Great location, but rude drive-through staff. I got yelled at for my order not going through the app. I used to work at mcdonalds when I was younger and no way I would disrespect customers.

Busy location, but the staff do an amazing job to keep things moving. Efficient and courteous. Food always came out hot and fresh. If you're looking to grab coffee, it's much better than the Tim's next door, unless you have a thing for flavourless brown-water. Definitely a good place to stop if you're heading up north on the 400.
I came to get a burger the other day and the young man with the red hair at the drive thru was extremely kind and understanding. He helped me take my order and he was very helpful and cordial.
Great location but staff are incredibly rude especially the black manager she was very aggressive with her tone and gave me complete attitude that’s no way to be speaking to a paying customer, Staff should be properly trained for customer service! And don’t get me started on the food the mcchicken was incredibly cold and the burger bun was stale they gave me the wrong drink twice and I’m diabetic. I understand that the staff are trying to get you in and out in a timely matter but at least make sure the food is hot and fresh and the order is correct it’s not rocket science now.
My meal was stale and 'protein' in my ice coffee. Lid was on and the straw was not inserted - drink was NOT left unattended. Literally saw this a few mins after receiving.
Ordered egg mcmuffin meal at the drive thru at 7am. Restaurant was not busy (only one person ahead of me). Received cold hashbrown and English muffin was incredibly stale and difficult to chew. They clearly served me product that had been sitting for quite some time. This is unpleasant at the worst of times but at 7am during prime breakfast hours, this is completely unacceptable
Ordered online, selected bring to car option. Ended up waiting 15 minutes and I ended up having to go inside for my order. Would have waited longer if I didn't. Needless to say. The service was terrible.
So many things went wrong. 1. Valid coupon wasn't scanning 2. Took forever to get food 3. Rude customer service 4. Ordered tea with 1 cream, 1 sugar, but they forgot the sugar
This is the worst McDonald’s ever! We ordered McChicken and the chicken was a junior chicken patty and not a McChicken patty! What a waste of $12. Could have gotten a junior chicken for $2. Might I add that this wasn’t the first time? NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Get yourself together McDonald’s.
This one star is based solely off the attitude And unprofessionalism of the drive-through attendant I met today. I go to this McDonald's often with (or for) my husband, but today I was completely turned off. Although it's the closest location to his work, so he likes me to go there for him, I honestly don't even understand why some people there even work with people but aren't personable. If you have personal issues, as we all do in life, try not to project them onto your customers if that's what you have to do is work with people all day.
I pull up to the window to pay, and I literally sat there for 2 minutes, which is a long time when you're waiting, looking at the girl through my window not even ask me to wait a moment while she does whatever she's doing, just literally sitting there. Rude!
The way they manage their drive thru is impressive. At least 10 vehicles each time I've gone. They may not always nail the order but overall happy with their service.
The manager 【so bad so rude】 I love McDonald’s foods, they fast and tasty. Always bring me a nice costumer experience, except this location. I ordered Happy Meal, the staff ask me which toy? I preferred, I told her yellow one. Then manager was coming said no “get whatever we have” to her staff and yelling me? I got so so so super confused ️ Please be nice to your customers, thank you!
This location is disgusting. I placed an order through uber eats. For some reason I waited 1 hour for a pick up to occur. My order was made and left sitting in the store for a whole hour. I requested a fresh order be made (cold Mcdonalds is disgusting and the items are at risk of covid contamination) and the person who i spoke to refused. No regard for food safety at all. Horroble customer service. Yuck!
I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. I placed an order at drive through window. The guy who was taking the order misbehaved with me. I clearly mentioned my order that I want a chicken meal and he was just laughing continuously and said that you need a triple triple coffee and said other stuff as well which was very informal and disrespectful. Then I drove to the window and asked him to call the manager, she was also silent and didn’t respond much for his behaviour. Moreover she was taking his side and did not say any single word to that guy.
Expect long lines and long wait times. I waited in the drive through for more than 30 mins. I would have left if only I could. Not only after that ridiculous wait, did they get my order wrong, but they forgot to even give me ketchup smh.
Pretty slow service for a MacDonald's. I think they pretty much focus on the drive through and let the inside customers wait around. Food quality was consistent with MacDonald's and was just fine.
The worst McDonald's location ever! I specifically ordered a vegetarian wrap and they put bacon in it. I understand mistakes happen but the attitude of the staff members was not right either. Never going there again.
I'm in love of this location there customer service is pass beyond Excellence. Even though they are busy they always fine a way to answer customers demand. Kudos to them
Last time I was here their ice cream machine was broken. Not a big deal, the problem is that had a big sign advertising $1 cones, and by the time I got to the drive through speaker (After waiting in line) there they had a sign saying it was down. At the speaker lol. The only thing I went for was ice cream so having to wait for a drive through line for nothing was annoying.
Then tonight I was really annoyed. I ordered 2 cones and a coke and was told I needed to drive ahead to wait for my order. I was surprised and said “really, I need to pull ahead for two cones and a coke? ” When the guy came out I was told they were having a competition tonight with other stores to see who could have the most people pass through their drive through. He said they were sending everyone to the pull ahead parking spots and that the competition ended at 10pm. It was a complete waste of my time so they could try and win a drive through competition with others stores. I have lost a lot of respect for this location.
Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one took our order, left without buying food after 20ish minutes and went inside to complain and they said sorry, 0/10 would not wait in this drive thru again
They don’t know the diffrrnce between water and coca cola First they give me water unstead of coca cola via drive thru. I tell them to replace.then they again give me water.
Busy location but when they initially weren't able to give me the espresso shot I ordered in my iced coffee the manager gave me two filled-out coffee cards. Machine ended up working again and I got to keep the free coffees. By McDonald's standards, they really went above and beyond.
The first big Mac was done with no gloves the second was done with gloves but Al's touching his hair and forgot the pickles removed as per order finnaly the third was done properly but the fries were cold definitely not going to this location again. BIG NO NO
Weird to be served behind 4-5 customers who ordered after me. Also hate these touch screens. I’m not interested in touching dirty screens before I eat. Dissatisfied. Reminds me why I don’t eat McDonald’s
Standard food. Quite roomy and a very busy restaurant A lot of take out, drive through. The traffic getting out to Steele’s is very busy in the morning. I found a booth seat with power outlets. Didn’t have time to use my computer though.
The seat is a bit low and the table is a bit high. Will be quite uncomfortable working on computer anyway.
I think this shop allows coffee refills (no indication of no refill or only refill once) and I saw a customer asking for refill.
Drive through, at midnight, literally took 20+ minutes (not an exaggeration - it was literally over 20 minutes in line, with people honking and much frustration). The chicken jalapeno burger prominently advertised on the menu turned out not to be available. Won't return to this location.
Poor staff and slow service. Chose to use the drive thru. I asked a question before ordering. The customer service rep did not hear me. I repeated my question 3 times then he replied rudely. I ordered fries and went to the window to pay. He did not even greet me he just said. Park in number one and took my money to pay for fries. I then asked why, he just replied two minutes their putting it in. I parked and waited. NO ONE came out. I was angry and went back in to get a refund. When I went in there was a full pan of fries i waited and I saw no one preparing the order. Then I asked for my money back and the same rude employee was speaking rudely to the manager "just give her the change guy" kissing his teeth as if he was mentally exhausted when speaking to her. She did not ask me why I no longer wanted the fries. She gave me the change and turned away. I continued hearing the same employee wine about other things giving attitude to everyone. Very poor service. I am very very disappointed. I have never had such bad service at McDonalds and I will not return!
