Fries weren't the freshest, Bg Mac was good though. My son had nuggets which tasted great. Trying to get staffs attention was a little hard as they weren't really paying attention to our side of the counter as they were deep in their own conversations.

Staff was rude and messed up our orders. They have a bad customer service and poor organization skills

The first visit we had there was a day after we moved to Sudbury, the staff gave my little one an ice cream cone to enjoy after out dinner which made me happy Only complaint I have is that twice they have been out of Diet Coke, I was offered alternatives but seriously, I only drink Diet Coke, food was good though

Was just ok. Server taking our order was lovely. The place was kinda messy.some of our order was missing and had to go ask for it, and my wrap was thrown in the bag all loose.more like a salad.

Ive been to this MacDonald’s many times over the years and almost every time without fail there is something missing from my order. Not impressed

Yep the overall 3.1 star rating is about accurate maybe should be less currently sitting here waiting and the number two spot for two freaking cheeseburgers. And I asked why I was waiting in a spot for two cheeseburgers and the only answer I got was were busy so. Well maybe you should get the guy that's pressure washing the fence out back to come inside and help boneheads!

Prices are so ridiculous, an ordinary family can not afford to eat here anymore never mind seniors. You should be ashamed as well as all burger joints and Walmart etc.

It's a McDonald's. Nothing fancy. Nothing fancy, not bad, it's what you expect from a McDonald's.

Drive thru (2nd window) threw my ice coffee at my brand new charger, then said he can't do anything to make it right,

Worst service in drive through at night time by the crew members at this McDonald. So rude and loooonnng waiting

I have literally been sitting at this microphone to order for 15 minutes in absolute silence. Is anyone working?

*update- had to call the store 3 times to beg them to take my order. I sat there for a total of 25 minutes. They started to be rude so I left and went home without any food.

Long waits at drive thru & parked pick up, even when I order ahead of time on app. Cold fries. Not a one off, on multiple occasions. I can't go here anymore too many consecutive bad experiences. Plus espresso machine down frequently (sucks after waiting a long time in line.)

Great place to get food. Line ups can get congested during certain times of day. (To be expected due to rush hours)

This is a super super slow Mcdonal ever. They keep let their customer waiting although it is not busy at all. Employees just hang around and do nothing but talking and laughing.

It's been awhile since my last visit due to the Covid19 restrictions, so it is worth noting that the restaurant is accommodating online ordering, delivery options, a busy drive through, walk in traffic and limited in person seating customers. A very busy atmosphere. Not by any means business as usual.

Worst mcdonalds ever. Literally cold food every single time I visit. It's an embarrassment to mcdonald franchises everywhere.

The employee told me they were only allowed to take 2 drive thru orders at once because they are trying to keep wait times down and don’t want people waiting to long…lol

I don’t understand.all the Macdonalds i have been to have everything i want.i tryed ordering a Milkshake.and they said that theres nothing.its summer how? I also went for the second time and waited a long tome just to get my food.and they gave food to the ppl that had come after me like wth

They never have my order correct, I’m always missing something, regardless of if it’s a straw or a menu item. When I get my bag I like to look make sure everything is correct. The people at the window argue me after I even prove I have stuff missing & when I call to speak to the manager. They simply tell me they will speak to the staff & nothing is being dealt with, this McDonald’s is absolutely disgusting & unorganized, and their a fraud to save any dollar they can. Mind you, they refuse to hire WHITE PEOPLE! Pure discrimination & I refuse to be served with such horrid service. I’d rather drive across town if I need a sloppy meal.

Terrible service, the women who took our order in the drive through sounded annoyed that she was taking our order. My daughter was missing the chicken nuggets from her chicken nugget happy meal, my husband got a fry instead of a poutine, and I ordered a big Mac meal and got 2 patties with cheese in the middle and ketchup, mustard and 1 pickle on the top. No big Mac sauce, no onions. NEVER AGAIN.

Two men working drive through were rude, took my order down wrong and proceeded to blame me at the window. One was unimpressed that I didn't want dirt on my drinks as well. Id rather drive to the Kingsway location.

More often than not I have to pull over and wait for food at the drive thru. What happened to having the food ready quickly?

This is the only restaurant location where the customers need to wait longer time to get their food. Always bad experiences from here.

This McDonalds is a joke! All I asked for was a cheeseburger made like a Mac and this is what I got. After going into the restaurant, I said my sandwich was wrong and they made it again. Second one was again made wrong. So a third time they gave me my sandwich and FINALLY it was made right. Next time I’m up there I WILL not be going there.

I was in the other day, and it was extremely dirty, the soap dispenser in the men's washroom was missing, and I was there 20 minutes and never recieved my order, so I got what I paid and left. Worst McDonalds in North America, would NOT recommend.

Pure trash. No line up or customers this morning. They still got my sandwich wrong. Ordering a bacon and egg McMuffin was too much. The manager Randy was condescending when I went to return it. Look bro next time just be on the ball. You guys lost a customer for life, not that you give a S.

Inexcusably slow! Waited 20 minutes for 3 egg McMuffins at 10: 00 am on a Saturday. Avoid this location!

A little disappointed with this location. I asked the staff for 2 sausage and egg on a leaf wrap. What I got was 2 sausages with egg on a hot cake platter. I realized after I drove out of the drive thru. However, the staff was quick at taking and preparing my order.

12 min for a coffee while the staff just either stood there and chatted with each other or paid more attention to the drive thru than customers actually waiting in the store. After 12 min I finally asked for my coffee and they seemed almost upset I was bothering them. I stopped here at least 4 times a week for my coffee and I have not been back since nor will I ever go back.

This McDonald's is way better then the rest in Sudbury. Staff seems happy at times and if they mess up (no one is perfect so it does happen) they are nice and will fix it

Really poor service. I ordered 4 junior chicken and 2 of them with habanero sauce. They dont even label and its hard to find which one is the right thing. Really disgusting. Don't ever go to this store.

They are cheating their drive thru timer by having cars pull over and park.cant believe they embrace failure.perhaps they should close one order booth so that they can concentrate on the orders at hand being put out within the set amount of time.

Cant manage to put a straw in the bag, like u give me a drink with a straw hole and it never crosses any of these workers minds that maybe a straw should go in the bag. I hope who ever forgot chokes on a straw tonight.

Place ok but double row lineup caused charging me for another's item. At pickup noted wrong order had to do credit and redo order. Blocked line. Staff did their best. Be careful.

Food here is gross cold argued about whether I got my whole order. Said I received a burger when I clearly did not as I had them review their footage. I will never eat here again and will tell all how rude these staff were.

I don't like being pulled off to the side so it looks good on the timer for them just get me my food through the window like it should be

Received incorrect coffee at 9: 00 am; but did not realize until I arrived at work. I called from work and spoke with a young woman who self-identified as the Manager on-duty. Rather than offer an apology and remedy the problem, she seemed to think that lecturing me, the customer, was the thing to do. I hung up on her. Five hours later, I returned to the drive thru to return cold, incorrect coffee for the correct, hot coffee, only to discover the same young woman that I had spoken to over the phone, was at the payment (1st) window; she began to lecture me again. I placed the cold coffee on the window ledge, and put my window up. I drove to the 2nd/pick-up window - the young woman actually ran over and handed me back the cold coffee, which I once again placed on the window ledge. She refused to give me a replacement coffee because I would not listen to her lecture. I left with neither a cold or hot coffee. This actually happened!

Most times we have missing stuff that was ordered got to the point that before we leave the property we check out our orders and the fries are cold

Slowest McDonald's on the planet. It would literally be faster to go to the grocery store and buy everything and cook it than wait in that drive thru. You may run out of gas waiting. Don't waste your time.

They can't make a burger right and for some strange reason the city of Sudbury allows them to have 0 garbage cans or recycling cans outside for people that eat in their vehicle

It's so bad for your body that it's crazy really watch were you eat nowdays don't get me wrong the subway chain says that the menu they have is better for you I seen a lab test the food and it's actually made with so meny filers that you have a hard time believing that they are aloud to give that to people and the lies that they are telling people byere beware

Ordered in drive thru.had to pull over to wait for my simple bacon 'n egg mcmuffin, nothing special.waited 15 minutes.watched everyone else get their order.still nothing.went to the drive-thru window to ask about my order.response. I will get it for you right away. 8 minutes later and 4 more people around me getting served. I just left.won t be returning.

Horrible customer service. Ordered two 20 piece chicken nuggets and received a 20 piece and 6 piece. So I called to politely ask for my order to be corrected, then rudely got told I was given two 20 pieces and they know because they packed it the self and proceeded to say it was not their problem. Do not recommend this McDonald’s. Extremely poor customer service and people skills.
