The girl at the window practically threw the bag in my car, my extra large fries were unsalted and only half full. Terrible service at this location.

Honestly this place needs to fire and rehire a new team you have young people working for you in the drive thur that are very rude and they make people reach out of there car and into the window to grab their stuff. It something different everyday with this location

One of the Worst McDonalds restaurant ever been to. Food quality pathetic: I ordered for an Egg Muffin Combo (No Meat) with a Has-brown and Medium Coffee (Trpl-Trpl), hurriedly I left the restaurant because I was on my to work. On my way I took a sip of my coffee and that was a disaster: the coffee tasted so bad & stale + the hash brown was cold and soggy and above all the MANAGER who took my order tricked me for some cents on my sandwich. Trust me that was the worst breakfast I ever had at a Mcdonald’s restaurant.

Busy day today for the staffs, waited close to 30min for my order. When my order was ready, nobody had the time to call out the pickup number, I actually had to ask a staff member to hand me my food which was sitting there getting cold.who likes they're fries cold!? Plus the cup they gave me for my drink was dirty on the inside, so I had to toss that out. After 30min of waiting around, I did not want to spend any more time in there disputing the service. Busy or not, a company this size should have better standards for service and cleanliness.

Employee of this McDonald's is fast but they whenever i ordered online coffee with Splenda they always give me coffee without Splenda, And it happens everyday with me from last 5 day when i complained about this issue they said its not our fault its machine fault its not working properly i just want to know that is this my mistake? That i ordered coffee in your store? And your employee told me you should ask for extra Splenda sachet when you order coffee please it's request to you (manger of this store) plz fix it, bcz people who ordered coffee from drive thru how they feel when they get know that coffee don't have sugar or Splenda in it.

We moved to the neighbourhood a couple of months ago. I have not been a big McDonalds customer since high school really, not my go-to for burgers and fries for sure. But their coffee is on point, and the price is essentially unbeatable.
With working from home, the Gerrard and Vic Park location has become my goto for morning Joe. An XL black is 24 ounces, like making a pot at home and costs $2 and usually lasts a couple of days.
I always order on the mobile app, which essentially doubles the freebies - the buy 7, get the eighth free stickers are replicated electronically on the app which means you basically buy 7 get two free. And with the app you can get a free medium lattè as a reward even if the seven you bought were black coffees so I treat my wife to her lattè on the weekends after buying my coffees all week and still collecting the stickers for yet more free coffees.
The effort and activity in this location are clearly focused on keeping a lean mean drive thru well-oiled, and front counter customers can be forgiven for feeling like a sideshow. I have had a few hiccoughs but the staff have always been polite and helpful and I always get my Joe. Four stars because it is still McDonalds, but it works and the deals are unbeatable.

Ordered a Double double and a Smoothie. Smoothie was fine but they added no cream or sugar in the coffee.

Went during peak hours, absolute chaos. You wait for food with about 20 online food workers, took a while to get my meal which was fine but the wait was chaotic

Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald's to me so on occasion when we eat McDonald's we use this one. Every time we go it's never smooth. They are highly disorganized processing orders from various apps and drive thru. It's typical to wait 20 minutes for your order and even more often your order is sitting waiting and getting cold and you need to show them its sitting and really insist o getting it handed over.
Staff are working hard and are always super courteous this is not a staffing issue but very much a organization and steps process issue.

How does this even happen? Not the first time from this location.
I'm not even sure what burger this is.the box is blank.

Picked up two big Macs and fries. I was so disappointed. The big Macs were cold and so was the fries.

There is always a line in the drive thru when I go, sometimes the line is quick and sometimes it is extremely slow. But besides the speed of the drive thru, it is just like any other MCD.

This isn't food.this is factory programming for a world of health problems.you can do better.how about trying anything else.ya.anything

This McDonald’s has completely no regard for people’s safety. I am a type 1 diabetic and I ordered a sugar free vanilla ice coffee. I ALWAYS triple check and ask them if it’s sugar free because mistakes happen. They assured me it was and i didn’t question it. An hour later my blood sugar is high and I am throwing up. I called and the manager said they would call back to check on me and come up with a solution with the GM. No call. This is a safety issue and they handled it dangerously. They are lucky I was able to manage it myself and didn’t have to head to the ER.

Not many places were open so I ended up going out for a longer trip but I decided to get a burger and so I sat down outside and enjoyed it thanks.

Burger was good, they forgot to charge for one item that was requested for a medium sized order but she also might not have heard due to the masks but that's why I gave it the 4 stars. Other then that I recommend

Omg the people working there are so amazing. Especially drive through. They remember my order every morning. They make my day. Beautiful

Terrible customer service and not that good. I came to this branch just to ask a basic question and I had to argue my way just to inquire about after hours delivery and Macdonald app online orders policy.

I had hard time asking the night shift worker in that branch to get the correct information as she was too busy to answer my question and ignored me first until a customer stepped in to answer me only with the wrong information and she corrected him and finally answered my question.

I understand that it can get quite busy at that branch but for basic and simple question that should only take few seconds to answer, it shouldn't be a hastle but rather straight forward!

Thank you Macdonald but certainly you can do better!

Great and very fast customer service. They keep the place clean and follow all the guide lines due to Covid to keep the customers safe. I'm very Happy with the services provided at this location during the pandemic.

Busy place. Very efficient workers. Food quality isn't always consistent tho. Sometimes i get soggy fries or dry burger patties

I hate to leave bad reviews for any businesses, however this happened 3 times already, missing sauce and cold fries are a norm at this joint. Kindly ask management to step it up, would be much appreciated.

I've never been inside this restaurant. I use it strictly for the drive-thru to get a coffee. Coronavirus pandemic keeps me inside my car and away from others. Except the girls that take my money and give me my coffee of course. I like McDonald's coffee. Especially the latte. I'm not crazy about the drive-through setup here. It looks like it was an afterthought. McDonald's is located in a plaza on the corner of Victoria park and Girard. It's a busy area. But I know this neighborhood. Shoppers world is just up the street on the Danforth.

Kyanna provides world class service and can handle any given situation calmly, collectively, and professionally. I think her positivity should result in a promotion in Head Office Position. She has a skill that doesn’t come often, please recognize her for her hard work.

Meanwhile the young South Asian lady who does orders in the drive thru lacks common sense. Maybe with due respect she doesn’t understand English properly, or having a very bad day. I requested something and followed up with her with the nicest way. Yet she failed to deliver. I’m like hey could you do me a favour and (Make Sure) she’s like yup 100 times. And once I went to the next window to pick up my order, I knew it was wrong! But lovely Kyanna corrected it.

The conclusion,

We have great people that will succeed far in life and we have people that just don’t care! I truly believe that You get what you give.

The food is always fresh and delightful, staff members hands over good customer service. I really like how clean it is and atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

Long drive thru line and when I did get my order the fries were semi warm not hot fresh or salted. And they are still using the coast to coast monopoly cups confusing other customers.

The staff was being rude with me so I took the issue to the store manager and the store manager was like this is the way we are and u can do whatever u wanna do. I hope the owner or the GM of the store will take some kinda action towards improving the service at this store

MacD's exactly as you remember it, with an expanded menu offering. Cheap and cheerful smoothies, who knew?

The food is always fresh and flavorful, employees provides good service. I liked the cleanliness and atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

Took 20 minutes to get one order of a junior chicken meal. Very understaffed and not the best of customer service

Food’s usually cold, have had items missing from orders, gotten food poisoning from here and to top it off last time I was there I saw a cockroach walking across the floor. Won’t be going back.

McDonald's at Victoria Park and Gerrard St was a little disappointing in that the
Mighty Angus Burger Combo with fries and a drink was excellent but the floors were dirty and the customers that night left their garbage on the tables. During the week however this location is spotless must be a Saturday night thing! McDonald's has delicious mocha lattes though and they alone are worth a visit. Try them!

Had a awesome experience in this spot with my girlfriend. The food came quickly and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are affordable.

Did not get all my food (2 breakfast sandwiches) and my kids pancakes did not come with syrups. Bad experience

The WORST McDonald’s ever. There’s about 15 people “working” behind the counter mostly socializing with each other - they focus on the drive thru more - guess it takes about 15 people to make a sandwich? There is Never anyone to take your order everyone just walks right by you while you’re standing at the cashier. Disgusting. Filthy. VERY POOR customer service.

This place knows how to please their clients. Regularly with a kind mindset. The food is fairly priced, regularly flavorful and neat.

Terrible. Ordered cheeseburger no onions but asked for tomato etc. In store check showed
plain cheeseburger nothing on it.second time, in car check showed regular hamburger no cheese but wrapper showed cheeseburger no onions. Back I went again and got manager who straightened it out.
Finally got cheeseburger as requested and toonie back.

The best south Asian sweets and Bangladeshi/Indian food. Price is completely high but quality is really great.

I got food poisoning from this location and was so sick I wanted to die. It also took 20 minutes to get my food from the drive thru. From reading some of the other reviews I’m not surprised

The associate accidentally deleted my order number so she had to call me with all the details of the order. I could see at some McD locations that their associates are happy and enthusiastic at their work, but this location was definitely not. Simple greetings, excuses, and apologies could have made my experience there a lot better than what I had.

Drive thru after 11pm is a mess. Often homeless people laying in the seating area coughing heavy and employees walk by and ignore them. The daytime staff are friendly

It took them over 10 minutes just to make a black ice coffee. When I get it l, I find out it’s still sweetened. After I quickly get a remake, they tell me black doesn’t mean unsweetened. Train your staff please.

Got yelled at from my car by the person who took my order in the store as she said I did not say what I ordered after looking in my bag they gave me a carrot muffin with one egg Mcmuffin. When i asked where was the second on as i ordered for the 2 for 5 deal for the breakfast egg Mcmuffin at the window the lady who took my order basically made it as I was not truthful and that I just wanted a free breakfast sandwich. I even gave the carrot muffin back but they refused it. After waiting for a few minutes at the window they gave me my correct order but still yelling at customers when you made the mistake is horrible. I understand it gets busy but if you made a mistake don't blame it on the customer!

There's a drive thru attendant who refuses to give me the correct number of dipping sauce i request. He told me I was taking money out of his pocket by giving me the sauce. Here's the thing about fast food, the quality of food matches the intelligence of the employees. Most are children, whose parents subsidize these companies, then poor dumb people who can't function in society. This guy was one of them.

Almost 20 minutes to get half the order. They did issue a refund but really how hard is it to let us know we're never getting those Mcflurries. They were severely understaffed today and the young people working were not slacking. Management needs to ensure proper staffing levels.so they can avoid this garbage.

Well, it is a McDonald's, nothing much to add here except that they out of fries when we were there, so it took around 20 minutes for us to get our order.

This location is better for sitting down than drive thru. There's lots of seating inside and the service seems to be faster. The drive thru can take awhile to get your order. Staff are typically very nice and kind.
