Store very dirty, little to no clean tables and food scraps everywhere on the floor. That's a real shame.

Mcds gets busy we know that, but the employee (white lady in early 20s) said "Jesus fkn christ" as she handed me my order.

Every time I come to this shop, I have to wait for half an hour, which I am used to. However, the service staff I met before are very friendly. Today, I met a girl I have never met before, and looked like I owe her money.

I asked for the cup of medium coffee and I received the cold coffee and I asked the girl to give me a fresh, hot coffee but guess what she was very rude and unprofessional she didn’t give me a coffee and returned my money and said no coffee for you! I was so disappointed and angry and I made a official complain to McDonald’s website I would never go back there and I hope McDonald’s head office take care of this mess and I think all of the people having a issue with this place should file the complain

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever encountered. I had full hairball on my cheese in the breakfast sandwich.plus the lady who was working took her sweet time to acknowledge my presence.once she did, she said she is bussy and by herself. I couldn't understand what she meant with being bussy? Its not like she had a line up of people. I was the only one in that place.she was bussy ORGANIZING her buns! Horrible service. Very dirty place.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 ice coffees and the 4 staff was just chatting and laughing the entire time. After waiting 15 minutes, my wife went up to complain and they said they called us many times but we were standing right in front of them. Take some accountability and owe up to your mistakes.

Tables are dirty, hash browns are cold, half of the fountain drinks are out of order, ordered extra large coffee and got large instead

Terrible service. I went to this location today Sunday Jan. 30,2022 @2: 30pm. Waited over 10 mins for my order because my nuggets weren’t ready… it wasn’t even busy… and there were 3 staff! They were just sitting there chatting and didn’t let me know how long it would take. On top of that, the self serve drinks were all not available! They were out of everything except sprite and fruitopia… so I got sprite and it tasted flat… is it really out or are the workers just lazy to refill it? ! In addition there was also NO ICE! Absolutely ridiculous!

Just came here and got a mcdouble combo and it was really good.everything was fresh. Thank you.

Only used it once and that may be the only time I do. Service was OK and food OK but general cleanliness of restaurant was not. Line ups were generally long and slow. Located in the Walmart Supercentre Aurora.

Disgustingly dirty place. We’re new in neighbourhood and the location is so convenient for us but the few times we’ve been here so far has been gross. The tables are never cleaned. They have food and dried up sauce/dirt on the tables. We asked for additional lined trays so we don’t have to eat off the dirty tables and found the trays to be digustingly dirty too with dried up ketchup and grease. Yuck. It wasn’t even that the young staff was busy. They were playing a cup game on the counter and chatting. Will not go there anymore.

My mother and I ordered the strawberry banana protein smoothie after doing our shopping. We sat at the store. Halfway through my smoothie a staple came up through the straw and wedged between my teeth. I was very scared as I could have swallowed it. Then the same thing happened to my mother.

We reported it to one of the staff. Rather than apologiise she said none of their stuff has staples attached. She returned our money. I told her to ensure this does not happen to anyone else and to double check their products. Wondering if anyone else experienced this.
