Missing items in orders about half the time, sloppy service, rotting vegetables in food as well. Will be reporting to the regional health authorities.

L have been around to eat at McDonald’s from Montreal to all Toronto, in alliston it is so clean that you can almost eat on the floor good job for the staff in alliston

One of staffs scolded at me for not knowing which windows for mobile pickup.very rude and unfriendly

It was the most dirtiest McDonald's we ever seen, not a table clean all full with garbage, garbage cans where full. Employees that are only chatting with each other instead of making sure people can eat on a clean table.

The speed of this drive thru is SLOWWW. You could probably make the trip to Barrie or Bradford McD’s and back faster than this drive thru can serve you from entrance time to food in your hands.

“We only have 1 kitchen” is what the manager says. Not sure what that means exactly because I don’t know if any other restaurants that have more than 1 kitchen?

Come to this location if you'd love to waste your time.
Sit in the drive thru for 20 min. To have them ask you what your order is again. Because 20 min wasn't enough already?
You wasted my time, thanks a hole bunch.

Was pleasantly surprised with my order. (2 junior chicken). Hot and fresh. Crisp lettuce and nice fresh buns. Amazing service. Restaurant was very clean. The young lady that served was super polite. Husbands big mac looked like in the picture. What a great improvement.

We ordered happy meals one with apples but got fries so I ordered the next one with apples and got fries so I had to go ask for the apples for my mom and I had to eat two fries, more than I wanted. I know I didn't have to eat them but hate to waste food. It's ok though I still lost weight this week.

This morning I was super sleepy and out of it and agreed an order that wasn't my order was my order in the drive thru. It made a whole mess, but things got situated and the manager was nice and understanding about it. I appreciated it!

Every time i go there and place the order, they get it wrong.
I don't mind the wait time and understand they are busy, but after all that you take it home and find out that's not what you ordered!

I ordered a Chicken Mcmuffin, without the chicken sauce and and asked for some packets of salsa instead. They gave me the sandwich without the chicken sauce like I asked but forgot to give my salsa packets, now I'm trapped at work with a dry sandwich that will soon have the texture of leather.

They didn't get my order right but I didn't have time to get it corrected because I had already been sitting waiting for my order. They rarely get our order right at the Alliston location.

I don't know why I ate here. The food is horrible at the Maple location (McNaughton). Cold dried out fries and quarter pounder.

Average McDonalds. Popular spot. Usually quite busy and sometimes can be understaffed. Don’t usually have an issue with my orders and when I do it is corrected. Open 24 hours, so this is convenient. If you are hungry, recommended.

The breakfast was hot and fresh like always. Definitely love the sausage and egg McMuffin, my favourite breakfast item to get a McDonald's.

What's the point of saying all day breakfast when it's just 2 breakfast mcmuffins and it comes with fries not hashbrowns. Wish the website would say no real breakfast options after 11am, that would be better. Disappointed. Should have gone to Tims.

It is as advertised. I am disappointed they push getting on the app and then the app is down when I finally get it. Service is efficient, staff is respectful, food tastes like McDonald's every time.

Usually have to pull off and wait 5- 10min for food in the drive thru and they still messed up my order. I ordered a double big Mac meal. They first came out with a mc double meal, said that's not what I payed for. Then they brought me out a single big Mac meal smfh. They will always ask if you want to upsize the fries and give you medium-sized amount in the large container. Unimpressed with this location

Getting very very tired of them screwing up my order.like literally every time I go there I'm disappointed. You're better off driving to Barrie to get McDonald's because this one ALWAYS sucks

They've got a lot better with better management that doesn't call police on hungry customers still traumatized as a management accused me of being drunk and reported me to the opp and harass me on McDonald's property months ago

Ok I only gave it five stars cause my daughter is a manager there.but is a great place very clean and professional

Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I would… Cold fries, when I asked for habanero sauce they put on top of the bun instead of inside the burger, whoever works at night is always mad and hates their life and puts that energy into ur order and overall experience instead of helping themselves and fixing up…. Ranked the worst McDonald’s in the whole universe, … you heard it here first….

Chicken nuggets were not even close to being fresh, 20 piece most of them like chewing on cardboard.

Food is standard McDonald's same as anywhere but a shockingly slow drive thru. Hands down the slowest I've experienced, there is no excuse for this. Extremely disappointing.

The slowest drive thru experience. Almost 15 mins for 3 meals at 8: 30pm.
Will not go back through the drive thru again.

I want to start with saying the staff were nice and seemed to want to make things better, but I had the worst coffee today. I usually prefer McDonald's coffee other options like Tim Horton's but this was noticeably burnt, exceptionally acid and bitter and was clearly brewed to hot and held too hot. Considering the coffee makers are automatic systems, hotter then suggested holding is a cost saving measure, a busy drive through so not a lot of time to have it sit around, and staff who were by no means apathetic, I'm left thinking cheap owners. Either because they won't get machinery fixed or if they are intentionally holding over temp. I did go in and ask for a different drink. I was going to have a tea assuming the coffee would be the same but the lobby worker said they used a different machine so it may be different. It was just as bad.

Waited 20min for my order a burger fries 3 packs of mayo and coffee along with 5 other people, whats the point of the Receipt if you guys don't read it.never got my mayo, coffee had already been sitting out on the counter for 20min so it's cold.always disappointed might as well go elsewhere

I am astounded at how many different ways the drive-through staff can screw up an order. I can’t count the number of times that I’ve been given the wrong order entirely I have been given extra food because they have messed up the order. Very poorly run store.

They will occasionally mess up the order; the compensation method makes you feel like you are putting them out; give a coupon instead of the existing process.

An update to this is more of the same. I've come to expect this from McDonald's et al and try to simply not be put in a position where I have to eat it anymore, I always regret it either from disappointment or indigestion

I guy walked in with out a mask.the young associate.informed this guy that he couldn't be served without a mask, he could use the drive through.the guy started mouthing back to her, she stood her ground and the guy finally went and got a mask.a BIG thumbs up to this associate. ALSO the service and food were great.lf were passing this way again.will be sure to drop in.

My family and I were passing through Alliston on Friday night around 9: 10 pm. We had a long trailer we were towing and were unable to go thru the drive-thru. The indoor ordering has just closed. We saw two employees (kitchen staff) taking out the recycling and told them our situation. Our daughter was with us and we were looking to get her something to eat. The staff were very helpful, kind and considerate or our needs. They were able to assist us in getting our daughter a happy meal. Thank you so much for caring! Please give the employees that worked Friday September 3rd 9pm shift a bonus.

Unbelievable! I ordered 2 Regular size Oreo McFlurrys. When I got the order, I was surprised about the small cups, so I asked if he was sure this is regular size and he said yes. When I got home my kids told me this was for sure snack size. So I paid $7.20 for two snack size McFlurrys. I told my kids I'm sorry, but I'm never going back to McDonalds.

The 24 hour drive through is convenient and quick especially for late night food and drinks. The only 24 hour drive through available in Alliston as far as I am aware.

They always have what we're looking for! Very fast and friendly service, and the location is perfect.

It's always nice to visit the Orillia waterfront after a visit to Rama Moccasin abd Smoke!

Sometimes my dog will get a treat in the drive through, too!

The workers are friendly. But they NEVER get your order right. You either get someone else's order, or they don't put cream/sugar in your coffee. I worked at McDonald's so I know when things are made incorrectly, and things are never made correctly here.

I am not one to leave a review everywhere I go but felt this one was warranted as I had been to this same location in Alliston ON on two separate occasions and each time the staff forgot a big ticket item (which was fully paid for) and the mobile app took the order and payment but the restaurant did t have the food ready and due to a app error I had to go inside the restaurant to let them know I arrived for curbside and had to pay again inside because the payment online also didn’t go through in the end. The wait time was roughly 20 minutes (plus 15 minutes more from the time order was received by the restaurant) I was driving back to Toronto and didn’t want to turn around after noticing 15 minutes later that a sandwich was missing. So that’s roughly a $5 value. Our order total was over $30 (each time) last time they forgot two orders of the chicken nuggets. It’s very disappointing to say the least, the restaurant appears to be operated by very young people and I will add I didn’t give them an opportunity to fix this as I was driving home but each time something was missed…not a very good track record. I’m likely to switch to Tim’s (which is only across the street) for future orders. Buyer beware always check your order if buying from this restaurant. The food we did get was good and the server was polite and friendly. McDonald’s @ 137 young st west needs to step up their game though.

Stingiest owners I have ever seen. Charging 30 cents for mac sauce now? Whats next charging for ketchup packets? Some of the app offers don't even work at this location.guessing the owners had something to do with that as well. What a joke this place is.

Being a Front line worker (Truck driver in Ontario) and doing deliveries during night it becomes hard to find coffee shops active. When ever I found anything like McDonald's or Tim hortons I always walk to drive thru window and request which they always accepts understanding my case that I can't drive my semi truck to drive thru. Today around 4 a.m Drive thru was completely empty with not a single car and explained myself and about my job BUT this store refuse to give coffee mentioning its McDonald's policy. I told them every other McDonald's serve me in same situation but they replied they can't do anything. I really don't understand if all other McDonald's CAN why DON'T this store. Feel really really disappointed with such stubborn and dramatic behavior of staff. Definitely Will not be returning to this store ever which don't respect its customers on job.

Went early morning with a coupon I got in the mail. The bulldog at the cash took my coupon and said she wasn't giving me large coffee. The coupon specifically stated "$1.00 any size.

Used the App ordered ahead and picked it up curbside. Other than messing up the drink order and having to go back it was okay.

Go here all the time.but coffee rarely stirred properly and often get egg shells in my McMuffin.never had a problem with dinner tho

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very welcoming and the food they cook is so yummy. I never decline to have a good dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

This has to be one of the worst McDonals. Everytime we go they do not have McGriddles available. The last 4 times we have tried. As if that isn’t bad enough. Everytime we go through drive through we always get the wrong order. Countless times they have had to write my name down to provide me with free meals the next time. Wasting their own time and money. Along with mine. Very frustrating.

I went through the drive through which wasn't busy to get a simple Big Mac meal on my way to work on this beautiful day only to have my meal totally screwed up! My Big Mac had NOTHING between the top two buns and both patties, one pickle and lots of sauce inbetween the bottom two!
And my large mint tea I ordered was Earl grey!
I wish I had checked my meal before I arrived at work and had not wasted my time or money on visiting Macdonald's

Well had a different experience, wanted to order jr chicken with nothing on it. Want to add the spicy habanero sauce. Was told that it would cost a extra. 50 per jr. Funny I dont see a fee change at any other mcdonalds in Ontario so far. They still refused told me they would put chipotle sauce on my order.
Thanks McDonald's alliston hwy 89 location for tell me how too enjoy my food and also trying to force me on buy your up graded mchicken that I do not enjoy. Management need to give there head a shake. Make the best of it they went and changed my order and did as they wanted trying to charge me for the packs of dipping sauce to go on my jr anyways.

Throw 4 jr in the garbage and had to refund the order and toss out the sauce anyways beacuse it was all handled by the customer.

Your $2 extra charge cost them a full refund and for food. That had to be wasted do to management lack of respect for the customer.

I do believe the private owner should look into how the store is being run on a daily basis. I truly did not enjoy my meal, I was not too happy at all and it not ok to force your customers to do as you want.

I read a lot of complaints about drive thru being slow! I come here almost every morning and it’s way faster than mcd’s locations in the gta!

I found this McDonald's to be very dirty
Food on the floor. It was difficult to find a clean table. I finally had to squeeze some vinegar out of a pouch with a napkin
And clean a table for ourselves.
This was at a busy time, but it is a restaurant you do expect a clean environment!

Dirty restaurant, employees with attitude, and have almost always got my order wrong in one way or another.

Poor customer service! This happened to me 3 times, I order a cranberry muffin they say its sold out then I ask can I have carrot muffins since that's all you have other then banana chocolate, that's not a problem once you wait at the drive thru for 6-8 minutes just before you pay sorry we dont have that either omg never again will I waste time at this McDonald's

I'm writing a review on this place on this one time a unpleasant customer was ordering his food, however the manager handled it very professionally, both parties left happy.

I only like their coffee. Hate their food. Ether new supplies, or different ways of cooking. I was one of McDonald's biggest fans, not any more. Stick that into your pipe and smoke it.

Had a coffee and one of their new? Danishes. Hadn't been to McDonalds since my kids grew up. Good coffee and quite the selection of breakfast pastries. We skipped all the technology but were quickly and cheerfully served at the counter. Washrooms very clean.
PS don't know if I'd want to know the ingredients or calories of the cheese danish but it was delicious!

Usually friendly staff. I hate when in the 2 lane drive thru, 2 or 3 cars place orders and advance in line before my order is even taken. Seems better since renovations were done.

Well kept location. Staff was extremely efficient & friendly.
New interactive table was a huge hit with my kids.

We stopped in to the restaurant in Alliston on our way through to Tottenham today and have experienced some of the most amazing customer service we have ever experienced. We would like to thank Kyle for making our day by dealing with the rambunctious juveniles being asked to leave the store.

Seriously small burgers. Big Mac? Not that big anymore. Bring back the original size Big Mac.you can try changing the temperature, the freshness from sitting etc.but still too small. I would rather have a bigger burger that sat for 5 min than a 3 bite burger. Burger king whopper.if that's your competition.and it was in the 80s and 90s.your no competition for or even compare to the whopper. Simple stuff.

Looks newly renovated super clean and have themes awesome touch table with games to keep kids occupied, wish I had of gotten a pic it was fun! Food good as always employees were super friendly as well.

After the car that was behind me drives up along side of me places their order and drives ahead I finally place my small order (2 cheeseburgers). When I got to the window they told me my food was not ready and to drive ahead and wait at the curbside parking. After 5 minutes a gentleman comes to the car with my burgers as I was kind of annoyed, I left without checking my order. Well the burgers we're not hot. I've been to this location before so I should have known to expect poor service. Don't recommend this location.
