The time limit before it is considered littering is not very inviting.they don't say anything but walk around staring at you.

It was filthy, smelly, and for the 6 people behind the counter, it seemed only 2 were working. The others were just yelling at each other.

I recently had an bad experience this morning with McDonald’s at this location. I ordered chicken McMuffin, two wraps and a blueberry flavour smoothie. When i went for collecting the stuff for pick up order, the smoothie was half in the large size cup and the employee their gave me excuse that the ice in the smoothie melt that’s why its half i said it should be full either way then he take it old one with him and another girl employee came after 5 minutes with same smoothie putting ice to cover it up i guess said the machine is not working and all. I said okay I’ll manage this time, when i came home with my order and i tasted the smoothie It was totally ice and thick ice literally. They literally lied to me i have to garbage the whole thing but I’m not letting it go until they gave me refund and another thing the Chicken McMuffin’s chicken patty and bread was too old or frozen something I literally been into vomit! The wraps were okay but the other two things are just worst! Idk what mcd tryna do but its totally not tolerable!

Super dirty. Awkward seating. Decent service and friendly people though. I just hate the dirtiness.

The king and bathurs location is full of lazy workers… at least 30mins wait for everyone who order something there… half order served, coffee cold and the worse thing, they don’t even care… manager doesn’t even care about customer service, such a rude person, i hope this McDonald’s fire all these people before they close that disgusting location

Great service. Whole team is giving their 100%. Crew members are so respectfull to their clients. The shift manager is seems to be very hardworking. I gave my order and she made it quikly. Her service is so fast.
Overall, All members are nyc and friendly.

McDonald's corporate office should audit this location or do some training with their management and staff. It's consistently one of the slowest McDonald's locations in Ontario.

They also skimp on portions as much as they can.even on the freakin' pop! They once served me a Sprite that was basically flat water, no sweetness or carbonation. If this McD's was at any other location, they would've been shut down by now.

The staff usually have a look that they hate their job. I can only imagine how toxic a work environment that management creates at this location. They should also invest in security to help manage the unruly customers this location attracts (because of its location).

Stopped going here, because it takes 40 mins to get your order, I work near by and need a quick grab and go, and I always assumed McDonald’s was pretty quick, but I lost most of my lunch waiting for my food in here a few times now, so I had to stop going there. Don’t really know how this issue could be fixed, maybe the staff needs to be changed? Or hire more people, but this is pretty sad.

I order latte this morning (oct 17,2021). The people working there doesn't care about the customers and even the manager doesn't care about their customers. I waited there for about 20 minutes just for coffee. As there were 6-7 people working but still they can't focus on their customers. I, myself, ask the guy where's my order and he said just a second and went back to see and say they place mug on the machine and it looks like they forgot to pour coffee. Ridiculous

Slow service, homeless people at the door to greet you, food quality is stale and small portions, fries way too salty, soda is watered down, yellow lettuce in my small (not big) mac. Haven't been there in 5 years, now I know I why.

Just had a quarter pounder, fries and a coffee. Coffee was fresh, fries were fresh, burger was cold and dry. February in the prairies cold and dry. Unreal

All the kids that work at this place prefer to play I the back than to take/make orders. Whoever the managers are, they need to be fired immediately.

This McDonald’s is still got a lot of work to do. As it’s conveniently close I use to go frequently pre pandemic and stop do to some staff (particularly this one awful I’ll mannered) and then I started going again recently and find that most work hard and even understaffed but can’t stand the inconsistency of the schedule, Managment maintenance and operation of various apps they operate. I think the franchise should work on Managment and support staff properly so the location can succeed based on traffic and business need

There was approximately 6-7 crew working around 3PM and it took them 15 minutes to serve me one cheeseburger. It would be faster for you to commute to another neighbouring Mcdonalds than wait for the crew to serve you

Typical of most mcdonalds to be pretty slow when getting your order and lots of uber drivers pick up from here and seem to get top priority over walk ins

The worst McDonald’s in Toronto. Pls dont buy anything from here. I think the good reviews might be done by the staff. You will have to wait an year to get your food

I just worked an 8+ hour shift and got off the street car WAY before my stop only to get a large french fry.the door was locked but said that they were open 24 hours by the mobile app, but there also were no restaurant hours posted on the door as to when they stopped serving walk ins.this was when I found out that I had to download the mcdonalds app, reconfirm my email address and then enter my credit card information in order to get my french fries that I got off the streetcar for.this location is pointless and also ridiculous, am never taking the time to visit again.

Convenient location. Staff are friendly enough. Food was hot as were fries which was good. Unfortunately for my waistline, I will be ordering from here again

Clean fast service. Definitely one of the better quality Mcdonald's in the city. I recommend checking them out! Nice that it's not overrun with teenagers ;) hehe

Go there pretty much everyday. They got some of the rudest stuffs. You can literally see how annoyed the stuffs are when they see customers. There management should be rearranged.

It is most contaminated place I have ever been. Also not great value or quality most of time even staff are slow when is usd to get busy.

This location can’t even meet minimum expectations. Cold food, messy sandwiches and missing items every time I am hungover enough to make the mistake of ordering from here. I seriously don’t know how a restaurant can be this bad and still be operating.

Honestly worst McDonalds for years. I was just waiting for 20 minutes in the McDonalds for an order that was ordered ahead. I was waiting longer then anyone else and the Manager told me I had to wait outside. If you want your food way faster and warmer its better to order from Queen and Spadina.

Their franchise rights must be taken away. That’s how terrible this restaurant is. Extremely slow service (over an hour wait for a simple to go meal), rude staff, cockroaches walking on its semi broken monitor, lots and lots more.

Always giving an incorrect order. And when you try to ask the employee about anything the response is "we are the busiest mcdonalds in the area". This is not an excuse for totally substandard service and quality. I rather you shut down the location than try to pass this off as an official mcdonalds franchise.

The service at this location needs a complete overhaul. Not to mention, the place is always disgusting and lacking staff to keep up with orders. Very bad Service even its not opening 24 hours very bad service.

I feel sorry for people that go to this location its always dirty. The mocha machine has been broken forever atleast they say this they just dont want to make them. I got assaulted here by 4 drunk guys who were smoking in the store. The staff did nothing even when i was on the ground with guy hitting me staff just watched. Complete joke this place.

The waiting time at 11 am was more than 30 minutes, i got order on the machine and no recipe came out, went to ask the cashier and said my order are not even processed but i still paid my money, whats the point to get a 'fast food' for that amount of time? I can even cook a chicken at home.

I waited 20 mins for a large fries and large tea, not only that but people that have come after me are getting there orders. Some of these order's are more the 3 items.lastly there is not motivation or insensitive to get out those orders, e.g lady at cash today 1: 30 2: 20pm it took her 4 and 45 sex for her to get from her cash to the dryer and back. I don't complain, but this service at the location is atrocious and management didn't even say "hey let me help my team out and get these orders cause in sure are customers have places to be.

Waited for 20 mins and still nobody took my order. Even their receipt printer is not working. They never have ice cream for McFlurry no matter when you go and lastly poor customer service.

On many occasions I've had to wait at least 20min for my food. On top of that, it is usually not that fresh! I think they have also given up on the apple pie packaging. They've thrown it in a small takeout bag (no boxing) at least 3x for me so far. I only keep going back because it's the closest location to me.

Just waited 25 minutes in line for them to not even have my order ready or even acknowledge that they didnt even put it in. The manager then told me she wudnt give money back after waiting almost half an hour. Told me my food would take another 5-8 minutes, I said no time to wait even longer and asked why and she was rude as hell. No apology, lack of professionalism n customer service! If you are in the wrong, don't admit to it, then charge me for the order when I waited 30 min for fast food. Cudve called uber eats. So disappointed in this McDonald's. Almost never a good experience!

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to period, I’ve been to 150+ cities mostly in developing countries and I can tell you the McDonald’s there are way cleaner and better organized! If you’re craving some McDonald’s just make your way to another branch trust me.

Awful wait times usually only have one person assisting customers. Stay away from this location if you actually want fast food. They seem to care more about Uber eats drivers than the customers ordering in store.

Manager seemed sadly in over her head. Orders were back up and line to the door. Was a delivery, so I can't speak to the food, but I suspect is was "McDonald's".

Pretty bad. I’m not going to say much since these other posts pretty much sum it up. McDonald’s HQ really NEEDS to do some quality control on this place. Or just shut it down.

Service is super slow even if you are just ordering coffee. People just standing there trying to figure out how to do their job. Got hot cakes for breakfast once came frozen after waiting so long.

I was on my way to grab a coffee at your restaurant. I had a homeless person ask me for some money to buy dinner, as he mentioned he was starving. I didnt have any change on me, so I decided to buy him a happy meal instead.

YOUR STAFF TOOK SO LONG TO GET THE HAPPY MEAL AND MY COFFEE THAT THE HOMELESS MAN HAD LEFT WHEN I EXITED THE STORE. SO NOW I HAVE A HAPPY MEAL I NO LONGER NEED A A HOMELESS MAN GOES HUNGRY ON A COLD NIGHT IN TORONTO BECAUSE YOUR STAFF HERE ARE SO DISORGANIZED.

I would also like to point out it is -5c in Toronto right now, so it is COLD.

I have never written in to McDonalds before about how terrible this location is. As it is close to my office, I frequently grab coffee here as your company has amazing coffee.

I hope that where you are reading this, you are warm and well fed - unlike who hungry gentleman who is not. I hope this puts it into context for you and your company.

No one goes to McDonalds for a high quality dining experience but this location fails to meet even the lowest of expectations.

The McFlurry machines are perpetually out of service. The staff are slow. The hamburger buns have clearly been collecting dust on a shelf somewhere and have the dry consistency of soda crackers. The hamburgers themselves have been overcooked.

There is a reason this is the lowest rated McDonald's in Toronto. To subject yourself to this McDonald's is to commit an act of deep self hatred.

Possibly the worst McDonald's expierence I've ever had. I asked the cashier for an iced coffee with espresso, and the price she quoted me was a different price from what I usually paid. I kindly informed her and she said no, that's the price. I then ordered in the app and showed her indeed the price is significantly less than what she was asking, and she lashed out and ridiculed me in front of everyone saying I was wrong and she was right. To make matters worse, I'm pretty sure she was a manager as she was training someone else to use the cash at the time. Terrible rep for a otherwise good brand

Always understaffed which makes the wait time a NOT "fast food" restaurant.
The place itself is dirty and everytime (like every time) they forgot all the menu items.
Avoid at all cost and walk up Bathurst for the one on dundas

Did Uber Eats deliveries on last Sunday morning and picked up at this one three times. Saw black dude destroying sign showing where it was from the curb because a construction tunnel is blocking view of restaurant. Told McDonald's employees about this and they just shrugged! Service is hit or miss.

Worst staff they literally never get your order right now matter how many times you consistently come in there always complaining and disrespectful food is made horribly and they never know what's going on it's a joke don't ever come here

This is the slowest McDonalds! Waited 30 minutes for food, and the fries and nuggets aren’t even fresh. This location is constantly understaffed and long lineup. Don’t order Uber eats neither becuase their food is not fresh.

It's strange that this location has so many bad ratings but those ratings are unfortunately well deserved.this location is not understaffed but the staff that are at this location or of poor quality, appear to be aloof, and you can't even really bypass them because the machines hardly work for self orders. We ordered simple value meals and it took about 10 minutes to get or more, and they still managed to mess up one of our coffees even though they double checked with us about the coffee orders beforehand. Very strange location

This place is absolutely disgusting. The service is terrible, the employees are incredibly rude and horrible at their job. The place is a mess. An utter disgrace.
