On Nov 25,2023 I ordered pancakes but they were still frozen lol. I brought it back and the front line manager serving at the front puts her hand on it to confirm and tells the person at the back the heat the same pancake omg. I pointed out her mistake and had new pancakes heated. The person prepping the food also put his hand on it to confirm its warm but that's his job.
Did like the quick fix and it only took about a minute.
McDonald's need to pay some attention to its decor as it's stores are becoming so boring and dull. Come on guys use some innovation to make your place a bit more lively and energetic.

I hate to give bad reviews, but I also hate waiting in line, spending my hard earned money on garbage food that is stale and dried to a crisp. This is the second time I've ordered 2x fillet'o'fish and had to bite into disgusting cardboard-like stale meat and fries. The last time I went back for a refund because I distinctly asked for freshly prepared fish. The second time, I just assumed they had some dignity, so I just blame myself for that one. The same girl served me something off the floor apparently (who recognized me and gives me attitude because of the previous time btw).
Management needs to take notice, God bless people working late shifts in the fast food industry. I'm sure they are good people. But we are not undistinguishing animals that are eager to pay and happily consume your waste material. You need to take responsibility for your flawed process and regulations regarding how orders are prepared and inspected before being served to unsuspecting customers.
Dine-in area says that it's opened until 10pm. Arrived there are 9pm - the door was open but they wouldn't serve us. Either they were lying and didn't want to serve us or they need to update their posted hours. Waste of my time.
Loved the food and the experience. It was a rainy day but the service was perfect. Everything was served really fast and taste was good too. Customer service was also good. Staff was Friendly!
Cold hash browns, and stale Mc muffins that have been sitting out for who knows how long. Worst we’ve had in a long time, maybe ever. Oh and service was not friendly to top it off.
Location is good and convenient. Right off the highway, however service can be improved. I waited 15 minutes for my order to be ready and I was asked to wait in the parking spot, I did and got my food and my order was made incorrectly. I went back and asked them to remake it and they did indeed however took another 15 minutes and rather than compensating with a coupon they just said sorry. Took 30 minutes to get in and out of this McDonald’s. So much goes for it being called fastfood. Location is great and once they make your order correctly it’s perfect. But service needs to be highly improved.
I was there at 10: 00 pm only drive open wait 15 min no movement on the line. Not enough people working left not purchasing anything. This is not first time either.
Was the worst day at the drive thru. After getting to the window and paying I was told to park for a few minutes. 15 minutes later. Couldn't believe how long it took for three drinks.
They mixed up my order. I ordered an Egg McMuffin but they gave me a special instructions McDouble. I complained via online as I left the restaurant miles away before I realized my order was not correct.awaiting their respond.
Ordered 2 large fries tonight, and both were cold. Sad when the fries taste like you're chewing cardboard. I'd rather wait the extra 5 minutes for a fresh order.
This is the only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that doesn’t serve filet-o-fish. That itself should be a staple! But at least they still sell Big Macs and chicken products. I still don’t get why they don’t offer fish products at all. That’s the only sandwich I ever crave for now when I’m at another McDonald’s location.
CAREFUL YOU GET SCAMMED HERE - DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH TAPPING - when doing the drive through, this branch will a) give you an incorrect count of food and b) incorrectly charge your credit with higher costs. At this place you get betrayed and scammed. WHen contacting the restaurant you do not get any response. The money is gone!
This is the worst mcdonalds ever. They never have food ready even if u just order ice cream they make u wait 10 to 15 min. And when they bring your order it is always wrong. This location needs new management and all employees to be fired and new ones trained. They are rude to customers
My bill came to $10.10 for two combo breakfast. I gave the cashier $100.10 in cash. My change was $89.90! I was too tired to ask for my 20 cents and I did not feel like educating the cashier in simple math.
My order is NEVER right. They really should hire employees that know how to speak AND understand English. Also, why say you’re open 24hours and then close at 3: 40AM?
Been here many times, service isn't the best at this location but uncooked food is unacceptable! Picked up 4 breakfast combos and all 4 hashbrowns were raw and stuck to the paper. Spend close to $30 on breakfast at the Drive-thru, and not 1 napkin in the bag.
While the food is typical McDonald's and always the best, service levels at this store are not the best, especially during peak hours. If you are using the McD app and ordering for a curbside del6 be ready to wait for a long time or you will have to go into the restaurant to pick up your stuff. Any questions to the staff about the delay only bring the answer "we are short staffed" not always a clean location but this could be due to the short staffing situation. Overall a typical McDonald's place with good good and ambience (when clean)
Service was slow for a location that isn't even busy and they got the order wrong. Am staff stands around gossiping without making an effort to serve customers in a timely fashion.
Order large fries only got a medium. Was advised every sauce had to be paid for unless it was ketchup. And then had to wait in line again to pay for sauce. Ordered a black coffee and got a double double instead.
I ordered a BLT bagel with extra bacon ($7). The bacon was well done and had the perfect amount of crispness. The bagel it self was good and was very much so the normal mcdonalds BLT taste I'd expect. The drive thru was busy however the line moved pretty quick. I am not sure what the inside of store is like. Staff was nice and overall it was a typical McDonalds experience.
This is a typical McDonalds that is conveniently located on Dixie and hwy401 area in Mississauga. This location is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Food and serve time are typical and good. The only thing I would like to complain about is that, the employees are Indian, but relax that is not what is bothering me, the reason why I am complaining about this is because it is not polite or appropriate that the employees are talking in their language making you feel as though they are talking about you and laughing at you. As a business owner that is unacceptable to do this in front of customers. Other then that this location is clean and proper with public washrooms that was clean. If you go on a Friday or Saturday late evening you will be surrounded by young people coming out of the dance club just south of this McDonald's location called sugar daddy's. Be prepared for long drive through at this time. The closest McDonald's to this location is very far, south on Dixie and Dundas located inside Walmart. The Walmart location is only open when Walmart is open. Anyways now that I wanted my time typing let me eat my cold fries.
Consistent problems with every order - I work two minutes away, so my frame of reference at this point is enormous. Today, my drink (Coke Zero) tasted strongly and distinctly of soap - it was disgusting. Such a disappointment because everything else about the order was correct for a change.
Typical problems include failing to mark the drinks despite being explicitly told we have diabetic co-workers and therefore need drinks clearly labeled. Failing to provide dressings for salads (every single time I've ordered salad) and forgetting items such as fries or other sides.
Long waits in the drive thru. Waited close to 15 minutes in drive thru after order, 2 coffees and 3 apple juices. Second time after three visits at this location
It's busy, tables are not always cleaned very well should give staff proper training and when busy they should put someone that's fast and knowledgeable so people doesn't have to wait such a long time to put their order in also the TV the caption is too large to see anything else just a very large black strip with writing.
Been here quite a few times over the years. Drive thru can be long but usually moves at a good rate. I dont recall ever getting an order wrong at this location. Dont think I ever been inside so this is based on drive thru alone.
I came to this McDonald's with my family on a Saturday evening and it wasn't extremely busy. The restaurant was very messy. There was garbage all over tables and the floor because the only garbage can was overfull and the others had no bags in them. Our food took over 20 minutes to come out and when it did one of our BLT burgers had a Big Mac middle bun as it's bottom bun. Besides this the food came out warm and tasted good.
I go here out of necessity some days, but it really is a terrible location. The workers here are truly bad at getting the order correct. The amount of times I order a bagel with butter, only to receive a dry bagel is astounding. They consistently give me the wrong muffins. Ingredients are missing. Etc. You really have to double check everything you get.
I've also had several food safety issues at this location. Most recently a sharp piece of plastic was baked inside one of my muffins. But I've had muffins that when opened are still raw batter, etc.
To top it off the customer service is just atrocious. Many times it's hard to communicate with the staff. And last time I was there with an issue, incorrect order, it took 15 minutes to get the order fixed. The manager told the employee helping me to offer me a coffee or desert for the wait, but the employee never did.
Overall just a terrible experience and I regret going here nearly every time I try again.
Absolutely disappointed! Their prices are higher than the other mcdonalds restaurants and when I complain they say this is privately owned! It’s absolutely ridiculous!
