Got home burgers were burnt, Service down hill I rather go out of my way to a different location

In general the place is good but I don't give the service all the stars because there is an employee who is not friendly at all and apparently she is in charge of the place

This is a great MacDonald location for family with little kids. They have play gym and classified area for children. Parents are able to be in the play gym dining area looking after their children while having the meal. The area is really clean, accessible with parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location for a simple meal.

My wife had a coupon which the manager Denice ignored and misbehaved with her and manager was very rude so we ordered the normal Filet-o-fish burger and fries but after eating by my daughter she felt something bad smell or poisonous then I tasted it and found rotten or bad smell and I had a vomit type feeling, i took the order and asked if she deliberately added something in our food as a result of heated arguments another lady came and i got an anxiety attack by both of them and fell down on floor with vomits ambulance came and took me to hospital and now I am back home but not feeling well. My daughter who is 10 years old is not well and she had a vomit as well.please see the above complaint and check the food quality at McDonald's and take serious action if they added anything in our food. This is really not good at all.

Food was good and fresh gets busy at nights when it comes to the drive though but besides a small wait can’t complain the staff was friendly and food good

Really disappointing. Waited 10 minutes for my food that I preordered. Food was average for McDonald's.

Never had a problem. Staff are friendly, drive thru sometimes takes a while depending on the time.only reason it's not 5 stars is sometimes the pop comes out flat

Recieved my order right but no sticker cup on any of the coffee cups did they stop making them?

Got the order wrong, wrong coffee and wrong food, fries were ice cold, the staff looked to be filled with young kids who are just getting everything wrong, its one thing to get a item wrong but the whole order thats really not acceptable

Been coming here for a long time.
Service is always fast, the restaurant is always clean.
My go to place when I'm craving some Mickey D's

McDonald's coffee is my favorite had sandwich and fries delicious and my coffee was amazing best one yet

Good service. Much better than most mcdonalds. Whoever is the franchise owner / manager needs to be appreciated. They really value their customers.

Just ordered big mac no meat meal with skip and received big mac with meat. I’m vegetarian so I can’t eat that.

Excellent service. Was fast and easy going in to order McDonald's combo and be on my way. Wish all McD locations are this fast

When i ever i go they never have give me ketchup and straw it’s racism or shortage of supplies. I don’t know what is it.

Man spitting on toilet seat and floor in mens bathroom for 10 minutes. Asked him to hurry as he wasn't even seated on toilet. Manager came in and told the guy it was ok? Then the manager left and this guy continued to hold up the stall from use? Almost crapped my pants. So told my girlfriend to not order anything, and we left and went to a&w.

Absolutely terrible experience. We waited in the drive through line up for 30 minutes to be served and then were told to wait in the curb side spot because they had to get cheese curds for our order. All I ordered was one poutine. After waiting for 15 more minutes I went back in to ask for my money back, and received no apologies for the long wait time but instead was told to stand off to the side while they got our money. Extremely unhappy with this abysmal level of service.

SKIP THIS LOCATION - always an incorrect order, I've had moldy buns as well, staffed by kids, same manager, same owner.no improvement, sucks when its allowed to stay open but real restaurants are not.

Oh my gosh can the line get any slower? Are there not enough staff on site? Or even outside to make sure cars don’t hit each other just to get to your drive thru?

Asked for a kids chicken nugget happy meal. They asked if i wanted 4 piece or 6 piece‍️ asked for an ice coffee. I was aked if i wanted ice. Not the smartest people working here

Kinda hit and miss location, always has been. Closest location to my house so random visit happen, just double check your order before you leave.mostly talking about drive thru. They've gotten items wrong and/or missed

Hours say closes 1: 00 AM. I placed an order through the app at 11: 00 pm, and it allowed me to select pick up at the counter inside. I walk up to the door, and it is locked. I walk around to the other side, and that door is locked too. Yet there are people inside sitting at tables, having a good time munching on their Big Macs and fries. I get into car, drive to drive through speaker and they say they don't have my order. Yet the app gave me an order confirmation # for the correct location. Then have to wait at lengthy drive thru to figure out whether they will give me my order or not. Seriously, the corporate folks have not done a stellar job at managing affairs and service quality throughout the pandemic. Now that things are opened up again, they still can't get it right. I don't blame the people who work at the restaurants. They are fine and good people, especially at this location. The corporate folks who plan service levels and processes, who work on the app design and performance - these folks need to try harder.

Person who took the order and the cashier were fantastic. Msy have been the same guy but person working the window giving out the food was having a bad time. Gave me the wrong order and then there was no creme and sweetener fir the coffee that I asked for. I think they were just trying to be fast which brings screw ups.

Its ok i bought a coffee around 11: 20pm at night it was cold as Atlantic Glacier i never Thought about Tim hortons was right around the corner

Excellent customer service. Food is delicious. Staffing are amazing. I believe the owner changed the management team in this restaurant. Good Job

5am the drive through is blocked with garbage bins, doors are locked… 24hr? Don’t think so. False advertising, that’s what it is.

Awesome staffing. I told them I missed 2 hash browns. They just replaced to me without questions.

Always had a good experience everytime we visit this location.some rough days yess but nothing of a big deal still considered all the good times.when it comes to food, always hot and fresh! Very consistent. Cleanliness is there as well. One of the fast food highly recommended in the Area

Excellent customer service. Food is fresh and hot. I love the ice coffee in this location. Also, the Drive thur service is fast. I went inside for washroom, so clean compared with most fast food restaurants. The staffing are nice. Its awesome. I will highly recommends to everyone around with me. Keep going guys

Right now they've got a promo going where you can go to their official survey website, answer the questions, and you get a code. The code allows you to get a free drink and medium fries with the purchase of either a Big Mac/McChicken/6 pc nuggets IIRC.
It's basically a combo upgrade, for the price of a sandwich.

Pretty disappointed. I have been sitting in my car for 20 minutes for a curbside order and it still has not arrived. I even tried calling the restaurant but nobody is picking up the phone. The young lady that came out was very helpful and she says she did not see an order in the system. She went in and corrected it. She is the only reason I am even giving 1 star. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s.

Second time in two consequently days, they don't have mango smoothy.
They don't bother to speed order it in hot summer days.

The playground is big, but it is very dirty McDonald's, very unclean, the garbage is on the floor everywhere

Kids love the play area but McD's coupons are hard. I have a McD's app but nothing really exciting or usable compare to other burger franchise coupon in their apps.

Too noisy and cold. Staff should keep the order for kids who scream and don't wear socks in the playground.

Wish I can put a 0 star. Sign say open till 12am then they locked the door at 10 pm. No one bothers to acknowledge that there are people driving to get there all disappointed. Called the number and no one ever picks up and can’t leave a message. Worst location for Saturday nightmare

Decent play place. Staff were slow about refilling things, changing garbage bins, and I had to wipe down my table.
