The BEST MacDonald I have ever been. So clean that surprised me. I thought I need to leave a comment with a pic here.

This was one of the nicer McDonald's I've been to in Canada, much nicer than the ones in Toronto!

Had to wait almost 10mins for the food, and it wasn't that busy today. To wait that long at a fast food place should be getting a free hamburger or something.

It's a great restaurant fantastic staff who work exceptionally hard. It's a busy place as it's visible from the highway and there aren't many stops between Parry Sound and Sudbury. The staff work hard to be as fast as they can and do very well given that it is the busiest McDonalds I have ever seen in Ontario. Shout out to the excellent staff at Parry Sound Ontario McDonalds. You are awesome.

Simple task. 6 people had all made orders and we all waited together. Meanwhile the drive through was moving cars. Tim Hortons is very similar. Why is the drive through of greater priority? It clearly gets more resources to operate it. That's very visible. If I didn't have to wait sooooo long I might not have noticed and I'd be satisfied.

Menu at the drive thru was hard to read because it was never on the breakfast menu. Which is what I was there for.

The menu consists of all of the McDonald's options and when you get your order, it's McDonald's food.

Service was great - store was very clean and asked for proof if l had both COVID vaccine because l was staying inside to eat. That was great because some places don't even ask which they should.

Always quick and consistent. The only McDonald's that charges for mayonnaise packets though. Edit. Got the wrong order today, called in. The manager was super great and gave me a free sandwich. This is why this is my go to place in town when I need to grab a quick bite to eat. Great job guys!

It's McDonald's so it's not like I am expecting the meal of a lifetime. They are awesome with the breakfast meals and the hash browns after that it leaves a little to be desired. The line ups are terrible at the drive thru and they seem to have a hard to time getting the order right the first time and generally not overly friendly per say. But it's Mc Donald's so it's not like the expectations are very high to begin with.

Absolutely disgusting experience. There was garbage strewn throughout the inside/outside the restaurant. Bathrooms were filthy. Workers were rude and condescending to all the customers inside McD’s. Our order was wrong, food was cold and they blamed us on this. It was so bad we threw the order in garbage and went to Harvey’s. The Harvey’s experience was wonderful with correct order, hot food, friendly service and clean restaurant/bathrooms.
McD’s should be embarrassed!

The food is always what you expect but there is always something missing or not quite right. We asked for more salt they gave us pepper.

The drive through doesn’t move, how long does it take to get someone’s order, make the food, and give it to them

Worst made big mac ever.the patty was folded in half, pickles weren’t even in the burger, half cheese.worst big mac i’ve ever seen and will probably be.ever.

Perhaps it was because they were busy, but service was really slow. Skipped the drive thru as the line was 20 cars long. Had to follow up on my order as it took a long time with people coming after me already being served. And then when I asked them for serviettes they told me they was in the bag. Got to my car, they were not there. Still we got the food we ordered. No food poisoning also, a plus.

One of the worst mcdicks I have visited, been twice now as a between travel stop to camp, each time they get my order wrong or half my order isn't given to me. My receipt isn't given to me, pay almost $40 for a quick meal for my family, and don't even get half of it. Ridiculous.

Asked for Ketchup, the lady had a ketchup in her hand and the other one said to me, “There’s no more ketchup left. ” Like,
This is a McDonalds. Come on. However one lady was very nice to my grandparents

Waited in line for a very long time to use a dirty washroom and find out they didn't have ANY salads available. Total waste of time. Oh, and an employee lit and smoke a cigarette right outside the entrance door.

Always a line up. Not that fast for a fast food joint. Drive thru is probably quicker than walking in. Food order was accurate.

Excellent service. I am unsure if this is a private McDonalds or corporate owned.the employees should make at least 20$ per hour for the value they add to pop potatos and beef

This is McDonalds. Walk in, order food, eat said food, have regrets later lol. This McDonalds we visited twice and it was totally fine. Exactly what you would expect.

Food tasted good, however the staff were too busy socializing and goofing off to focus on their work or even say hello

Got a quarter pounder, 2 chips of onion and 1 pickle and hardly any ketchup or mustard made for a dry burger.

Went through drive-thru at McDonald’s in Parry Sound this morning for some breakfast, line-up was very long, at least 10 vehicles but only took about 5 minutes to go through, very fast service considering how busy it was, food was hot and delicious, 5 stars)

I was at this location and used drive through service. The person took my order very patiently. Payment was smooth sailing too. Foods were fresh and perfect to the order. Plenty of outside parking available.

It's okay, so far the food and service here has been sub par. Definitely not the best McDonald's around.

Was driving with u haul and couldn’t take drive thru so I called and a guy came out to take my order and then he came again to make some changes to my order and when I tried to give the tip.they Didn’t even take that too.really very helpful

Tucked-away mid-size McDonald's along a neverending highway. There was plenty of parking, including parking for RVs. Employees inside were directing customers on using the bathrooms and keeping proper social distancing, which was appreciate. Bathrooms were very clean and organized. I do wish there was an employee keeping better track of the bathroom going ins/outs so that customers didn't have to awkwardly knock to see if one side or the other was occupied, but I understand they may not have been able to spare anyone. Standard McDonald's quality breakfast and coffee.

I know there is a pandemic and they raised prices on menu. But when it takes 20 minutes to get a mcchicken and it still comes wrong then they should get new staff.

Went here twice as I was staying at a nearby hotel. Big Mac had clearly been in the bin way too long and I just wanted to get out. Breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent.

Any purchase through McDonald's app for curbside pickup is the simplest, while living around covid-19.

Great service, quick and accurate! My only recommendation is that more Mac sauce doesn’t mean more flavour it only means more mess and waste. My double Big Mac was soaked I had to take the middle peice of bread out of my burger cause it had already made the decision to leave on its own. Anyways I don’t want this to be negative, just measure the sauce please. Thanks! Great job otherwise. Oh one more thing thanks for the napkins. Where we come from you have to ask for them and you still don’t get any.

Now these people take your covid sanitation issues to a new level! They are fantastic with distancing etc. BTW, breakfast was perfect!

Covid rules in place. Washrooms ok. Soap needed refilling. Garbage around the property wasn't too welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful. Good place for a pit stop, quick snack!

Karen at Parry Sound McDonald’s is warm, friendly and welcoming. Such a nice lady. Going above and beyond while being underpaid and on her feet all day. Thanks Karen, you made our stop enjoyable and safe during all this covid madness!? ️

Being able to order though the app and having the food delivered while you’re in the comfort of your car really makes the whole experience safe and easy.

Good service and nice staff. Did a good job at keeping up with the pace with hunger of people in the drive thru line

It's a quick stop off the highway. Drive thru can handle our quad trailer, its a tandem. So it's the perfect stop for us.

The app didn't register my order with the location. Garbage was overflowing onto the sidewalks from the cans in the parking lot. Food was okay, i wish they had added more veggies in my burgers as it tasted like bread and patty. Otherwise good experience.
