Absolutely terrible service everyone I spoke to was rude and they didn’t get my order right as well as I paid for another person order without knowing this place is awful terrible employees
If I could give zero, it would be. It's a recurring theme here - able to orfer things that are not on the menu and wait forever to find out they don't have that menu item after you've paid. Today was super fun because not only did I wait for over 10 minutes for a mere coffee and muffin while multiple people stood around even after I enquired if they had anyone else to help the one counter person. I was able to be late for work due to this. What a mickey mouse establishment.
The main job they have is to clear the orders off the order screen right away so it looks like they're speedy!
I almost always have to park and wait for even the simplest order. When it’s delivered to the vehicle, the order is incorrect or incomplete about half of the time. I don’t know what is going wrong in this store but I suspect it starts with the franchisee. Be better.
Yesterday we took our family there for dinner. We used the app to order and had the food brought to our spot. We drove home to eat. My husband and I both got DOUBLE quarter pounder BLTs.when we opened them BOTH (not just one) were missing a burger patty. We each only had a single, even though our boxes were clearly labeled double and we paid for doubles. Also I'm not sure but the patty also looked very thin like a Bic Mac burger, definitely not a quarter pounder. We were disappointed. I paid more for both meals and got less for both meals. I'm not sure what was going on in that kitchen, but I consider that stealing my money.
Ordered two coffees, it was literally cold and not fresh one.felt like it was made two hours ago! Went back to drive through to inform them, and the lady told they had no coffee orders in the evening. They told that they can make again the same order in few minutes.i just waited outside for one minute and a lady brought the same order. It had little hot but tasted it was warmed up in microoven and u know how a coffee will taste if it's not brewed.i just dumped that in their garbage bin and went to Tim Hortons which was 3 km away from the location. Literally I wanted my money, time. They should train their crew whats customer service and to keep up the standard. If u want to Waste ur time and money this is the perfect location.
Orderedy meal through skip the dishes about a week ago and when my food got to my house the fries were not even half full. I upgraded to a large so you pay an extra fee and get the size of a small. I emailed mc Donald's with a photo of how my fries came and they said it was a skip the dishes problem. I said it has nothing to do with skip the dishes they delivered my food in a timely manner and the seal of the bag was still intact. When I emailed mc Donald's again saying it was the store that did not fill them up all the way they ignored my response. Great customer service you definitely do not get what you pay for.
I asked for a quarter hamburger - just ketchup and mustard They had the nerve to give me this. It's swimming. Covered in cheese and the women that took my order were to embarrassed to show their faces to rectify this. Won't be at this location again.would you eat this slop?
After a long wait in the drive thru lane I was sent to wait in spot 2. I had a large order. When I got home I have one of my 7 jr chicken had not chicken in it. I also did not get the crème brûlée donut. Very sad to pay for items and not get them. ️
I always go to this location a month ago the served me raw chicken nuggets so now I just go there for drinks today as I was finishing my ice coffee I noticed something weird in my drinks only to find out it was plastic.
They messed up an order of 2 egg mcmuffins meals and 1 coffee. Then we had to wait for 10 min. We were there at 10am. Isn't that a popular time for breakfast? Then it was cold anyway.
I went in with my daughter to get lunch to go. She had to use the bathroom.they were absolutely disgusting. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The food was okay and the order was made correctly but the bathrooms were a travesty.
They no longer care about customers who come in and pay with cash they are too caught up with drive thru orders and Uber eats that I've been waiting 15 minutes to order as I'm writing this review without an employee saying anything.
Could they be a little faster? Yes. Are we in a shortage of employees in this industry? Also yes. Could the general public be a little more patient with a business that has historically employed young adults, who most likely are working their first jobs? Absolutely. These kids haven't grown up the way we did, and they're doing their best. I appreciate this store, and I've been going here for a long time and noticed just how much busier they seem to be. Hopefully they can get caught up with employees to help serve us better but in the meantime lets all have a little patience for a business thats been open the entire pandemic. Love my McDonalds coffee!
Went through the Northfield Waterloo drive-thru and ordered a couple of combos. When we got home we noticed they didn't include the chicken nuggets which we paid for. Tried calling because mistakes happen, but they hung up.
Ordered Jr chicken and coffee at drive thru. Asked to wait in stall 2 for chicken sandwich. Waited 15 minutes. Got cold double cheese burger. They seem to have problems getting order straight. So unless you like surprise meals, you might wanna try somewhere else.
No espresso drinks available this morning! Over the years, this location has been notorious for saying their espresso machine, and also their ice cream machine, are NOT working. You just can't count on this particular location.
Tuesday August 24 - 9: 30 PM - male staff member taking orders in drive-thru decides to just chill with his mask completely uncovering his mouth and nose. Nothing says ‘we don’t care’ like a teenage staff member who thinks the rules just don’t apply to him. Please do better.
It's funny, you wouldn't think there would be much difference location to location for McDonald's, but this place was clean, organized, my food was hot, the egg in my breakfast sandwich wasn't overcooked. Really made my Monday survivable, thank you.
Mcdonalds has upped their fast food game, this location's menu is delicious and hot. However, some of their kiosks were not working, but otherwise, great food!
I’m reviewing in the hopes that this McDonald’s-actually all of them- will fill the damn smoothies to the top lol. Missing 1/4 of my drank when I order. Fill it all the way up. I dunno if y’all trying to save $ during dollar days, but I paid so fill it up.
Good place to have lunch. Love it! Clean! I went there yesterday and instead of welcome, one ot the employee send me to sanitaze my hands.i felt the place right away! They soulg train their employees better.
This is the worst McDonald’s ever. They should close down this restaurant as they can’t get to manage it as it should be managed. They don’t treat their new hires nicely. I was hired at this McD and they kept me waiting for 3 weeks and they couldn’t invite me for the orientation because they “forgot” every week, just to stop replying to my emails in the end. The manager of this McD is super unprofessional.maybe the most unprofessional manager I have ever had a conversation with.
Like I know it busy around 6pm but seriously I get home there were 2 out of 3 burnt strips of bacon a piece of lettuce smaller than the pickle on my quarter pounder BLT which is supposed to be"remastered". Get your act together!
Rude girl behind counter talking about me behind back. You’d think they’d be happy to be earning money to fund their boring life, but they don’t seem to care about keeping their job! Food tasted like poison. Used to enjoy but not returning. Fire them, they are very rude. I have a photo of them if needed to verify identity.
Horrible counter service. I waited 10 minutes at the counter before anyone even said anything to me. After getting my food I then watched as the same thing happened to the next 3 people in line. Their manager could not have been older then 17 and clearly could not manage his staff.
Whoever is the kid with brown long ish hair working drive thru at 8 pm on wednesday is awesome! I said I wanted to plain burger patties for my dog.and whoever made em added onions because they normally do, which is fine.but dude noticed and said " hey u mentioned these were for your dog.and I don't think dogs like onions.you want new plain ones? " And he got me new plain patties. Dude at the drive thru who looked out for my pup and his tummy. You rock! Anyone who looks out for my puppy is an A+ In my books. Hope this kid has a great career and owns a bunch of McDonald's franchises when he older and is filthy rich!
Staff is busy in talking and paying less attention to the customers, making 2 orders by single staff and creating a big confusion which leads to dropping of one order of customer to next one. Lazy staff and crew members.dont go unless you had emergency to this mcd
Just had a Big Mac with no bun from this location and there was a tiny piece of plastic in the lettuce. Thank goodness it was small, but that was kinda nasty to bite on (and no, the shiny thing on my finger is not lettuce lol).
Always have the worst service. Plus they’ve over charged me multiple times. They are so inconsiderate and rude. I ask what’s in a frappe and they don’t know. Pardon? Like is made with ice, ice cream, milk, espresso, regular coffee like I don’t think the question is that difficult. Instead they give their ingredients list.lol. Useless staff.
These new electronic menu boards are terrible! Not working for days at a time, no attempt to put anything temporary up! Always shows the high price items and never the value menu items! The prices have increased on alot of products recently! Not a cheap alternative anymore, the price for two combos is as much as going to a better sit down restaurant! Disappointed with mc donalds
If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. Never gets orders right after providing a clear order. Asking for sausage and egg and giving you bacon. The last time I went there I was ahead of 2 ppl and their orders were taken first!
Incredibly slow. Food is cold and just a mess when you unwrap it. The fries are old "like" with a mushy texture as of they have been sitting there for awhile. Doesn't matter if you order a small, medium or large the container is never full. Definitely wouldn't recommend this McDonalds location.
The only breakfast kids meal they have for breakfast is with hotcakes. To get 2 hashbrowns, 2 kids books and 2 egg mcmuffins to create our own kids meals for our egg mcmuffin loving preschoolers, it cost $20.without drinks.yikes!
People are waiting in lines, staff here are just casually chatting in the kitchen. No one cares at all. It happens daily. I also had so many problems here, they put wrong items in my order all the time, let people wait for 40min and say “sorry I don’t know what happened but we will give you your order soon. ”
