4 chicken only 1 large fries drive thru. Oh sorry we are working on it. Can you park your car on the side. Everytime same thing. Never come back again here. I am the only one there. Im still waiting and 5 cars already left before me

Extremely busy location but decent anyhow. They pulled hash browns early and they were undercooked. Also tasted of oil beyond it's peak.

Terrible managing, as a customer I fear coming back due to the way they treat their own employees.

In this pandemic, they provide consistent fast food. I come here and do mobile order plus drive thru whenever I need my big Mac fix. Would recommend.

Long long long wait for a small cup of coffee. No one acknowledges you. Washrooms are nasty. I won't be back!

I go here all the time but tonite when I went there the young ppl working made me write a good review cuz they deserved it, very polite and great customer service and the food here is never a disappointment here unlike some McDonald’s

Rushing to get to work, decided to go through the drive through, ordered egg mcmuffin with egg and cheese, but only got cheese. Also got the strawberry pie, it was cold as ice. Very disappointed.

If you like McDonald's then you like McDonald's. I find the food quality and taste extremely low. Alright for a quick bite

Says the drive thru is open 24 hours went and they say they reset the system every night around 4am so you cannot order anything for an hour.will not go back to this location, terrible service and long wait times.

I stop into this location when driving through Oakville since it is easy to get to front the highway. Sometimes it would be just for a pop.

There is plenty of parking. They totally renovated their parking lot a few years ago.

There is a drive-through and a large children's play area.

There is a TV and a fireplace. They have self-serve order kiosks and self-serve drinks station. There is free WiFi.

It is nice that when you order at the counter, they give you a locator and bring your food to you. However, they forget to give you straws or ketchup so get those before you sit down.

I tried out their new Fish & Chips and Nanaimo McFlurry. The fish batter is the think salty type. They give you a cheap plastic fork. But you can't use the fork on the fish to dip it into the tarter sauce so I had to use my fingers.

When you order fries via the app, you can choose no salt. There was no such option for the fries in the Fish & Chips.

They show a picture of the Nanaimo McFlurry with 2 Nanaimo Bar squares but you don't get the squares - they are crumbled inside the McFllurry. By the time I finished my Fish & Chips, the McFlurry was half melted!

The young lady that was working the lobby yesterday was outstanding! The lobby was spotless, she was offering coffee refills to guests and handing out colouring pages to the kids! Great experience!

Every time i go through this drive through i’m stuck here for at least 10 minutes - slowest service i’ve ever seen

The young lady at the pickup window this morning was super nice.
I ordered a muffin and she got me one fresh from the oven still hot. She said i might enjoy a hot fresh muffin. It was delicious.

I’ve gone here frequently over the past year and my boyfriend got food poisoning from a junior chicken at this location a couple months ago and I went there yesterday night and woke at about 5am with food poisoning from a sausage and egg McMuffin. Both times happened when we were going through the drive through late at night between 12am - 3amish and I know it’s from the McMuffins cause all I had to eat that day besides the McMuffins was crackers and chips and I got sick only a couple hours after eating the McMuffins. I will not be going to this location anymore and figured it was right to give people a heads up.

Initially went for a bathroom stop (the bathrooms were disgusting) but ended up ordering some snacks for the drive back home. Service was very unorganized and slow with workers behind the counter socializing and laughing and flipping their ponytails around when I noticed a young man on the fries station chomping away and eating right out of the container that was to serve customers. He did not wash his hands there were managers all around and nobody said nothing. This is disgusting and completely against health and safety regulations. I am not impressed and I have a video saved and will be going public with this and contacting head office.

Went in my family and four out of five of us got our dinner, one didn’t get her drink or side. By the time she finally got her drink and salad, the rest of us had already finished eating. And then I still had to go back to get the dressing and fork for the salad. And the sandwiches weren’t even that fresh, and the fries were cold.

Ok its Saturday sure.but slowest McDonald's ever. Absolutely insane, then after waiting forever to order.pay get to the window and asked to pull up as my order wasn't ready. All I ordered was 1 egg mcmuffin combos and 2 small fries for the kids.

Really bad experience.ordered a Big Mac. It came without any burgers, and when we returned it, we didn’t receive an apology or an explanation. Bad

Is McDonald’s. I love the coffee. Is fast food chain. I also love their chicken. If they can do anything about service will be a lot better.

Bad cappuccino. Ordered with half sugar, got full package of sugar. They made a second one - almost no foam, just liquid milk!

Family restaurant, fast good food for all age, very good place to get children to get together, amazing play area for children

Great service (thank you Chris) good bar service, good food. I have never had a bad meal at the keg. A fantastic date night out, any day of the week.

This place is always busy, there is always a line up for people expecting their food who have already paid. I've waited 22 mins for 2 coffees. We have received fries with sugar on them a few months ago and coffee grinds a plenty in the coffee. It's good when it's good.very disappointing lately.

The girl working at the drive thru tonight (giving u the order) at 10pm April 3rd needs training, she's giving attitude to customers, will never be back to this location!

Same show McDonald's service you expect in Canada. It seems that McDonald's Canada have found their own business model and diverted away from the concept of McDonald's.why should you wait 10 min to get done through? Is it me or do they really need to work out their processes?

Great play place for kids, lots of seating. Gets pretty busy though. Mondays are family night, with crafts and $2.99 Happy meals. 4: 30-7: 30

Overall just your regular McDonald’s. Nothing special about this location. Reasoning for 2 stars is because if you’re ever going for a late night snack, the inside is probably closed and you have to wait in the drive through for 20 mins behind all the other cars.

25 min wait for 2 combo meals. I thought this was fast food. No one even said sorry or offered anything for the long wait.

It’s a flip of a coin whether you will get what you ordered or not. They consistently get orders wrong.

Came here for take-outs on New Years eve. Ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese and a mighty Angus burger + seasoned fries. A big mistake.no lettuce and tomato on the 1/4 pounder, very little bacon and sauce on the Angus, and some season dumped on some of the fries. Won't be back, not missing anything.

I order from this location quite often and they are probably the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I understand that it is very busy however I think they need to hire better staff and be more efficient. Even sometimes when it’s not busy it is still so slow. I am sometimes waiting in drive threw for over 20 minutes. There are a few employees who are very good and friendly, unfortunately I don’t know their names. But a lot of them are constantly talking instead of working.

Messed up my order. Witnessed a fat lady manager being extremely rude to her employees. Stay classy McD’s.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious. The indoor play area will ensure ur kids have a good time. Overall a pleasant experience.

Through Uber eats, they never bring you your requested sauces, or any sauce for that matter. They get the orders wrong, for example ordering two large fries gives you one large and one medium. OH and best yet for today especially I ordered two nugget combos, a cheeseburger, and 3 drinks. And when the driver arrived with my food, there was no food! Just my lovely 3 drinks. This means my driver had to go BACK there to pick up my food and when it arrived 20 minutes later, I finally got my food! Without the sauces of course:)
