milk price was $15 more than any other locations chance of coming back 0%

App didn't work to order our food and all offers (including the raptors make it rain free fries offer) was offline. Bad app.

This place is heavily crowded on weekends, a lot of the times their self order machines are out of service and their bathrooms are not clean very often as well

None of the employees wear the hair protection, even the kitchen personnel. How is that possible? I think this violates the health code.and the mcflurry machine is broken and they dont tell you, of course we know because we saw the guy mixing the oreos with his own hands.so bad!

I ordered from Uber Eats tonight, received my order rather quickly, but now I know why. There was literally no effort in serving their customers; my McChicken patty was burnt, no caesar salad dressing included for my salad, no ketchup, no straws, nor napkins. Therefore no effort from the night staff whatsoever. The worst McD's service ever.

This McDonald's has fruit flies fliying all over the restaurant and their service is slow I ordered a hot chocolate and I had to wait for it after my order came when I went to receive my hot chocolate I had asked for whipped cream. He put the whipped cream in my hot chocolate and then ran out of it. He then asked one of you fellow workers to get whipped cream from the back the other worker goes to the back restaurant and then doesn't show up. The the guy who's as serving me left my hot chocolate open with no lid and went to the back to get the whipped cream leaving my hot chocolate vulnerable to the fruit flies. Also when I had ordered a big breakfast with double fruit jam they had said that they don't have any double fruit jam so they gave me honey and peanut butter instead. How stupid is that for instance I could have been allergic to tell peanut butter and ate it. If I were you I wouldn't go to this McDonald's in the Flemington park area on Donmills road across from the Ontario science centre

I visited this MD Drive through tonight & it was a horrible experience. There was an Indian guy who lack the capacity to comprehend standard English and then he asked one of his colleagues to take over the order she was also INDIAN and while she understand English better than him she was rude, snobbish & aggressive. This treatment was extremely shocking as I have visited this McDonald on several occasions and have never been meted with such crucial & harsh hostility. Another thing the rude lady told me that it is against McDonald's company policy to serve onions on Junior chicken which was ironic since I got a similar order as the one I ordered tonight 2 days ago which included a junior chicken with onions. Very disappointed by the way I was treated at the Markham & Progress McDonald's location and I think this young lady needs to be retrained before working with customers or she need to take a course in Anger management

Good and fast service. The food is not as heavy or bad quality as other McDonald's locations.

My only concern is that the large order of fries always comes 3/4 full, sometimes 3/5.

This McDonalds in fairview mall foodcourt is ridiculously busy most times of the day. Unfortunately the biggest issue is that there is no logistics behind who is ordering and who is waiting for their orders. It becomes a big jumbled mess and then add in strollers and people on their cell phones bumping into you.but the service overall os wonderful!

Very poor service. Guy did allow to use washroom without buying anything. Bought coffee which was not good at all.

So McDonald's has been such a disappointment for a while with their poor service. I have been to this location recently a few times now and everything I have gone, its been great service, and the food is always good, warm and well put together. It is a bit of a wait but i rather have that extra minute or two for my food if they are going to do a good job with it. I have had horrible experiences in the West end with McDonald's so it's nice that this location actually puts in sone effort with their food

The cashier was rude and was rushing me. I'm witnessing workers handle their phones and drink beverages while handling other people's food. The dining room was a complete mess and inside the actual restaurant line where the workers prepare food. The cashier was so focused on her companion at the counter than customers. Rather than asking me if that is everything she replies "that's it? " while rolling her eyes. Not impressed. I work in a fast food restaurant and I would never think about acting like that to a customer.

Quick efficient service! Family restaurant, the smallest branch franchise chain store in terms of area space that I visited.

They refused to serve a chocolate strawberry shake, the manager was rude about it also, n the dumbest part, I have had them at that location several times before
